This one was one of the cheaper ones. We took it roundtrip from Buffalo International Airport to the Niagara Falls region. Both times worked out perfectly. They were on time. May 13: Worst experience in my life ever. They dropped of the other passenger and me on the gas station in two different cars, and tried to combine two cars into one, without our consent. Price was lowered from $55 to $50, and they actually earned $100 for two passengers. The Driver constantly talked using the phone. If not following their rule, they said they will call the policeman. We used their service last week to go from our hotel to the Falls. The driver did not bother to greet us, he kept talking on the phone the whole drive. The rates are pretty good ($15) from 4 Point Sheraton to the Falls, we gave him $20 and said "Thank you". The guy did not even bother to respond. He just drove away! First time in my life I felt wrong tipping somebody. Oh, well, since their card was the only one we were given at the hotel, we called them again to go to the Falls later on the day. It was chilly outside and we spent a good half an hour waiting for the cab. I called their office at least 3 times (meaning every 10 minutes) and he repeated "he is 3 minutes away, he had to buy gas on the way to you". We ended up getting a taxi, that luckily was passing by. His name was AMJAD, a very polite and nice guy. We used him again to get to the train station when we were leaving. read more

AAA taxi This was the first name that pop up in Google search. Pretty clever to name it AAA. Anyways, we needed a shuttle from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls (Canadian side). Booked with them thru the internet and they responded back within ~30 mins that they'll be waiting for me at the airport. Wow, that was quick ($79 + $3 toll each way). That day, the driver (SAM) was there to pick us up in a mini-van parked right outside our United Terminal. He was very knowledgeable about the history and area of Buffalo/Niagara and very nice. Most importantly, he is a SAFE driver!!! I also booked a trip back with them from Niagara to Buffalo airport the next day and SAM volunteer to pick us up again. I took this shuttle between Buffalo Airport and Niagara Falls Airport- I fly standby and everything going out of Buffalo was full. Definitely the lowest cost for a shuttle from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls! My only advice is that if you book online, be sure you call to confirm, as the reservations don't always seem to go through. Your best bet is to probably just arrange your pick-up by calling. Stay away!! from these guys. We had a terrible experience with them. Made a reservation online early morning for Niagra Falls to Buffalo Airport. Called them 2 times in the morning to reconfirm the reservation - every time someone picked up who seemed to have no interest in speaking, but did confirm that a taxi will be there @ Niagra Falls Welcome center @ 11:50 am to pick us up. I was nervous but hoped it will be just fine. At 11:50, No taxi, No calls.. I called them 5 times - every single call went to voicemail every single time. WTF !! Finally decided to find someone else at the last moment and we were lucky we found Laddi (716 579 0981). He came with a minivan and the price was reasonable. And the irony is, these AAA Taxi guys never ever called us to even apologize for their delay and no show - makes me believe they never intended to honor the reservation they had confirmed !! read more

Someone left a review stating that this company did not show up at agreed time so I was a bit concerned that it may happened with me as well and risk of missing my plane. I made a reservation a day before and obtain a booking number via email. Next day I called 4 hours before to confirm and the guy sounded like he has no idea what I m talking about. I confirm again of my reserved time. 30 min before the reserved time and I called again and asked to pick me up 15 min. Early. I was able to use their service but I didn't like the fact that I couldn't trust the booking confirmation. Today I received a text message from them confirming of my booking for tosay? What?!! They are calling 2 days after my actual booked time? What kind of service is this? You may have a better luck calling them at a last minute than booking in advance. I had two great experiences. One from the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, the 9 days later (after a six day bicycle trip around Lake Ontario) from NF back to the airport. Reservation was made online. Drivers were on time and very friendly. The return driver even offered me some of his fresh cherries. Cost was $15 cheaper than another online service but warranted a nice tip. read more

Was a little nervous after reading another review on this. Found out the day of a family trip to Niagara Falls that we were arriving at IAG and not BUF and there were no cars available. Called AAA from the airport for shuttle between the airports to get a rental car. They were there when we arrived and our driver, Jimmy, was friendly and knowledgeable. The minivan was clean and comfortable and we had a smooth ride to pick up our car. They saved the day and were much less expensive than other options. read more

I have been going through private tour services everywhere I travel, where the driver shows us around the major landmarks. When I booked the tour of Toronto from Niagara Falls, ON, I made sure that I made it a point with one of the owners (female) that I have never been to Toronto and we needed a guided tour. She assured me that that they will they show me all the major attractions. They charged us almost $600 for 4 people for the whole day round trip. On the day of pick up, the guy picked us up and dropped us off to the CN tower area. There was the CN Tower, Aquarium, and the Rogers Stadium all in the same vicinity. We couldn't go to the top of CN tower since it was so busy so we decided to go to the aquarium instead. We were there 1 and half hours and the guys called kept calling us saying he just wanted to make sure his phone is working. It was frustrating so we left and called him to pick us up. He then asked us to tell him where to take us next. When we explained to him what the arrangement we made he said it was up to us to decide to tell him where to go. He then pulled out his phone and told us "here's a list of attractions, choose few". Unfortunately, all of them were hotels. At that time we realized that the driver did not know anything about Toronto. I googled some list and give him one, which was a park. He took us to the wrong end. When I gave my phone with the good direction he kept telling us that logically it didn't make sense and took us to a dead end. We became so frustrated that we asked him to take us back to our hotel. Suffice to say, our overcompensated taxi ride ended with just ride to the CN tower area. At points when we got out we saw the driver keep opening the front hood. He even kept turning off the A/C on us every few minutes on that hot and humid day. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called the company to speak with the owner. Instead of speaking to me, the lady used a middleman to say that I was complaining because they did not give me money for the ride to CN Tower. It is then I realized what kind of fraud and rip off company they are. If I can spend $600 for a tour I can't spend $80 on rides? I am not cheap like them. I argue that they are cheap but I actually took 16 hours guided tour with breakfast for less. So I suggest DON'T fall victim to scams like this. Go with a reputable company. I usually research before I book but I wanted to give this company a chance, which was the biggest mistake of my life. NEVER AGAIN. read more

First off they were late picking us up from the airport by 45 minutes, I was told they would be waiting for us at baggage with our name on a sign it was not the case, this was mainly because their drop off before us didn't like where they were being dropped off at and wanted the driver to bring them to a different area at the airport, we met the people, and felt it was not the drivers fault, so we decided to keep the company to have them pick up up in Niagara Falls to bring us back into Buffalo, we were catching a train to New York City, well 11:30am came and the drive wasn't there, I called the office after 5 minutes of waiting, they gave me the drivers number, I called and called and he never picked up. after 12:00pm we decided to get a different company they had a driver to us in 5 minutes, we were literally crossing the border when AAA taxi driver called to say he was there to pick us up, IF we would have waited for him we would have missed our train because by the time we got to the station we made our train by 3 minutes (and it was running 5 minutes late) which means we cut it very close. If they aren't there with in 5 minutes get a new service right away, we waited 30 minutes and literally almost missed our train. I would say DON'T HIRE THEM. I hired them in advance, even had e-mails back and forth confirming our details. very bad experience, we were lucky to have got a new service that day and they sent someone so fast otherwise we would have missed our train and had to wait an extra day to have taken a new one since it was the last one out of buffalo for the day. read more

The driver to Canada was excellent (on time, polite, and attentive to his driving) but I can't say the same for the driver back to Buffalo. Because of this I can not recommend this service. The driver was twenty minutes late arriving to our hotel, he spent most of the trip texting and or talking loudly on one of his two cell phones and even had to stop for gas. read more

My wife and I just had chance to experience the professionalism of AAA. Our flight was late getting in, nonetheless. The driver was right there waiting for us and delivered us safely to our hotel. Our return trip was just the same. The driver kept in contact with us, the whole time. He made sure that we reached the airport in a safe timely matter. Worst cab company ever. Always kate, always rude. And I don't mean just five or ten minutes late, either. I mean like half-hour, hour, more late. I guess at least theyvare consistent about being late? Called this morning to confirm time and place of pick-up. 2pm. Yes, fine. At 2:08pm, called to see where they were. Be right there. Called again at 2:39pm, fifteen minutes the kady says and HANGS UP ON ME. My appointment, mind you, was for 2:30! And they are STILL not here and it is 3:04pm.
