    Ramp and slopes stairs
    Maria L.

This place has a great facility for swimming especially for those recovering from strokes or brain injuries. The pool is specifically made for those with disabilities. They have a ramp to get in and wide stairs at a very low slope also. Makes it good for practicing your walking exercises in and out of the pool. All the people are very friendly and outgoing. It's a supportive group of people.

A huge part of that is thanks to Kelly, the owner. She is incredibly patient, calm, and intuitive as a coach. She meets you exactly where you are, never rushes the process, and somehow knows exactly how to help you push past fear without feeling overwhelmed. The environment is supportive, encouraging, and completely judgment-free--something that makes all the difference when you're learning as an adult. If you've ever been hesitant or afraid of the water, I can honestly say this place can help you overcome it. Exceptional facility, outstanding coaches. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it. Highly recommend.

My youngest was very afraid of water and would only sit on the steps, but by day 3, he was comfortable to submerged his whole body in. We signed the kiddos up for the mini summer sessions which are Monday thru Thursdays for 30 minutes each day. The class size is 1 instructor to 4 kids. We have done 2 weeks now with Happy Fish and on week 3. We have seen significant improvement in the kids swimming abilities and they look forward to going to class every day, which is a huge win given both were scared of water. Happy that we found Happy Fish and will definitely be back next summer! Shoutout to Ms. Kira and Dexter for being so patient with my kids and making swimming so fun for them!

Apon my arrival the woman at the reception to the gym when asked where the pool was located informed me that I would have to walk through the womens locker room to get to the pool. The other option is to walk through the mens locker room. As I took my 4 year old through the womans locker room I didnt expect to have to walk through to the very back to reach the door to the pool. I am extremely upset that my son was exposed to numerous naked women. They were either changing or coming out of the shower. My son was shocked and kept saying mommy they don't have clothes on..or mommy why are they naked. I don't even let my son see me naked!!!! As my husband arrived during the lesson my son had to use the bathroom and my husband took him to the mens locker room where I asked apon their return if men were nude on that sidecas well and the answer was yes! This is unacceptable and disturbing that SafeSplash is anything but safe to be ok exposing children to this. When I called customer service Alex their customer service chuckled and said "its just a locker room"! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he can only send an email. I asked for the number to their headquarters and he said their isn't one. What type of business is this!?! From what I was told their other locations are set up the same way. Exposing children to nude adults is never ok!! I was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. The little child size pop up changing room smelled moldy...the 1 instructor working with 1 child at a time down the lane while other children who can't swin waiting on the step is unsafe as well. If 1 of those little ones hopped off the step who would of noticed if the instructor is half way down the lane. This who company is a disaster!

Unfortunately, constant coach changes meant our younger daughter never learned to swim despite two years of lessons -- every time progress was made, a new instructor reset the process. When we finally found a coach who worked for both girls, the school switched them without any discussion. When we raised concerns, the person running the school (Maggie) was dismissive and condescending rather than willing to listen. We also dealt with frequent last-minute cancellations (Sandy expecting immediate response last minute ). The coaches themselves were often great, but management's poor communication made it impossible to continue. Get all commitments in writing before enrolling.

Overall I will say good and bad but depends on you. The coaches are excellent (esp Coach Matthew,…read moreCoach Chas and Coach Destinee) and the facility is welcoming and cute but is an older facility. They have made some improvements to the structure. The receptionist/treasurer Sandy is a bit rude unfortunately. She has gotten short with me when I expressed that I prefer email communication and to only call if it is a true emergency. Scheduling can be last minute and I get that but I respond within 1 or 2 hrs via email and can't always chat on the phone due to my work and personal life. I have even gotten a phone call after 9 pm one day from her and it was just to let me know about scheduling! Not urgent. I will say though that they have tried thier best to notify me about changes to the coaches which is appreciated and I have returned the favor by being as clear as I can. They baby chaging station near the pool is between the men and women's bathroom's and doesn't get used much. Personally I would prefer it in both shower/bathrooms to feel comfortable changing my baby there so I get it. They have a changing room inside away from the pool though. It would be nice if the showers had more coverage as the curtains are a bit flimsy and gap quite a bit. The pool is covered so the sun protection is appreciated. The pool can get somewhat crowded so free swim is restricted to a very small area. The classes can collide some but it makes sense due to the pool size. My older daughter learned to swim here so with patient instructors and some time, goals can be reached here! This place is very very obsessed with yelp reviews and I was pressured to amend and clarify my previous review. This may or may not have happened with others. We had a decent experience there, but because you have to deal with the manager (who can be pleasant at times except in my experience when it comes to misunderstandings and communication boundaries) it can be a bit of deterent.

My 5 year old barely knows freestyle and no other strokes. I just got the notice that he has achieved a Beginner Safety Skill 'Tread water 5 sec, ret to wall, climb out'. My opinion starts here: Really, that is what you spend the 30 minute session with another learner, so 15 minutes actually; to practice AND test? Final painful learning: You can't trust them to actually teach your child to swim. I told them this is the last quarter we are with them because I am putting him in swim team in the summer. Apparently, swim team only need 2 strokes and to scale a regulation pool. I thought the response was going to be ok, let's work on the endurance, because, you know, I still trusted that my kid was going to be a foundationally trained swimmer as I have been very trusting and patient with their 'method'. My little started swim lessons around 20 months old and is now 5.5 years old! We have been coming weekly to this location, and it has seriously become a second home to us with a large extended family! Over the years we have had many amazing swim instructors including Ms. Marissa, Ms. Angelina, Ms. Karyn, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Corey, and countless wonderful others who have helped my little learn to swim across the pool in all four strokes before age 5. Every time we walk in the door my little is greeted by the front desk and office staff by name and it makes us feel so welcomed. The facility is always clean and organized (thanks Jan and team!). Each staff member working knows my child's level and how to help her improve her swim strokes. I also appreciate how the staff is very organized and everyone has a clear job that gets done in the pool, outside of the pool, and around the building. As a parent, I am so thankful for this large group of trusted adults that have not only taught my little how to swim, but have created amazing memories for her (like singing Taylor Swift at the top of their lungs and having us participate in a promotional photo shoot) and given her a wide net of trusted adults that she feels comfortable with and learns from.

Learned pretty quickly, I was completely unprepared for real world IT. I knew the basics when it came to networking, Gpu,cpu, mobo, ssd you know all the components you would expect to learn about But the thing is, I barely knew anything Because they really taught us anything. Just enough to take our money The rest of the coursework was solely based off the comptia book and a few spreadsheets they gave to us but that was it ! , I can't speak for how it is now ? But if you are the class of 2022 or 2023 ? Goodluck you were scammed lol ! fortunately I managed to make it work and started from the bottom worked myself to higher positions along the way I'm now a Production Tech ( industrial ) no thanks to Cet I had to make it happen that school is not going to help you, you would be better off buying the comp T book online.
