i bought my car about a year and a half ago from Tommy Neutz when he was running the car dealership…read moreacross the street from this repair shop. recently he sold that and is exclusively running this business now. when that change happened, i got hold of him and asked him if he would still be doing my warranty work and would still look at my car before i have to drive it out of town like before, and he said yes, nothing had changed. now i've had a personal tragedy. my 25yo daughter took her own life, and i have to drive nearly 3 hours away to deal with things there in a week. so i got hold of Tommy today and told him this and asked him to look at my car first and he refused. he also said i'd have to go somewhere else for my warranty work. apparently all over a disagreement we had over some work i thought should be done just after i got the car which i thought was behind us, especially since he had only recently reiterated that he would be doing my work and all would be the same. he waited til i have no time to find another reputable place to do any work if a check finds it's needed and left me out in the cold. and this after he even invited me to church with him when i bought the car. i cannot believe he is leaving me in the lurch like this and not keeping his word. i know a lot of people think the world of Tommy, and i did too, but this shows me who he really is. i'm sorry to say it, but it's true. and now i will have to figure out what to do about this on top of what has happened to my baby.

Not a big dent, but it was literally a Brand New Car and some idiot decided not only to dent it, but to not leave a note or anything. The dent wasn't, like, huge or anything, but it was on the driver's door, so every time I got in the car I'd see it. After enough time passed and I had enough extra cash, I decided to get it fixed. I drive by the Dent Doctor pretty regularly, so it was a no-brainer. I emailed the Dent Doctor a couple pictures of the dent and they sent me a ballpark quote of $150 to fix it. Easy enough. They generally book a couple weeks out, so when my appoint came along I was there at 8:15 a.m. Kaden was busy working on someone else's car, so I said "Hey, I can just sit and wait". He said there was no need, that the other car could wait, and by 8:25 my car was in the building being worked in. I figured it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half, but I brought my laptop so I could work while the dent was being tended to. They've got a small waiting room in the lobby with a table and a couple chairs. I didn't need a lot of room to work and that was just fine. Imagine my surprise when, at 8:55, Kaden walked out and said "Ok, you're all set!" Holy WOW! I was not expecting it to be done in, literally, 30 minutes. I settled my $150 repair charge and I was on my way. Total time on site was less than 45 minutes and there is, 100%, no sign of the dent any more (see my Before and After photos). I know it was a 'me' thing more than it was a necessity and didn't impact the care at all, but it tasked me, so I had to do it. Besides, it was only $150 to make the car look like a million bucks again. Thanks, Dent Doctor! I know who I'll be calling on if I need a dent fixed again!
