I've waited to post this review because honestly, it's been a bit of an emotional roller coaster since I was in a bad car accident in 2015 on my way to work. In a nut shell, It was early am and I was hit hard and fast on the passenger of a small compact by a Ford 250 that ran the red. This sent me (instantly totaled) into opposing traffic which, thank you all that is good and great, had stopped. Fast forward to the beginning of this year (having gone to innumerable places that hadn't really worked or dig the the core of the pain) still dealing with Worker's Comp and while some things have mildly relieved pain temporarily, nothing has been as effective on a long term basis (instead of hours) than being adjusted by Ben Sanchez (and Chloe) A dear friend had recommended I go to see Ben and his assistant Chloe. Desperately trying to find a way to not feel crunched up in my left hip anymore and also relieve the 3rd lumbar which has been a quarter inch out (this area affects digestion, and a number of other things in your system) I made the appointment. I arrived in Beachwood Canyon area and easily parked (morning appointments make this easy) and went in. In the the center of the room is a 30" massage table and 2 healers that unquestionably are here to help us realize we do not have to suffer the indignities of judgements by doctors that tell you imperiously, "well, you won't get better, you have a chronic condition." Ben set to work guiding me through specific breathing techniques as well as explaining, in detail, each thing he was about to do and what it was connected to. It was a cross between mesmerizing and physically challenging my ability to truly let go of this long term pain. By the time Chloe (Ben's assistant) and Ben both gave me the adjustments, it affected me not only physically as I could feel release for the first time in years as well as it affecting me psychologically. Anyone taking the time to read to here understands this well and is probably as seriously injured as I have been. To explain, I was being adjusted (or spiritually exorcized to our wit bluntly) in a way that felt like the condition of pain I'd learned to adjust to was being lifted away. I was having a deep experience that is traditionally described as a "mind, body, spirit" connection. It was (and still is) such an intense healing energy when one has both male and female energies working together. Chloe, Bens assistant, is very instinctual and brings a maternal energy to this unified effort of "rebirthing" you into your own perfect body. WOW! Ben and Chloe work wonders. Everytime I leave this place I feel an inch or two taller. Word to the wise, Ben's technique is not for the faint of heart. Unless you're seriously committed to realigning the results of your bad posture and physical inactivity, it might be wise to go a more traditional route. That said, if you can muster the courage to sort out consistent treatments, this tai chi technique is truly life altering, in the best possible way. read more

Benjamin and Chloe are simply amazing. I've never done anything quite like this so made sure to take the time and communicate everything that was happening. Apparently my habit of slouching had gotten really bad over time and in just an hour I was reset, dramatically improving my posture and relieving tension. BEFORE THE TREATMENT: I was in crutches, in a pain level of 12/10, on my second day of the injury, unable to put any weight on my knee and was walking in pain. AFTER THE TREATMENT: Benjamin and Chloe are incredible and miracle workers. After a 30minute session I was able to walk without crutches IN ONE SESSION! I had an injured right shoulder from weight lifting and kickboxing. Although it didn't cause me great pain I could still notice. I was very surprised that Ben and his staff were able to help me considerably. I cannot begin to explain the miracle of Benjamin's treatment... In a single session, he corrected my "bunk" shoulder, which faced forward for almost 20 years from an old injury, that I'd been told could not be fixed without surgery, that I should not get because it would limit my range of motion. I am an occupational therapist and was a little nervous about trying bone setting, as no one I work with in the medical setting had ever heard of it. However, my shoulder was killing me, and so was my left SI joint. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, and personal training, all with temporary results. I was impressed immediately with Ben's caring calming manner, and his skills as a diagnostician. Between looking at my anatomy, palpating, and feeling up through my body, Ben was able to accurately assess each small component that was off and make the correction. He had to work hard due to the nature of the intervention and I suspect due to my needs, but he never flagged or complained, seeming to give it is full concentration and effort throughout. Because I need additional soft tissue work and stretches to keep my body from pulling everything back again and to allow further work, and I do not live near to Ben, he gave me recommendations for both self care and other ways to get that done. This is one of the most unique, incredible healing techniques I have ever experienced. If you have any issues with joints, spine, posture, fascia, internal scar tissues, injuries, you should go and see Ben and Chloe. This unique method shifts the energies with a pulling motion in that particular area and realigns the desired/misaligned area instantly. While it might have a bit of a chiropractor feel to it, it's so much more than that (and in my opinion more effective.) It's kind of like an actively assisted version of Qigong, pretty incredible. They work as a team, as one person is needed to locate the center of the problem area and hold you gently in place with just the right amount of pressure while the other person is doing the pulling in a very intuitive way. You just focus on breathing and letting go and by that, all three of you are actively shifting the energy. That's my best way of describing it. On top of that, they are also super nice and really care to help you to get better. They are truly amazing at what they do and I highly recommend them. read more

This was my 3rd session with Ben and it was just as amazing as the first two. Ever since bunion surgery decades ago, walking in my bare feet was painful. Had to use orthotics in my shoes, or have some kind of cushioning. But the night after Ben worked on my feet, I woke up and had to get to the bathroom quick; no time to find my flip-flops. So I stepped out of bed and after a few steps, realized I was walking on my flat foot on the floor with no pain! I cannot stress enough the difference that giving your joints more room and mobility makes. His treatments have relieved my back and hip pain that I had just accepted as a part of aging.
