Very disappointed with my experience at Tint World. Paul at the front desk was consistently rude and unpleasant to deal with. The initial tint job had bubbles in several windows. We returned after a month as advised, and they were argumentative about fixing it--even though it was under warranty. Further stating that "some bubbles are normal". After redoing the tint, they mistakingly cut the foam strip on the back windshield allowing the center brake light to show within the cabin of the vehicle. Despite them making the mistake, I was never informed of the incident. When I brought it back again, the "repair" made it worse. The strip was cut too thin, didn't adhere properly, and my entire brake light was visible. Poor workmanship and very unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this location! read more

I hired Tint World to tint the glass at my residence. They scrathced the glass during installation. They agreed to fix the issue but it has been nothing but delay tactics and empty promises to stand behind their work. It has been almost a year and I am out over $25,000 to replace the windows they damaged with no relief in sight. When to Persision window tint with appt at 10 they told me 40 min on phone as I was waiting. Looked like a friend of there's was there no appt they took her car in and told me 2 hrs, I left. I stopped by to get an estimate and ended up getting my new car tinted right away. They did the work in about a half-hour. My car looks great and the employees were super friendly. I think the price was fair. The front end guy seems to be quite knowledgeable. That's helpful. I'd recommend this place for your car. read more

Scheduling is easy. They did call morning of my appt today they were running behind. I opted to wait anyway and they still got me in on time and finished on time. Great service here! I've gotten multiple vehicles tinted, and because GL is notorious for rocks in the windshield, multiple windshields tinted repeatedly. I won't go anywhere else. These guys are expert technicians, and they persevere to get the job done. We brought in a 2006 Pontiac Grand Am with tint that was 13 years stuck. The guys said it was the worst they had seen in 3 or 4 years. Worse, with the steep angle of the back window, it was tough for them to dig under the old film for removal. But, they did. And with no up-charge for the unanticipated extra time required for the removal. Better yet, the quality of the replacement tint was excellent. No bubbles at all. They even waited 15 minutes past closing so we could pick it up. Well played, Tint World, well played! read more

I bought a car from a dealership and they recommended TINT WORLD. THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT DUE TO THE REFERRAL. I asked them to buff out a scratch, put new car seats on the front seat for me and door guards. I provided the car seats and guards. they charged me more to do those things then the discount they gave. I'm not that agile anymore so I let them do it...As it turned out the scratch couldn't be remove or buffed down, the seat covers don't fit very well and the door guards are coming off. The tint on the windows does not go to the top of the windows and the color on the front windows was suppose to match the back windows. NOT.....When I went back to let them know I was nor satisfied, it would cost me more!!!!! MONEY. seems to be there main objective. The extra money they charged me for the things that were not done honestly, should have been returned. SHOP around... I should have......................... read more
