i bought my car about a year and a half ago from Tommy Neutz when he was running the car dealership across the street from this repair shop. recently he sold that and is exclusively running this business now. when that change happened, i got hold of him and asked him if he would still be doing my warranty work and would still look at my car before i have to drive it out of town like before, and he said yes, nothing had changed. now i've had a personal tragedy. my 25yo daughter took her own life, and i have to drive nearly 3 hours away to deal with things there in a week. so i got hold of Tommy today and told him this and asked him to look at my car first and he refused. he also said i'd have to go somewhere else for my warranty work. apparently all over a disagreement we had over some work i thought should be done just after i got the car which i thought was behind us, especially since he had only recently reiterated that he would be doing my work and all would be the same. he waited til i have no time to find another reputable place to do any work if a check finds it's needed and left me out in the cold. and this after he even invited me to church with him when i bought the car. i cannot believe he is leaving me in the lurch like this and not keeping his word. i know a lot of people think the world of Tommy, and i did too, but this shows me who he really is. i'm sorry to say it, but it's true. and now i will have to figure out what to do about this on top of what has happened to my baby. read more

I was referred to Neutz and Tudor by Valvoline, I had some wires that had been ripped and needed replaced. They lead me to believe it would only be about a business day or so before it was able to be fixed...I called them and they brushed me off saying that it was not going to be ready, but they wouldn't give me an estimated time just that they would call me. They didn't ever call me.. Although they claimed they did. It took them over a week and a half to get my car out, very rude front desk service on top of it all. NOW my car is STILL having problems and I come to find out they literally just taped up some of the wires with electrical tape and made it look like they moved things around...the same wires are still there in the same shape that they were. I'm seriously so frustrated, I will never return to this place and I'm definitely steering my friends away when they need car service...local convenience is not always the best option.. read more

I've been a long time customer with Neutz and Tudor, but the last few years the customer service and skills have greatly slipped. It was one thing when I waited a long time to get a car back or hear form them on what the diagnosis was when it was well taken care of and the staff were polite. This last visit was the last straw. They told me after a few days that nothing was wrong but they wanted to keep the car a couple of more days to test something else. I called back in four days, and was basically told: Don't call us, we'll call you. I needed to call and give a different number - no one answered for days, not even an answering machine. When they finally did call back, they said nothing was wrong, but didn't say what they did. Then had the nerve to charge me $80 because my car was left there too long. WHAT?!?! Get in the car - still knocking, pinging, chugging - and they heard nothing, felt nothing, and saw nothing. No thanks. read more

I drive a car as long as it is reliable and safe. I have taken my cars and my kids' cars to Neutz & Tudor for what must be almost 20 years. I am never given a hard sell on services, in fact I have been advised that something I wanted fixed was not a safety issue and did not require attention. They stand behind their work which is probably pretty easy for them since they consistently get repairs done right the first time. One sign that they are trusted and relied upon by a lot of people is that you usually have to wait a few days for an opening to get repairs. If there is any concern about what a repair might entail or cost, I know Buddy, who manages the garage, will give me a call. If there are two ways to go about fixing a problem, he will council me on what to expect depending on which path I might want to take. Integrity and good service are two things a garage has to have for me to come back year after year and Neutz and Tudor sets the standard. read more
