I used this Ray Winnie Auto for a car rental awhile back. I was nervous to use this business as anytime I have ever stepped foot in the building or interacted with the staff, they have been less than courteous. The rental itself was great, no complaints there. That was arranged through my auto mechanic shop and they were phenomenal. However, anytime I have had to deal directly with the staff outside of that rental, years before or after, it has always turned me away. The staff are rude and yell across their desks to one another, the building inside is filthy, and you're given the impression that you need to make a purchase or leave. I promise Greenville has far better options than the cranky, cramped car lot on the corner.

This Dealership is not loyal, purchased 4 new Jeeps from them. They took 8 months on a Jeep paint…read morewarranty, took our jeep 200 miles unauthorized by us to a body shop who did horrible work, caused more damage was not OEM. SIX weeks later they have yet to make this right with us. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, MATT will not help you or make things right. We have reached out SEVERAL times and by certified mail with no response. The dealership is very shady and does not do the right thing. Report them to the attorney general, State licensing board, state consumer protection office. They need to treat customers the way they would like to be treated. DO NOT USE Ed KOEHN.
