Brought my wife's car in this weekend to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the back. Pretty good value at about $130 for the two front windows + 2 quarter windows by the A-pillars. Asked Amish a few questions about darkness and % and how everything would work and he was happy to answer my questions about this and additional items like WeatherTech floor liners. They car was done in about an hour and so far we are very happy with the workmanship and quality of service. I'd recommend this shop based on our experience. read more

My son took his 2002 Land Rover in to have a new headliner installed, he also needed a new windshield. We spoke with Amish and he was able to coordinate with Abra Auto Body to have the windshield replaced and then Tint World installed the headliner. This was no small task. We gave Amish and the techs approx 30 pieces of the headliner I.E. backing board, grip handles, center overhead consoles, lighting, trim panels, rear qtr panels, sunroof trim, brackets, numerous vents etc. They managed to repair leaks in both sunroofs, install a new headliner and a related parts, get the new windshield and trim installed in a reasonable time. The headliner was literally a jigsaw puzzle but TW was able to sort it all out. We also had TW redo the stereo. It was not properly installed, by another shop. TW came through again. The radio touch screen now deploys and works properly. Amish and I may have a difference of opinion on the roles and responsibilities of company vs customers but I would recommend TW. The Land Rover looks new compared to how TW received it. My son's happy and at the end of the day that's all that matters. Pleasure doing biz with TW. read more

Had my windows tinted here back in 2016 when I bought my truck. My daughter accidentally hit the window in the back with a seatbelt and gashed the tint pretty good a couple weeks ago (a full 2 years after the tint was installed initially). I walked in the store and my biggest concern was confirmed, they had to replace the tint completely on that window. They got my right in and gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. 20 minutes max from start to finish. Also I want to mention the quality of the tint product itself. The look is perfect. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the tint applied to my windows and the lack of support from the Roswell Tint World location for their product ( I got the Ultimate tint). I was only willing to pay $140 to get 2 windows tinted because I expected a high quality tint which would match my SUV's factory tint in color from the outside. I feel I was misled into believing that the appearance/hue of the tint would match my SUV's other windows from the outside and the company would stand behind its product. Amish (the Roswell GM) talks a good game to sell you the tint/service and acts annoyed if you ask too many questions as if their product is too superior (and his time is too valuable) to be questioned. Well, it's not - so take the time to ask questions and, in my opinion, go somewhere where the manager/owner is willing to talk to you, provide you with real expectations/information about their product, and will stand behind their products/services. Quick Pros and Cons + Computer cut tint + Installation - Customer service - Store brand/generic tint only - Off color tint hue (in my case blue) - No customer satisfaction guarantee Positives: Computer cut tint is the safer way to go, in my opinion, since it minimizes the installer using a razor blade on your windows which can cause damage to your car. Tint World is the only place in Atlanta I found that uses this technology which is what led me to them. The other positive at this location was the tint installer - the guy did a great job with the installation as there are practically no air bubbles visible between the tint and the glass. Customer Service: As has been mentioned in other reviews, customer service is pretty bad. Amish is impatient (e.g., he looked annoyed when I asked to think about the price quote he provided and asked follow-up questions about the product), rushes through his sales pitch on their offerings (which inevitably leads to questions which seemed to annoy him), a bit lazy (e.g., made me move my car from a parking spot that couldn't have been more than 15 feet away to a spot in front of the store so he wouldn't have to walk too far outside), and overall unpleasant. While I didn't place much value on customer service at first, this came back to bite me when I had issues with the color of the tint. Store Brand/Generic Tint: In terms of the tint, it's actually Tint World brand tint. They do not offer commonly known and trusted brands like LLumar, 3M, Solar Guard, etc. It's no different than store brands seen in other products (e.g., Advil vs. CVS brand ibuprofen). Sometimes they're just as good and sometimes they fall short of the product they're trying to emulate. While Amish assures you that the Tint World brand tint is equivalent to LLumar or other major brands, my personal experience tells me otherwise. From a color/hue perspective, all tints interact with your factory car window's built in UV protection film which can have a slight hue to them (e.g., green or blue); however, differences in the composition of the tint and different tint brand formulations can enhance or minimize this hue when applied to your car's window. At least with respect to Nissan's/Infiniti's, the Tint World brand of tint seems to enhance that hue giving your window a blue or green appearance (and a mismatch in color to my SUV's rear windows in my case). I researched the issue and confirmed with other tint locations (including another Tint World) that the reflection/interaction with your factory windows will be different depending on the type of tint applied. Moreover, I have seen numerous other tinted 2016 Nissan Rogues driving around that do not suffer from the blue hue visible with my Tint World brand tint. No Satisfaction Guarantee: They do guarantee against your tint turning purple, but not against any other colors. It wasn't until I called to report the issue that Amish mentioned that they do see some issues with hue (primarily blue or green) on certain models of cars. This would have been nice to know up front. Also, maybe this happens a lot with Tint World brand tint, but after asking around, including visiting other Tint World shops (without stating where I got my front windows done), good quality tint should minimize the blue reflection/coloration. Either Tint World's tint is not of highest quality or I had a bad batch applied to my windows. Either way, a customer should have some kind of protection against not getting what they ask for when they are assured that it can be done; apparently, this is not the case at Tint World in Roswell. read more

We called for a quote on a tint job for our car and the representative Amish quoted the price and when we arrived he told us a different price. He said the price he quoted was for two windows. Problem is, he never asked us any questions about the amount of car windows. You would think if we called for a quote it would be asked how many windows if there are different prices. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and it's representative. We wasted gas and time to find out it was a bait and switch. read more

Horrible service. I drove all the way to this place from Norcross because of the great yelp reviews but when I go there at 10 am I couldn't even get into the front door because it was locked. I tried calling them but no answer.. Really? What a HUGE disappointment.. read more
