So, the food is sometime the only perks. My food has come out quite the mess and less tasty. My wings were just not what I'm used to! My pizza came out tasteless and completely sloppy. Upon entering the establishment, the host/server didn't seem very friendly. Our actual server, once we were seated, was very cheerful and pleasant. The booths in the restaurant really need some attention. They were run down and not very comfortable. As for the food...my BBQ bacon burger was good but lacked actual BBQ flavor. My wife's Asian salad was flavorful but the lettuce was limp and appeared to be beyond its prime date. The only thing that saved the meal from a horrible review was the shareable garlic Parmesan French fries. So if you're in the mood for some good fries, go here. Christmas evening visited Tin Lizard so we didn't have to cook a got seated by 6 and served drink, 30 min went by, waitress came to refill, 30 more minutes, husband decided to try to find waitress to ask about our order, waitress said she just checked and coming right up, another 15 min goes by so i went to the bar since this was the only person we could find, she told us she would run back and check, came out and started talking to someone at end of bar- 5 min later a different person walked up to our table and said " sorry - we are still cooking the. brisket". 33% customer service. I've been here 3 times. One was good. The wait staff at the bar has 0% personality. They don't engage with their customers at all, or even nice if you will. Made you feel like an inconvenience. Examples: asked for a tv channel to broadcast a sports game. Had to ask twice and got some excuse she couldn't until I pointed it out it was on the opposite side tv. Had to ask for a napkins and silverware, just a crappy night. So the second time the attractive older gal at the bar had no concerns for customers or me. Next night same on the opposite side of the bar. Both nights the food was over cooked and dry. I have been going there a few times since they've replaced Rocks. And it never gets better. First off, there is never hardly anyone at the host area. You stand there looking crazy when there is not a full house! The waitresses just stand there at the bar yapping with each other and never look in your direction! They see you but choose to look the other way. But anyhoo, the food I order was terrible! My tenderloin way overcooked and tough! The fries were scarce and those were the only thing edible! The brioche bun was not good and the lettuce was wilted and the tomates were not fresh either. How can you mess up a tenderloin? I have given this place too many tries only just to be disappointed time and time again. The management needs to hire all new staff and properly train them on etiquette. Because none the them acquire any of this, especially the waittresses, host and bartenders. The cooks need to be trained on how to not destroy a tenderloin or a bbq grilled brisket cheese sandwich as well. The quality of that food has just gone down tremendously. read more

The bartenders are always nice, but the food is just plain not good. I travel to this area for work once every couple of months, and I've tried several things: lettuce wraps, meatballs, fish and chips, Cuban sandwich, Baja shrimp, and the meatballs and penne. Have had others warn me not to try the pizza. I have yet to have anything that's remotely worth eating. It's like they figure they're the only game in town outside of Burger King, so they know they don't have to be any good. Just wish I could find one good dish. I have tried the meatloaf meal, classic hamburger with fries, pizza and salad. The meatloaf was not tender and easy to eat. Ground beef is delicate and overworking the raw meat will bind the proteins making the cooked meat tough. The flavor was okay, but it was not enjoyable. The classic burger was said to be on a brioche bun, but my bun was not a brioche bun, just a dried out white bun that was so thick I had to tear the top off to be able to bite into the double burger with vegetables. The flavor of the patties was weird, and it gave me a bad after taste for the rest of the evening. French fries had no flavor other than the pure taste of the salt they were covered in. Pizza, pizza crust was pale on the bottom. It was stretchy and tough to chew. I may try other items, or just go to Chili's before going to Par-a-dice. read more

Worst service ever! Sat in 2 different spots and even went to the bar where I was told I'd have to wait because she was busy. There was like 30 ppl in the whole place.
