During the years I've been an ITM client, I've been with three masseuses, Emma & Ling (both have now moved on to other business opportunities that I know they'll be successful at) and now, I'm with Lina who's absolutely wonderful with her caring attitude and excellent massage technique. All three have provided me with some of the absolute best deep tissue massages I've ever had as the end results have been a notable increase in my flexibility and greatly reduced osteoarthritis pain and stiffness. Upon entering the spa lobby, guests are welcomed by a large freshwater fish tank. Inside the nicely appointed and clean spa, soft and relaxing music enhances the calm and inviting atmosphere. The massage area has six private massage rooms as well as several foot massage chairs/couches with curtains. Additionally, there is a unisex bathroom which is always very neat and clean. Lastly, when checking out, each customer is offered a nice cool and refreshing bottle of water. I'm grateful to Sophie and her wonderful staff (thank you Lina!) for the excellent care they've provided me and for the friendships I've made as well.
