The wheels don't work correctly, and the gate does not function as it should. When I first left a bad review, the owner threatened not to return unless I deleted it. I felt pressured and removed my review so he would come back. He only made temporary repairs after I mentioned taking legal action. Now, just 1 year and 2 months later, the motor has completely failed again. This is clearly poor-quality work and materials. I have tried to resolve this directly, but he is now refusing to help. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue this through small claims court. I am sharing my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. Based on what I went through, I do not recommend this company.
