Very clean facility and the staff is very friendly. I have never seen tint cut out by computer before and I must say the results are amazing. If I could give 0 stars I would. They took complete advantage of me and over charged for a mediocre detail. I felt that they were extremely unprofessional. The work that was done on my car was equivalent to a $40 car wash. They charged me almost 5 times that amount to spray wax the outside and vacuum inside after having my car for 6hrs. The icing on the cake was that they broke my rear a/c vent and also my ceramic cup holder and attempted glued it back together and then didn't even mention it to me. I will never be back!! I suggest going anywhere but here!!!! My husband took my car to have the windows tinted. Before leaving he stressed that he was not happy about the way they looked and was assured by Tammy that the foggy look would go away in a week. ( Living in Florida we have had numerous car windows tinted and that was defiantly a first for that answer ) He also pointed out that the molding around my brand new car was marked up. She applied cleaner and told my husband it would be fine when it dried. Again What?!?!?!?! Yesterday we went back to express our unhappiness to be greeted by Jeff the owner. Or so he claims, The most unprofessional company owner I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. He did everything but listen to my husbands concerns. Took my car in to get new wheels and tires and ended up spending nearly 3k. As soon as I got my car back I noticed that the steering wheel would shake as the cars speed increased. Mind you that my car is brand new. I literally only had it for a few days so I knew that the problem most likely wasn't with the vehicle. Jeff insisted that the issue wasn't with the new wheel or tire. So I took the car back to the dealership and they ran tests on the car and it turns out the one of my new tires was with a defect which was causing the cars steering wheel to shake. I took proof from the dealership back to tint world and they said that they were going to run it through warranty and provide me with a new tire. So I waited for a week. Got in contact with them because they NEVER call you back to get an update. I was simply told that warranties take longer to get resolved and that they would contact me once the tire arrived. Well it's now been a month and a half and no one has ever called me back. By far the worst customer service I have ever received especially considering the amount of money that I spent. Jeff who is the owner of this company is a poor representation of Tint World. Beware, he is a con artist who sell a product/service and does not take responsibility for his work when faulty or stand behind the 10 year warranty provided. In Dec. 2018 they installed a protectant film over a brand new Tesla that was delivered from the showroom to Tint World on the same day. This film left spot on numerous places on my car, including the front of the car, side panels and mirrors. I have brought it back a few times to discuss this with him. Jeff doesn't want to take responsibility and wants to place blame on Tesla stating Tesla has known paint issues. Funny There we're no brown spots on the area where no film was installed no of the spots on other parts of the car. His second excuse was that the car must have been parked underneath a tree. If the product is suppose to protect the car, then why were there not spots on where the film wasn't installed? I brought the vehicle to another professional detail business who does installs film on cars, which stated without a doubt the product was installed incorrectly and was poor quality and poor workmanship. I asked Tint World to remove the film, and fix the problem. He refused to remove the product without a $500 additional fee on top of the over $4000 I spent.The idea was to bring the car to him to protect the car not to have additional problems the car was taken to him right from the showroom paying close to $4500 to have this car protected for him to try to tell me I wasn't taking care of the car. On May 26th, 2019 I purchased a radio system at Tint World. After having Tint world replace a poor tinting job by a different company, I noticed they install radios. I inquired about replacing my factory radio which was not the best. They were happy to help me and very accommodating. After the installation I noticed my Heat and A/c unit was not functioning properly. I was informed by Jeff they would need to find out about finding the proper program to resolve this issue. A few weeks later they then were able to resolve this problem. After that I noticed my vehicle USB factory outlets did not operate along with the rear base speakers (which were unplugged), the rear two tweeters. I call Damian at Tint world and he told me to bring the car right in so they could check it. As to my disappointment, I was informed the vehicles USB's from my car, the rear base speakers and the two-door tweeters will no longer operate with this system. I was never informed of this before the installation. All I asked for was a replacement radio with better electronics from my factory radio. On June 3rd, 2019 Approximately 10:40 am I called Damian back to ask when was a good time to return my installed radio and have them put back the factory? I was advised from Damian that he will reinstall the factory radio, but they will not take back the new one. Another words, no refunds for a radio that is not compatible with my car. I was told "well I seen the work order" this is unacceptable!! I am now taking further action. I only gave one star due to their professional tint to my windows. This place was awesome! My car has never looked so sexy. Jeff and his crew took great care of me and my car. I wanted a nice new tint on my windows and he talked me through what they were going to do. I waited for it and had some complimentary coffee and donuts. The space is PRISTINE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would. Jeff the owner is a lunatic and extremely unprofessional. After selling me a dash cam for my husband for Father's Day, it was then discovered when I got home that the camera system that they supplied was defective. The heads up display on my vehicle was not working, fuses were exposed and the side panel was broken. I went back to the business The next day for a refund and Jeff became irate to say the least. This man basically said to me "it's his house and I better not be threatening him because he doesn't take kindly to threats" (sounds like a violent threat from him, IMO). I'm not sure how asking for my money back for a defective item that he sold and installed is a threat......He was very defensive and aggressive towards me and refused to give me my money back for the broken camera that he provided. After being aggressively told to take it up with corporate Jeff gave me back the funds for the camera minus the labor and "parts". That's right, he kept the money for the labor they performed while installing a defective camera in the vehicle. Jeff screwed a hole directly through a factory cover for the rear view mirror as well, ruining the cover and causing me to have to replace the part. Jeff took back the camera, and the "parts", and refuses to give back I the labor even though the camera he sold and installed never worked........Meanwhile none of the staff members including Jeff himself are adhering to the Broward county ordinance for mask requirements due to COVID-19. They are also not requiring patrons to adhere to the ordinance. I'm currently waiting to hear back from corporate on the remaining money that I'm due. read more
