1) I was there at 10:00 am to drop off my car for window repair and tinting. The owner did not show up until 10:15 am. 2) The window tinting was performed outside rather than in the bay. The owner left the car running outside with the AC on and overheated the car. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. I now have to replace the thermostat, radiator fan and change all the fluids. An expensive repair bill I was not expecting. The car was running perfectly when I turned it in. The owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage to my car citing "preexisting condition" despite the fact that it was running fine when I dropped it off and broken when I picked it up. read more

Attempted to call multiple times with no answer, company has no way to leave voicemails. Unreliable, would not suggest this company for tint never gave a heads up they would be unable to fulfill the appointment. read more

I honestly must say I'm very pleased with the end results of my how my vehicle looks. The owner was kind and courteous upon arrival. He clearly explained what will be done in detail and everything he stated was done. I was given strict instructions on how to maintain my new tinted windows as well as a warranty. Be prepared to wait so bring some snacks or just enjoy the comfortable couch with the flat screen tv for your entertainment or take a short walk to the Queen pizza restaurant that food hit the spot lol. This is about the second car I had tinted there, but this experience warrants a comment. The tinting came out fine, but in the process of tinting the eyebrow portion of my car (front windshield), somehow the technician, Pete, broke the rear view mirror off my car. He claims that he had to remove it to tint the glass. I don't believe him. Anyway, he made it MY problem to fix. He told me to go to Auto Zone to get the glue kit to glue the mirror back on, then return the next day to have him put the mirror on the car. I did this. When I went back, he broke the glued mirror holder off the car again. He then blamed the car, saying that I need a new windshield. There's nothing wrong with the windshield on the car. I finally just bought a new mirror and another glue kit and put it on the car myself. His attitude during this was awful. He didn't care that he damaged my car, and left it completely MY responsibility to fix. By the way, he had also broken the mirror off the car he worked on just before mine. He told that guy to take it back to the dealership, as it was under warranty. Lastly, even though I had a 12noon appointment time and he had my cell phone number, when I showed up for the appointment, I was told to return in 1 1/2 hours or so, as he was running late. Not very professional in my opinion. Take from this what you will. read more
