Perfectly cooked, moist with a crispy skin. Other sides were served family style and were all fantastic. The dessert was also superb. Each guest received a trio of mini desserts, each of which was delightful. We had several guests with food restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free). Chelsea ran two quick rehearsals for the ceremony and that's all it took! She gave clear instructions and recommendations and when it was time for the real thing, it was perfect! The whole team made sure we stuck to our schedule, rounded up all the guests we needed for photos, made sure we had some time to ourselves to take in the gravity of the day, and also made sure we ate! The team maintained the perfect distance; close enough to rapidly get involved should they need to, but without making us feel crowded. Another service offered was the option to load our vehicle at the end of the night with our decorations and I cannot stress enough how great this was. We were able to stay out on the dance floor ALL the way until the end of the reception while the staff loaded the car for us to pick up the following morning. This way, we got to spend as much time with all our guests without worrying about coordinating a clean up crew, and figuring out who is going home with what. Our guests continue to tell us how much they loved the food and how beautiful and clean the venue was (we thoroughly agree).
