I will say, a majority of the bad reviews on here are for 3+ years ago, and seem to be of people who either have some weird ax to grind (I.e they add no constructive criticism) or they ordered "BLT's" from a pizza place and were confused as to why they were disappointed. That being said, Timos has not only the best NY style pizza hands-down in Westport, but their shawarma is absolutely astounding, and the fact that most people aren't talking about it on here and only talking about 'BLT's", leads me to believe there's no small amount of ignorance at play here, which is a shame to read from someone who lives in this community. Timo's absolutely fills a niche in the Westport community by actually providing some real, authentic flavors. They guys there work insanely hard and are super nice, I've never had anything but great interaction there and even better shawarma and pizza. Even their chicken tenders are hand tossed and fresh! Ordered delivery it was right on time and the chourico chip sub was delicious. Greek salad was a nice balance of veggies.

I ordered the chicken stir fry sub and the steak bomb. The chicken stir fry had a great sauce to it but the steak bomb was overcooked and shredded into tiny pieces. Couldn't find the onions, peppers, or mushrooms since it was as chopped up too fine. Would love it if the steak was chunkier and the vegetables were identifiable. And the cheese should be melted on top of the steak. When the cheese goes on the bread, the steak dries out. Maybe they can change it around? read more

Impeccable , undeniable and delicious food ! Service was great as well. I didn't eat inside so I can't really speak upon the ambiance but one thing I can say is they're impressive to the fullest degree. I am a pizza fanatic. Recently I received a Timo's flyer in the mail. Having never heard of them before, and them being local to Tiverton, I ordered from them tonight for the first time. My entire family is in agreement. Timo's has some of the best pizza in the area, hands down. My wife got a medium Chicken Margarita pizza and her words were "this is the BEST Margarita pizza I have EVER had!". Aside from that, we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Placed an online order tonight (1st time customer) and just enjoyed one of the best Shawarma dishes I can remember! It was also great the dinner was separated so I could warm up the meat and rice although I didn't need to. Also spicy sauce was on the side. I wouldn't give any stars if I had the option. I ordered 4 calzones from Timo's on Saturday. They were terrible. I ordered 2 steak and cheese and 2 bacon cheeseburger. For some reason marinara sauce was added to all 4. I wanted them with just meats and cheese, no sauce. They were flat and hardly any meat either. The bacon was raw too. I am so disappointed. I spent so much money and it went in the trash. I did reach out to them to let them know so they do the same to others. I won't be returning. Compared to other pizza places locally, they have the freshest dough. Standard pizza is too cheesy for myself, I ordered mine light cheese. Sauce has a good tang to it and you can taste basil. I am new to Westport and have tried Timos, this is now the 3rd time; the first two times I was disappointed in the delivery time, quality of food and food arriving ice cold, but I decided to try again, and that was definitely the last time. On Sunday I ordered a BLT, fries and mozzarella sticks for delivery. I placed my order at 12:50pm and was confirmed delivery via email for 1:30pm. Around 2pm despite living literally a minute from the restaurant I was still waiting. I called the restaurant and no answer. About 2:10 well over an hour later I recevied a call from the driver dropping off the food. It was cold, the appetizer containers were open, my sandwich that I asked for extra mayo on had barely any so I did decide to call and complain and again no answer x3, so I sent an email to the contact listed on the website and it was returned, I then filled out the contact us box on their website and no response at all; I will never order here again. read more

Third time ordering tonight and while this is the first time the pizza is as actually warm we ordered 2 orders of chicken fingers and got delivered wing dings( 2nd time this happened) last time they made it right and delivered what we asked for. This is a new pizza place in my area and I wanted to give it a try. Now when we want to order pizza this is the only place we go. The pizza is some of the best around. We have had the gold fever chicken, cheese and the chourico pizza. All were excellent. We have also had their buffalo chicken wraps which were exactly how we ordered and were delicious. The french fries were really good too. Not greasy at all. I have done take out and delivery with them. Both were prompt with zero issues. I gave this a 5 star because the restaurant always looks clean when I go in and the food and customer service has been nothing but phenomenal. Bought a small one topping pizza 5/11/21. On there menu they advertise small pizza one topping 9.25 plus tax.instead they charge us 11.99 plus tax. my girlfriend complained and went back in and said we were over charged and the person in charge said no thats the price, until i had to go in there and said your advertising a small pizza for 7.99 plus 1.25 one topping which comes to 9.25 as even a 12 year old could add that. then he says to one of the workers give his change back which they gave me a 1.60 back when it was suppost to be 2.75 back.After that i didnt say anymore being so aggitated but i just wanted to get out of there being so turned off by ripping consumers off being so dishonest when they were aware of it. My girlfriend went in to order 2 sandwiches , 1 for her & 1 for me but she saw an offer which I think is # 4 ? It was for a can of soda , a large sandwich and french fries for $ 9.99 so she was going to go with that so we could share the fries . When she got to the counter the girl said she didn't know how to put the offer into the register so that was out !!! My girlfriend then said that was o.k. and she would just get a french fries added to her original order which was a large chourico and egg with cheese for her and a large steak bomb with salami added for me . The girl then said she didn't know how to add the extra meat on the order so that was out again !!! She was able to get the order into the register and my girl told her " Not Toasted " !!! She paid and the girl went over the order and my girl said again " Not Toasted " !!! Well when she got home both the sandwiches were toasted and mine was close to burnt , the steak dried out put it that way and she ended up with a chourico and chips sandwich instead of chourico and egg !!!
