Scheduled an appointment through yelp due to the great reviews. I showed up the next day to get my windows tinted on a 2019 Ram. The prices were competitive with other tint shops so they're not overpriced. I dealt with Nimpsi and he helped me out and explained the different shades of tint and quality of them. As they took my truck to the back there was a mishap however Nimpsi was very apologetic and took care of everything right away to the point where I wasn't angry. Customer service was some of the best I've had and he was genuine on his desire to take care of the situation. The tint came out great after all with no bubbles or signs of improper installation. So I was in the market to tint my Lexus because the previous owner of my car did the tint themselves and it looked awful and it was fading to purple. My friend referred me to "Tint Guys" and I was blown away by their fair prices and warranty they offer. I ended up going with the mid tier level of tint because the warranty included bubbling and color fading (as long as you have the receipt, warranty is valid). These guys finished tinting my windows and front windshield visor within an hour and a half and the work is terrific. I'm not certain if the tint was cut by hand or computer but it covered the whole glass which I'm glad that it did! I would definitely come back with another vehicle to get window tint again. Tint guys did a great job on my tint! I did the carbon front windshield tint to protect from UVA/UVB rays. It took about an hour or so, they were super flexible with my indecisiveness and explained the differences between tints (multiple times). It's been about two weeks now, no bubbles, no issues. I've been looking for a week of two for someone who does window tint and chrome delete as well. Tint guys gave me the best quote but they didn't have the most reviews. I choose tint guys because the owner Nimpsi was so responsive. I came and brought the car in at 9 and they took their time. I picked it up at 9 at night and they did a great job. It was lifetime warranty on the tint and 1 year on the chrome delete. I came in today trying to get the chrome delete fixed on the folding side mirror. I wanted to get a tint job and a full front PPF on my '21 Challenger. I did the research on Yelp and elsewhere, and Tint Guys won out as my choice. First, I emailed the place, asking for a quote, and Nimpsi responded promptly. Word of advice: Don't haggle. You are getting quality work for a reasonable cost. If you can get it cheaper somewhere else, go ahead, but understand you get what you pay for, and that extends to customer service. More on that later. I went to the place to make the deposit for the PPF, and to pick out the kind of tint job I wanted; Nimpsi was very chill, and patient with my questions. We arranged a date for me to drop off my car -- because of the PPF, more time would be required -- and a couple days later, I picked it up. I was very happy with my 30% window tint, and the PPF looked great, save for a couple spots on the fender that hadn't settled in yet. Or so I thought. I should've brought it up, rather than assume, so that's totally on me. A couple weeks later, I noticed the spots -- a kind of bubbling -- still there, and I contacted Nimpsi and sent him photos. He quickly responded and told me that it wasn't supposed to look that way; we arranged for me to drop off my car so they can fix the problem. One day later, I picked up my car and it looked fantastic! Nimpsi was very open and explained the issue, and how it was fixed by replacing the pieces with new ones. They even did it twice, because they weren't happy with how it had come out the first time. I really appreciated Tint Guys' refusal to settle for "good enough". I was left with the impression that customer satisfaction is paramount with them, and I'm very picky about that sort of thing, I usually find places lacking in that attitude. My Challenger looks better than ever; I'm very happy with the super clean work by these gentlemen. I've since recommended this place to friends and family, and I would definitely come back here again. I would advise those interested to email or call Nimpsi for a quote, and understand that you are not at a swap meet or garage sale, the price you get is the price you get -- and you are not just paying for the parts and labor, but top notch work as well. As I've stated above, it's not just the reasonable pricing and the quality of the work, but the customer service that stood out for me, and that's why Tint Guys earned every one of its five stars. read more
