I drive past Pine House on my way to meetings so I've always wanted to stop in. We were at East Beach for an event and decided to stop here on the way home on a Friday night. The parking lot was packed, but it wasn't very busy inside. It was a lot smaller than I thought. There was a dining room room to the right when you walked in with a few table tables, and then a larger bar area with tables around that. We were seated in the bar area. Inside was really nice. I really liked all of the wood finish inside and how it was decorated. I had the crispy coop, which was a fried chicken sandwich dipped in hot wings sauce with Gorgonzola and coleslaw. The chicken was really good, very tender. It had just enough spice. I ordered truffle fries on the side and they were unbelievably good! I ordered a special winter cocktail with tequila and apple cider that was really good. It was a decent size drink too for the price. My wife had the fish and chips and said it was really good. She ordered plain fries as all of the meals come with herb fries automatically. My friend had a burger and actually complained because it was too salty. They were kind enough to take half off of her meal. Our waiter was excellent. He was super attentive and we were never without a drink. We will definitely be going back here and trying other stuff.

If you haven't been to Pine House Kitchen & Bar in Tiverton you're missing out. The food is amazing. Everything was so good and flavorful. The services was excellent as well. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Burger was very good but a $2 up charge for a mixed drink and $9 drafts are a deal breaker. Won't be going back.

I had never heard of the spot, but was looking for a coffee while driving back to Massachusetts, and pulled up to find the most gorgeous hidden coffee shop ever. You walk in and they have options for ice cream, coffee, and food. It was still early in the morning, so I only needed coffee, and then I kept walking out toward the back and discovered an outstandingly beautiful patio with views of the ocean. Genuinely my first thought when walking in was that I needed to have my wedding or rehearsal dinner there, it's just that beautiful. There's frequently live music, a lot of people around, great chairs to sit and chat with friends, and even a place to dock your boat if you need to pop in while on the water. Always a great experience and can't wait to be back. The staff and people were extremely kind and made me excited to come back and chat with them more.

Our waitress did not communicate with us, though I recognize the issue is with the kitchen and not her. At 45 minutes, when asked if we could expedite the children's grilled cheese (we had two under 6!), we were told it wasn't possible since there was no editing checks once they were sent to the kitchen. Two entrees came out first. We were told that the other 6 meals were about 15 minutes behind because they submitted it in two parts. It was awkward to have the first two people eating alone. Also, the kids meals were on the second ticket and they were very, very hungry at this point. We were incredibly disappointed they couldn't/wouldn't expedite grilled cheese given the wait. The rest of the group was served after the estimated 15 minutes. However, the kids grilled cheese was served to us completely burnt (see photo). We had to ask for another one. I mean, I wouldn't have served that to anyone. Especially a table that had been waiting over an hour for food. The food itself was good. But I won't be returning based on the poor experience.

I heard there was parking in the back but I wasn't sure if I could park there or its staff only so I parked on the street, which there is plenty, you just have to take a small walk. Walking in, I notice the inside is huge! There is a bar by the front and a good amount of seats. There is an open space in the middle of the restaurant with one two top table to the side, so I'm not sure if that was used for seating in the past. The waitress we had was super nice and checked on us frequently. We sat in the middle of the restaurant and the only table in that open space. The menu is small, food and drinks. They did have local beer which was nice. For drinks I tried one of the fall specials, the Apple Cider Margarita. Very smooth and not like a typical margarita, which I loved! For food, I ordered the Anchor Club with a side salad. The chicken was a little too blackened and I could taste the char a little too much. Overall, I would come back. I would try the Buddha Bowl on my next visit.

When I walked in, I stood in the waiting area for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not busy, and there were two servers sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender who clearly saw me but did not acknowledge or greet me. A simple "Hi, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Eventually, the bartender (a tall young man) approached me without greeting me and started walking upstairs. He then turned around and said, "I forgot a menu," as if it was an afterthought. When we got upstairs, he placed (more like tossed) the menu on a table that still had a dirty cup on it that looked like someone had just been drinking from it. Instead of addressing that, he immediately walked over to another table to check on two guests who were already dining. After finishing with them, he walked right past me without asking if I'd like to start with a drink or acknowledging that I was even seated. There was absolutely no hospitality it felt more like hostility and indifference. The ambiance is aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The food is mediocre at best and definitely not worth overlooking such poor service. Customer service makes or breaks a dining experience, and today it completely broke it for me. I won't be returning and would recommend trying one of the many other restaurants in the area instead.

The bartender was working hard. He had a full bar of customers and many diners to try to keep up with. Here is the problem. We were there at 5:30 on New Year's Eve...and I know it is a busy night...but this was 5:30 and I ordered a double espresso martini...only for the server to come by after about ten minutes and apologetically tell us that we could not have that because the bar was out of Kaluha and Baileys!!!! I mean really ... at 5:30 on New Years Eve? One may think it unreasonable to be a bit miffed that a bar would have run out of two bar staples so early on New Year's Eve...but I over heard the server telling another table that they had run out of Sprite too. Well ok, so I ordered a martini from their seasonal menu as I had just seen one served at the next table and it looked great. We received our meals served by the kitchen staff in short order , but still no martini. Finally the server came by to apologize but she was still waiting for my drink. By then I had her cancel the drink ordered altogether. Now mind you, I do not fault the staff. I think there was just two servers and one bartender on duty. But, this is where good management would have stepped in and assisted them. As to the shortage of beverages...well all I can say is that there is a Market Basket and a Liquor store in the very same plaza as the 110 Grill. In my humble opinion, a good manager would have made a purchase or two from the readily available retailers nearby, especially on a busy night. I did observe the manager standing by the kitchen window (presumably monitoring timeliness of the food orders). But still, I find it hard to believe the lack of bar supplies. Perhaps the manager could have pitched in and helped the overworked bartender, or attended to his needs. Now, I know that bars and restaurants depend on liquor distributors, and maybe this was a one off. At the same time, I also know that liquor sales are a high mark up item, so a little creative thinking would have gone a long way to making for happy customers. Again, the food was excellent, the service was the best it could be under the circumstances. Management, however could use some improvement.
