First things first I just say that the professionalism of these two guys were top tier. I've had a small crack in my windshield since August of last year and it just got worse over time so I FINALLy decided to get it fixed. Requested a quote at 9:45AM and was driving off the lot at noon. They were very thorough in quoting me for my cracked windshield as well and explaining their process to ensure the window's functionality and offering any assistance should there be any issues with the window in the future. At $240 inclusive of labor and parts, and quick turn around on a Saturday morning you can't beat that! This is half the cost the insurance's recommendation Safelite Autoglass. this company has the ability to book over the internet which I did for 1:30pm today. at 2:15, I tried to call the number on their website and left a message. after an hour had passed, I left a 1 star review on Google saying i had not been contacted. At 2:45, I received a call where they tried to tell me they had never confirmed the appointment and they werent coming. I then left another 1star review saying it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These reviews have been deleted.
