If I could give 10 stars I would. I had inquired to get my headlights restored and even replaced. For replacement through a garage, would be $1,200, yikes. My dealer ship wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone. So I shopped around online. Just a generic Google search of "headlight restoration". I had actually made an appointment with someone else, sent them a picture of my headlights, said they would come out in 2 days. The day before my appointment, he said my headlights are just too bad off, and he bailed. I called headlights 360 Restoration Austin (Ulises Milan) and he came that day! Like within an hour!! Can you believe that?!! I checked his website, and he has great reviews, but looking at the pictures of his past jobs, my headlights looked way worse. The other guy bailed because he said they were so bad, will Ulises be able to get them done? The suspense is killing you isn't it? YES! They look amazing, I can't wait for it to get dark tonight so I can show the streets just how bright my lights are now. I feel like my car got a face lift. I'm over the top excited! I asked for a few business cards so I can hand them out to friends and coworkers. Unbelievable. They look fantastic. I even have a 4 year warranty. WHAT?!! 4 years? The process was pretty straight forward. He came to my home. He had to get my hood up so he could tape and protect my car/paint around the headlights. Used a sander and some other detail tools and then did a clear coat and UV light to cure it. The whole process took about an hour. Wow. I should have called Ulysses long ago. My 2016 Mazda CX5 still looks very good, except for those foggy, scuffed up looking headlights! Since I retired in 2019, I don't drive as much, so my car only has 50-some-odd thousand miles on it. I plan to hang onto this car for a few more years, and checked into buying new headlights. I went to Lamb's and even Palms Car Wash because they both offer headlight restoration. But I could tell that the person I talked to was not very sure he could make it look good as new. I have an 06 Ford 150. I called H360R and talked with Ulysses. He was very courteous and helpful. He explained the options and cost in detail. I made an appointment for 1:00 the next day. Ulysses was very prompt arriving exactly the time we had previously agreed upon! He worked in my garage because it was raining and went immediately to work. I had another company come out to restore my headlights, which looked good that day, however, the next day they were worse than before. I called and was told, "they stand by their service and would come back and redo them". They never came back and their phone number has been disconnected.
