Service here is amazing. Last time I took our CRX in for a audio software update, they told me the download time had been varying. When they found out this one might take 2 hrs, they not only apologized but offered me an office to work in, to bring in lunch for me, and then washed my car. This time, we had an oil change scheduled after being at the beach and camping over the 4th. We had hoped to get it cleaned before the picked it up but couldn't get in til after. Imagine my surprise. Not only did they pick the car up for an oil change, drop off a loaner, and then drop it back off the next day but it also arrived washed and completely detailed in the interior. It was like new. We were stunned. We are grateful and will definitely recommend your company. read more

I had an 8 am appt to install accessaries I bought on line from GM. When I checked in the service rep did not tell me how long I would be waiting. I was never updated to spoke to while waiting. After 1 1/2 hrs. I heard the parts manager tell the service tech they did not have to worry about the bill (using my name when discussing it) as it had already been paid for signed sealed and done. After another half hour went bu and I hadn't received my keys. I asked the service rep how my installation was coming along as it was done and I did not need to stay for their paperwork process which did not apply to me. She verified her service manager was working on the paperwork. I again repeated that it was something they could do after I left as it had already been paid for online and the parts manger had verified this over a half hour ago. Another 15 minutes went by (so a total of 45 minutes) after my vehicle was done with the installation and ready for me to leave when the service rep informed me it was ready and admitted without apology or concern that they made me wait for the paperwork they were doing to get the rebates and discounts back from GM that I had received online so the office could close it out before I left. When I again informed the service rep that it was unnecessary for me to wait 45 minutes while they did paperwork that only applied to them and not me, it fell on death ears. This service rep and manager have no regard for their customers time or business. read more

If I could give a lower star than a 1 star, I would. This was the worse service I have ever experienced. I brought my GMC Terrain in on a Tuesday evening, where they told me the car will be worked on and finished by Wednesday - next day - evening. Luckily I called them an hour before I had to leave to pick it up otherwise I would have gotten all the way out there, a solid 30-40 minutes away from where I live, to find out it wouldn't be finished until Friday. Two days after the day the originally told me it would be done. When Friday came around, I called around 12PM asking if my car would be finished by 4:30, which is the soonest I could get there after work. The worker told me they had not started my car yet, but should be done by that time. This same guy quoted me for an 8 hour job on Tuesday and he is trying to tell me they can have it done within 4.5 hours. Well, to no surprise it wasn't finished. He told me to come back on Monday and it will be done in the evening. When I called on Monday around lunch time, the person then again told me they haven't started it yet, but this time telling me they won't get to it until Tuesday. When Tuesday came, they finally contacted me telling me my car would be ready. I picked it up, drove off the lot and got about a mile down the road and the engine light came on. When I originally brought my car in, there was no light on. So I turned around and brought it back to find out something inside the engine broke while they were working on the other part. They then gave me another rental car and I will have to wait another two days before getting it back. Long story short, an 8 hour job took them over a week. Also what really irritated me was they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me it wouldn't be ready on the days they told me. They waited for me to call them. read more

Made an appoint on a Wed to have my car picked up at 730AM Monday morning to have 2000 worth of work done. They did not show up until after 1pm. Then they ended up not having the work done until Thursday afternoon. Terrible customer service. Communication was awful and they think that giving you a hundred bucks off a 2000 service is giving you a break. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! read more
