I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

I was quoted a 5 to 5 1/2 hour job and was pleasantly surprised at the 3 1/2 hours it took. The work looks as good or better than if it was factory install. I also asked about my factory Subwoofer and told them it was not working. We discussed a new speaker if necessary. They informed me the subwoofer was fine and perhaps a faulty connection. It could have easily been passed off as needing a new speaker. With the installation I thought I had all I needed and found I had one part shy. The interface between the new Sirius/XM receiver and current antenna needed specific module which was only $20. This was an opportunity to charge me more but Sam went out of his way to show me I had everything I needed less that $20 module. Extremely professional individuals. Very fair pricing. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I am just upset with myself for not going to them sooner. Great people. I highly recommend them!

I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. After driving it for 2 weeks as-is, I realized the windows had to be tinted ASAP. After shopping around and getting quotes I narrowed it down and contacted them to schedule. Tint Experts where fully booked a week out when I contacted them but it needed to get done so I scheduled and asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and I could get in sooner. I got my car windows tinted two days later. Now, I was looking for a good quality tint, that would not bubble or fade with time but I was also looking for someone knowledgeable. The back windows have the original manufacturers privacy glass & I didn't want a huge noticeable grade variation between my back and front windows. Gavin was great! As soon as I walked in, he showed me the different Tint grading, demonstrated the heat variation between the level of tints they offer, he listened to my concerns & what my expectations were. Then I personally saw him take extra measures to calculate the rating on my existing privacy glass vs the tint I had picked for the front to achieve a consistent look & grade throughout my entire vehicle. Their tint has a lifetime warranty & I was told that if I replace a window, they will replace the tint, so you're definitely getting the most value for your money & your tint will be covered for as long as you own your vehicle. I called Gavin on a Tuesday and by the following week he was in my home installing the tint. We could not be happier with the results. The drop in temperature in extremely noticeable. He gave me a quote over the phone based on the measurements I provided and the photos I sent via text. It took two guys about 5 hours to do 14 large windows. The pricing was very reasonable. He answered when I called, he showed up when he was supposed to and the work was excellent. Really good decision to call these guys.
