I walked in and was happily greeted by a gentleman at the counter, and he pointed to two signs on the wall and asked me which one I wanted. It was a 60 minute combo, or a 90 minute combo. I went with the 60 minute. I was immediately Taken to a room that had two tables in it, and I waited a moment and he brought in a big bucket of water for me to put my feet in. As my feet soaked, the gentleman came in and gave me an incredible scalp, shoulder and neck massage. He also pressed on some trigger point to my face, and I will say it felt amazing! Then he moved to my feet and gave me an outstanding foot and calf massage. I don't think that he was actually hitting the trigger points, but I don't really care, it felt amazing! After he massaged my feet, he did some work on my upper thigh area and then had me roll over to my face, and he worked on my back, shoulders, glutes, calves, and a little bit more on my feet. I won't say it was super relaxing, but it definitely felt so good and at some point it was painful, but it was a good kind of painful. I left feeling like I need to cancel my membership at my regular massage place and just come here instead! I removed one star because there was no conversation whatsoever between me and the gentleman who did my services, I would have preferred to be able to talk a little bit about what I wanted and a little bit about how everything works, but it's not something that will stop me from going back again.

My therapist was pleasant and was really good. I like medium to hard pressure and that's exactly what she did. It was painfully good at times. I really enjoyed the attention to my feet and would have loved an hour of that alone. Like most Yelpers mentioned, the spa is nothing fancy, but gets the job done. All of the massage people were whispering back and forth. Everyone experienced something different , my husband and son received hot stones and myself and my son's gf did not. The gal kept leaving during the massage for my son's gf (the one that was delayed) and then she was talking on her phone during her massage. She was finished at the same time as the rest of us which she should have gone at least 10 minutes longer. After hearing that her massage person kept leaving during her massage she should have more time added. After being asked a few times I agreed to add a $10 neck and shoulder work to the reflexology massage. I felt like the reflexology was more of a rub down than actual reflexology and trigger points. When she started on my back she kept saying how bad and tight it was (which it is) and told me I could add 30 minutes back work for $40. I opted in and as soon as I agreed to pay more money, the quality of massage increased immensely. Funny how that works. I found the masseuse to be a little rougher (not with pressure) than I would have liked while stretched and yanking my arms and neck. Bottom line, the reflexology massage wasn't what I expected but the additional back work was nice. Expect them to try and upsale you, even when you say no more than once.

From the beginning, communication was difficult due to the language barrier, but I tried to make the best of it. The pressure was much too intense, and although I attempted to ask for lighter pressure, I did not feel that my concerns were understood. What made me most uncomfortable was repeated contact with intimate areas during the massage. At one point, the therapist's hand entered my butt crack. I initially assumed it was an accident, but it happened again, at which point I physically moved her hand away and said no. Later, while working on my legs and glutes, I continued to feel uncomfortable with how close the contact was to private areas. The final straw was when the sheet was pulled up in a way that exposed my entire backside. At that point, I ended the massage early and left extremely upset. I cannot say whether any of this was intentional, but I can say that I felt uncomfortable, my boundaries were not respected, and I did not feel safe continuing the session. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had.
