I have been coming here 10 plus years and have had at least six of my vehicles done here. I have always been happy with their work and guarantee. I stopped by today and met with Omar, the Manager, who now runs the place for the owner, Kent, whom always did my windows. He said Kent is retired but he runs the shop for him. The business looked the same as it did when Kent was there. The shop is extremely clean with excellent lighting. Although they were working on two other cars they told me they could take me and it would take about 40 minutes or less. I opted for the more expensive 3M ceramic tint, as I wanted no UV rays coming through. The ceramic tint keeps out 99 percent of UV rays according to Omar and the Manufacture. It also lets in less heat than the regular 3M Tint. For my two front windows on my vehicle it was $225 cash. About 30 minutes later they were done. I asked about a previous Yelper who posted about bubbles left on his tint and he reminded me that bubbles will always disappear as the heat dissipates the moisture. All of their tint comes with a lifetime warranty and Omar said if I'm not happy with the tint to bring it back and they will fix it. I didn't see any bubbles in my tint and saw that it came out very nice. It appears Kent's workmanship is being upheld by Omar and his small team here. I would highly recommend this place for any high end vehicle or classic vehicle that you want quality tint. You pay for what you get. Thank you Tint Masters. I will bring my next car (a Maserati) to you. Haven't bought it yet, lol.

CAUTION: Honestly, if I could give this place a zero review I would. Years ago I brought my vehicles to this place and my experience was terrific. I don't know if there's an ownership change since, but the customer experience is definitely not the same. The customer service was terrible from the onset, the employee was rude and unprofessional when I called with questions and quotes. However, because they did such a great job years ago, I still decided to bring my car in. When I was there, its much more of the same, the dude treated me like I was an annoyance. My gut instinct was telling me to take my business elsewhere, and I should of listened, but I went through with it because of the good work they did (years ago) and I wanted the 3M ceramic tint. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed air bubbles in the rear passenger window, brought it to the employee's attention and he claims its actually "moisture" spots and not air bubbles and should go away in a few hours...so I drove home. Fast forward to the next day, sure enough the "moisture" spots were still there so I brought my car back to the shop and was treated again by the same employee like I was an annoyance. He was annoyed?? I, the CASH paying customer, had to waste my time and come back because y'all screwed up to begin with...but he's the one annoyed?? After a few attempts of him trying to squeeze the "moisture" spots out, he finally agreed to re-do the tint. While I was standing there waiting, the employee came back and told me he needed to remove the decal that was on the outside of the same window, something about the heat of the equipment he was using?? I couldn't really understand him, but since I just wanted to get the ish fixed and be on my way, I gave him the okay to remove the decal. But thinking afterwards, I'm like "why wasn't the decal (on the outside of the window) an issue when they first put the tint on? But it is now?" After they were done "fixing" it, I looked at the tint and everything looked fine so I left. However, because the sun was glaring on the window when I was examining the work, I didn't see that they had scratched the outside of the same window until I was in my garage. They scratched my window with razor marks from less than half an inch to a full inch. These scratch marks on the outside were not old, I had a decal there, they scratched it when they removed my decal. And then when I opened my back seat doors to get a closer look, I noticed they freaking spill soda or whatever ALL over the back seat and the back door panels!! (see pics) Its just my gf and I, so there's rarely anyone sitting in the back, matter of fact, I don't even recall the last time someone sat back there. Dude I was so pissed!!! I had to spend even more money to get the seats cleaned and detailed.

I understand this business has great customer reviews. However, my review is regarding my particular quote and customer service rendered. I called the shop today Tuesday - November 3rd at 8:00 a.m. to make an appointment for Saturday - November 7th. I explained to the gentleman who answered the phone specifics on what I needed tinted for my vehicle. He had stated that he had customers in the shop and would contact me in 15 to 20 minutes. It has already been over an 2 hours and I have not received a call back. As such, I will not be conducting business with them. A potential customer should not have to chase a business to make an appointment. Update - Wednesday - 04NOV20: 24 hours later and still no return call. Potential customers beware. read more

I have taken 3 of my cars to Tint Masters. Every time, they are courteous and efficient. The tint always looks nice and thus far has not faded, bubbled, or turned purple. 100% satisfied with my wife's window tinting on her ride. Called in the day of to make an appointment and the guy (Kent) said if I could take my car in 30 minutes he could squeeze me in. Do not recommend they do not cover the whole window as other tint places so basically if I have my window half way down there's a gap on the edges looks ugly unless you dont mind lol going to retint somewhere else other than that the quality is okay hasn't messed up from the back windshield front two have tiny bubbles not even a year with the tint read more

Reading some of these reviews made me wonder what were these folks smoking when they were writing the reviews! 1. He is busy with his business so his conversation is short and to the point. 2. Hes honest and doesn't BS you! He has a business to run so time is money. Howyhe will answer all your questions. 3. I took my first car, he was straight forward, explained his work in detail. 4. For his work, his price was very reasonable, fast forward couple of years later I took my brand new truck and he did amazing job. 5. It took him almost all day to tint my car, but it work was well worth the wait. 6. He doesn't talk a lot, but I rather have man of few word doing great work on my car than man of thousand words do bad job. read more

This is the second Mini I've taking to Kent. After having bad tint job being put on my first Mini, Kent helped me remove it and put on the 3M color stable film. We have used Tint Masters in Ontario many times. Every time the work is immaculate and they are responsive and on time. We wouldn't trust our vehicles to any other tint shop. I had my windows tinted back in 2015 with 3M Crystalline and over the years the tint became blurry. I called Tint Masters and explained the situation and he had me bring my car in and replaced all the tint with 3M Ceramic for no charge. It was covered under warranty. Great customer service and had my car turned around in one day. Highly recommend. read more

Our focus has always been on quality; installing the best vehicle window tinting products and offering the highest level of workmanship for the price. We offer over 30 years of vehicle window tinting experience and are so confident in our materials, that we are an exclusive 3M Dealer.

Meet the Business Owner: Kent S.

I began tinting automobiles in 1977. In those days no one knew how to tint auto glass; the manufacturers would sell you the film and then it was up to us to figure out how to install it. From curved back windows, to roll up windows, it was a trial and error process to figure out the perfect technique for installation on each and every vehicle. During the 80's there were only a few tint shops and a high demand for our services. This high demand gave me no choice but to expand the business; with 6 tinters and 20-25 cars completed a day, things should have been great....but I felt that the QUALITY of the jobs leaving the shop had declined since the expansion. In order to bring the quality back up to my standard, I decided to downscale my business to a size that would ensure the best quality and price that could be achieved. Today, 33 years later I am still tinting with the help of a quality glass tinter who has been tinting since 1986; his workmanship is unsurpassed.

He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything. That never happened here and I felt like an equal. I was treated with a lot of respect. When I was given a time it would be done I told Ralph I couldn't do that because of my acupuncture appointment. He promised he could get it done earlier and the guys did it! They really care about their customers here and treat you like family. What a wonderful company. The store was clean and the work was exactly what I was looking for. High quality, fair price, and consciousness to the customer. Amazing!

The service, quality, and staff here are second to none which is why I come back. I returned with an RX7 for AIR 80 all around for the heat rejection and full visibility. My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!

I wanted to give them another chance because after we initially connected for my broken window, I saw they offered other services that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to tint my two front windows. This time, communication was excellent--they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jeff even stopped by to check on me while I was waiting. After the job was completed, he reviewed everything with me and explained the tinting process in detail. They did an amazing job matching the front tint to my back privacy windows. It's been over a week, and everything still looks great. This was from a detail done in January 2020. I forgot to write a review then, but needed one done…read morenow and had to go back to their service. I found them on Yelp through the quoting system. They responded fast and communicated with me on pricing. I had spilled a orange carrot LARGE juice on the floor of my car and it was mid drive. This stuff was soaking the floor of my car. The car smelt sour all week and I was so lucky to find DGO Mobile Auto Detailing because they were awesome. They came to my office which was amazing, we have a parking lot where the detail could be done. I also have a dog so they got 95% of the dog hair out. You would probably need to tear out the seats and you still would not get it all out. It was nice to have a car with no dog hair for a while though. They also detailed every other nook of the car making it spotless. The team completed it in 2 hours. I never smelled the orange carrot after. I just text them now to set up my next appointment and will have a clean car again very soon.

Okay guys if you are looking for a place that not only will make your car look ridiculously good, but a place where they will take of you and all your needs Tint Masters is the place to go. I am beyond impressed with the outstanding work they did on my car! I've never seen such clean work on window tint until I saw what these guys could do!! I loved how precise this shop was so much that I took my girlfriends car and got all her windows done there as well for our anniversary!! Man my car looks great! I don't know why I waited so long to tint my Acura... After some friends were talking smack about not having tint, they referred me to Tint Masters. I called and was able to get a quote over the phone, and to my surprise, the quote was the final amount I actually paid. I called to try an get an appointment for later that same day, however they were booked solid for the entire week. Obviously, that is a really good sign, so I scheduled an appointment for the following week and dropped my car off in the morning, and picked up a completely transformed car that afternoon! Now I know why my friends sent me to this place; my car not only looks cool, it stays so much cooler inside, not to mention I'm completely worry free with the 3M lifetime warranty. I have had two cars done by Kent and could not be happier with the results! Everyone in my family has only ever gotten their cars done at Tint Masters. My first car was a 1990 300E Mercedes that had never had tint on it when I bought it in 2008. I was concerned about it being an older car and if anything was to go wrong, but Kent assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He has been in business so long that he knew the specifics on each car and my car did come back looking great! My new car came with factory tint in the rear and I didn't want to mess with that or have my car look too drastic from the front to the back. Recently I purchased a new 2014 Mazda, Cx-5. One of my friends referred me to Tint Masters as they had their car tinted there in the past and were extremely satisfied with how their vehicle had turned out. The people were very friendly and great at explaining the different options I had when it came to tinting my car. They helped me to pick the tint that was right for me and my vehicle going with something a little darker to help block sun rays and heat since I have leather interior. Overall I was highly satisfied and will return with every new vehicle I purchase and I won't think twice about who to refer my friends to when they are looking for tint that will last and look great. I was looking into getting my windows tinted on my new Tahoe. I searched online for tint shops and saw Tint Masters with good reviews. So I decided to go check it out yesterday afternoon. All I can say is the reviews were accurate about this shop. I was greeted right away by the owner I believe, ask me how he can help. I told him what I wanted and he showed me different options and gave me a quote. The price was reasonable so I decided to go ahead and have him tint my windows. I was happy with the job he did. Had my Windows tinted here last week after shopping around for 3M tint and found Tint Masters, after being informed on the types of tint they have they told me that the color stable tint cuts out more heat and is a Fade proof tint compared to the FX Premium not being fade proof and cuts out less heat, the price is very reasonable so don't let other companies try and sell you on the FX Premium as being the best the price and quality of the work is VERY GOOD!! and VERY AFFORDABLE i will be bringing all my cars here and Kent and all of his team are very nice and friendly i would recommend Tint Masters if your looking to get your windows tinted this is the place to go read more
