When I emailed them to find out if it had shipped, they emailed the order number but nothing else. I had to email two more times before anyone would actually send me a copy of my order. Then, I needed to return an item on the order and was very disappointed to find out that, unless the item is defective, they only refund 80% of your money. Period. That's their policy: 80%, take it or leave it. Definitely NOT a good company to order from!

When they delivered I told them that is wasn't level. The delivery person got out his level and checked it only at the garage door and said it was all good. Within 6 months the side door wouldn't close. I called them and they said they were busy and would be out In two weeks. Never showed. Several month later I stopped into look at chairs. I brought it up again. "Oh yeah, we'll come out to fix" no call and no follow up. If the salesman would not be eating his lunch in the parking lot every time I go and actually write stuff down would help. Seems like a good place but their service after the sale is questionable.
