My family has used Tint Doctor for all of our cars that we own and previous cars too. That comes out to Tint Doctor doing at least 10 cars. You have to call and make an appointment and they are extremely nice about setting you an appointment and also getting the work done. They stand by their job and Tint and will even replace the tint if it starts to bubble or fade. I personally know that they replace it free of charge because my previous vehicle started to show signs of warping on the tint. It was extremely easy to bring my car in to ask about what happened and then make an appointment to replace it. Just recently they also worked on two other cars and because they were being done on the same day there was a discount offered. Because they were working on two cars and the were close to closing, we called to see what would happen to our cars if it was past closing time and we were made aware that they do not leave until the vehicle is finished. I recently made an appointment to have tint put on 4 of my home Windows. I specifically mentioned 4 Windows several times when I called, gave the measurements, and asked for the total price. When they came out during the appointment, I was then informed that the price I had been quoted was for one window only and that for 4 Windows it would be much more. I did not like that at all, and decided not to have them tint my windows. The gentleman was extremely apologetic, professional, and polite. I could tell he felt bad and embarrassed. It was not his fault. I understand mistakes and miscommunication happen. It clearly happened in this case. Which is why I give 3 stars, I have no desire to hurt their reputation. I have no issues with this company, just be sure you get the price for all the work requested. read more

I was able to get an appointment the day before I had it done. They were very knowledgeable and was pretty quick at doing the tint work. I like that they offer a lifetime warranty on the tint. I never really got tint on my cars because of bubbling and then it not looking very good. From what it seems like the quality of tint has really improved over the years. Very disappointed with Tint Dr owners. I have been taking my cars there for many years. I brought my car in and unfortunately did not have the technician look over the vehicle and annotate any damage nor did I have it looked over when I picked up my vehicle. The employee that day was an older lady, she did not ask me what tint shades I wanted or explain the differences, this was a different experience as any of the other 7 times I was asked what I would like as well as recommendations for that specific car. She did ask me if I liked the car and told her how much I loved it. She mentioned to me and my husband that she drove the cars back to help out. When I picked up the vehicle she did not want to drive it up and my husband and I walked to the back to get the car. I noticed a large scrape on my front drivers side bumper, I called them and left a message to let them know of the scrape as well as some questions on my warranty card, I decided to go over to the location and see if my red paint would be on the parking spot, upon arriving it was noted that my paint was on the curb/parking spot and I took pictures and left another message. I received a call from one of the owners the next day and was told the advertisement sign person that they use that was outside saw me scrape my own bumper. I had said hello to this person and nothing was said to me by him or anyone that I had done this. I told her that had I done this I would have been in her office crying that morning when I dropped off my car. My car is a limited edition and I take it to shows. When I was parking my husband was standing on the sidewalk waiting for me as he was going to go in with me to find out how much his windows would be. He would have heard and seen it as he watched me park and I would have heard it and felt the scraping. I emailed pictures to the co-owner and after hours had passed and I had not heard if she received them I called her and she continued to state the sign guy saw you do this and let the technician know. She stated she needed to speak with her co-partner as to what to do on this, that had they done it they would pay for it that the technician would pay for half and they would pay for half. Friday I went and had an estimate done and the damage was 487.00, I am pretty sure I would have known if I had damaged my car with that amount of repair required. I brought it to the co-owner to provide the estimate and talk to her in person; I noted right away she was not the owners I had previously dealt with. I had her come outside and see the damage and expressed to her again how much I hate confrontation and that had I thought for a moment I had done this I would not have called her. Her young son was there and stated he is a liar and probably saying you did it so he still gets his goodies. Was surprised her son said that. She said she would discuss with her co-owner as she had not come back in town yet and call me Saturday. I never received a call Saturday and had to call on Wednesday to find out what was going on. When I called I spoke with the other co-owner that I had not yet spoken to, she apologized for not getting back with me, I was then told since their advertisement sign guy saw me do it that they were not willing to pay and that I should come and talk to him as to what he saw. I expressed I would not be wasting any more of my time. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and respect that was given to me the customer. In the end I have to pay for damage someone else did to my vehicle. I hope that they will change their policy to look over the car before and after and annotate any damage. Had this been done it would have showed I did not do this. I have always been happy with the outcome of getting my tint done here but if you have to worry about your vehicle being damaged and not receiving the customer service than you take the risk of this happening to you. I am appauled that as customer that has been going to their establishment for over 7 years, has provided many referrals and wanted other products they provide to be done on my car would be disregarded due to their own employee apparently seeing me do it but never mentions it to me when I saw him. Hello High Desert residence my name is John I'm the owner of John's Plumbing and Rooter recently we had the tint Doctor come out to my house and install Clear Window Film we paid them $2,600 they sent out an installer they installed the film although it had a lot of air pockets and what appeared to be dirty streaks behind them the installer said they would go away within a couple months or so so months go by I called them back deal with Carrie she sends out another installer to come and inspect windows their reasoning 4 the air pockets was I had purchased the best clear film on the market therefore it was too thick for them to install properly mind you they supplied us with the film budget was not an issue I want the best so they downgraded the film so they put cheaper stuff on without reimbursing us the difference between materials and now that they have replaced the outer film with the thinner stuff all the defects on the inner film are showing and I'm trying to get them back out here to replace the inner film as well left multiple messages no call Back yet will keep trying I will post an update when this matter is resolved read more

I recommend scheduling an appointment here they took care of me I drove over to Victorville that is almost an hour away to get my tint done at a different place when I arrived there they told me it's a 5 hour wait, when I scheduled at that place a week in advance.
