I am grateful for any and all BB&B's. They always have something I either need, want or have been looking for! I do appreciate that all locations do have a similar layout. This one is very similar to the OKC one, just a bit smaller. Go during the day if you can, it's less busy and not so crowded, because when it's busy it can be a bit tough maneuvering around the isles. The staff is SUPER DUPER helpful! I mean.... DUPER! I was browsing around asking all sorts of questions, looking for very specific items that I saw online and the staff was extremely helpful, calling the OKC location for me, digging around looking for the items I was asking for! & I mean... digging, I asked for specific pillows I had seen online and were "available" at the Edmond store. Several staff members were looking in the back and all through the display bedding to see if they had the pillows I wanted. Unfortunately it was an inventory error and they did not have the pillows I wanted but they called the OKC store for me to make sure they had some before I went all the way down there! woooooot! Melsalaz was the girl helping me and she even went as far to ordering the clearance hair dryer I saw in the display, but none in stock, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping! THANK YOUUUUU Melsalaz! My previous hair dryer had just died, and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on an expensive one but also didn't want to go cheap, so she was a life saver for going that extra mile! For this kind of customer service, I will always love BB&B and will always give them my business.

The checkout lines were long, but the cashiers moved fast. I know it's the holiday season, so retail pricing is common before they slash prices to move inventory in the new year. But this location seemed higher in price than others I've been to. Also selection was bare! Very picked over thus close to Christmas. I did find some very cute things, but I'd likely not stop at this Kohl's location again.

I came in today for a return and had to wait a while in line. There is no counter specifically for returns only, so you have to wait in line with all the people trying to purchase their stuff. Probably not a good process. At least have a return counter. They usually have some pretty good deals here. Sometimes you have to dig around to find something good, but when you do, it's a pretty decent savings.

Even the daiso in Japan has similar items. They have great little gifts or items for yourself. They have things for the house, gardening's, organization, snacks, and everything you could think of practically. The workers are nice when checking out. And there are some good prices on some of the stuff there. Some stuff is expensive, so ask someone if you don't understand their pricing system. It's kind of weird.

They also own Marshalls and HomeGoods which are also good stores to check out. I've noticed that each store is somewhat similar to the others..offering the same/similar products at the same/similar prices but each store has a slightly different "thing" that they're pushing... i.e. HomeGoods pushes furniture/decor/glassware, TJ Maxx pushes their clothing, and Marshalls seems to be a combination of the two.

They get some really cool stuff in and sometimes have really good prices. Shoes seem to be the most reliable find. Sometimes sporting goods, sometimes auto stuff..... just depends. The bad part is if the store they got from was WAY overpriced... and thus going out of business... the discount still isnt a good deal. Still worth the stop, just may take a few trips till you find a treasure.
