We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get basic service, and this was on a Thursday afternoon when the restaurant wasn't even busy. The kitchen is doing its job. The front-of-house... not so much. Hopefully management invests in better training or hires people who actually enjoy hospitality. We ordered the classics off a paper slip -- shrimp rice roll, siumai, har gow, turnip cake, ham sui gok, etc. -- and were blown away at the portion size which were on the larger end of the spectrum. They certainly do not skimp on the filling. For instance, the siumai and har gow contained very plumply-sized shrimp. Flavor was spot on as well. The hot tea was complimentary which is unusual from my parts. When we finished ordering, they even brought out a complimentary dessert which was a slightly sweet agar type thing. What a great end to a short and sweet visit to Calgary! We even had so much food to take back through airport security. The parents were much pleased with the leftovers.

The fish was flaky and came right off the bone. The kids love Fish Maw with Crab Meat soup so we had to get that. It was quite thick and tasty! My daughter wanted the Pork Belly and it was quite tender with good sauce. For veggies we ordered Stir Fry Snow Pea leaves which were also great. It was super busy at this restaurant and quite loud but we could still hold a conversation. Parking is a pain unfortunately. But other than that it was great and we will definitely be back.
