I have had 3 cars tinted when I first bought them. Each time it was Isaac who did the tinting. He comes a bit early, and asks what I want, I leave him be and 2 hours later, voila. I go out and look at his work. And each time, to my liking. I am very happy with all the work he's done. He's very professional, very quick with answering my emails and calls, very efficient. He's my go to guy. I just got my 2018 Hemi home 2 days ago. Yesterday, emailed him and got an appointment. Today by noon, my baby was done. I didn't have to tell him how I want my car tinted. After the 3rd car, I think he's got it down. Beautifully done! I am so happy! My neighbor and his daughter came to my house to check out his work on my car! They even got excited. Found them on Yelp and Instagram. I used their website to request an appointment after getting a quote off an Instagram picture of a Prius like mine. They called and we agreed to a weekend appointment time since I work in the bay M-F. They showed up a few minutes before the appointment time, and got right to work. Since this was the first car I've had tinted (first one without stock tint), they helped me decided on best shades to do on my windows. They were done in a couple hours and it looks amazing. Can't beat the convenience of having them come to you to do the work, at rates that other shops would charge to do it at their shop. Well this review is solely based on "Response "... or lack there of... I have to say that I'm pretty bummed this time around. I've used this company twice in the past to add tint to two separate vehicles. Just bought a new vehicle and wanted to have them come out and provide their services again. I remember in the past they were diligent and got back to me pretty quickly to provide an estimate and set a date for the work. This time around however, I can't even get a return call, text, email... Since last Friday, I have text twice, called twice (no message left), then called a third time and left a voicemail- all from the same cell number. I even went through their website to request an estimate. Now almost one week later I've received no response. At this point, I almost feel like a stalker, which is not my style... haha... It's like a sense of rejection- as if I'm not getting a call after a second date that I thought went pretty well... haha... Anywho, I suppose I will have to look for a different tint company. My S.O. wanted his windows tinted and Tints To you had the best pricing, plus all the positive reviews. Easily set up an appointment and was able to get fast, quick communication with them. One of the vehicles previously done had bubbling in the rear and, right as rain, it was covered under warranty and I was able to schedule an appt to have it corrected. I'm only in town during the weekend so it's a bit of a hassle to compress a week's worth of to-do's for only one day but John helps make everything go smoothly with regards to scheduling. Was hoping for a profession job but what I recieved was far from it. The tint on the two front windows and sunroof were cut too short and the light peeks through. And Isaac managed to cut the plastic rubber that the window sits on my driver side. Really disappointed as this is a brand new 2017 wrx sti..... currently waiting to get a refund as I wouldn't want him to redo anything on the vehicle. I found this company on Yelp and used their services in July 2017. I requested a quote for my brand new 2017 Camry (5 windows) via Yelp Messenger. I was contacted by the Owner John within the hour. The price was awesome. Best of all, they come to you! On the day of my appointment staff member Issac arrived on time and ready to work. My garage was not usable but Issac told me it was not a problem because he brought a fully enclosed pop up canopy with him. He got the canopy up in no time. This kept the work area free of dust and debris. He finished in a timely manner and left the area clean. Issac was a real pro. He made the job look easy. First off let me say it was so convenient for me to not have to find someone to follow me to the tint shop to take me back home then come back and get me to take me to get my car!! So two thumbs up for them being so convenient!! I called other tint places and they wanted wayyy more to tint my car than Tints To You!! I usually would not rave or give a positive review about a company that couldn't do the job I asked them to do but I will with Tints To You. Long story short is I was unhappy with my tint job. Car was left with streaks of liquid on my interior of my brand new car. The glass looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. There were bubbles in numerous spots. They even left their trash can behind. The good came from the amazing customer service from the owner. I E-mailed him and he was all about making it right. He said he would do whatever he could including a full refund. After the tech came back out, and communicated with the owner about the issues, the decision was made to just pull the tint off and provide a full refund. I respect the fact they knew their limitations. While I still have to go find another place to tint my car windows, I am not upset because the owner was willing to make it right.. Thanks John (the owner) for being a stand up guy. I truly hope my problems with the quality of the work was an exception of Tint to You's performance. Excellent service, they confirmed appointment. Showed up right on time. And proceeded accordingly. Was able to service two car tints at the same time. They are even open weekends which was really convenient for me as I work in the Bay Area and prefer to have this done on the weekends but I didn't have to leave my home. The tint work is just as good as an expensive shop without all the overhead which is the main reason they are so much cheaper. They do not have all the building costs that come with having a physical location. I was quoted $300 for 1 car from a local competitor. I was quoted $175 per car since I was getting 2 tints even though one car is a full sized SUV, I happened to come across this company cause my sister wanted window tints as a Christmas gift for her 2015 Honda Civic, I Googled local companies and saw a Groupon Deal for $175 Sedan or $199 SUV for this company. I contacted them immediately and I did not even have to purchase the Groupon option they honored the price and as I said gave me a better deal since I was doing two car tints. I have nothing but praises for this company. The owner John was very helpful over the phone and email. The Tint Technician who showed up to my house his name was Issac, and he was very professional and polite, even said hello to our dog who loves to meet new people. He explained to me the next steps since it's been so long since I had to do a tint on a car, even left a sticker over my automatic window buttons to remind me not to open the windows for 3-5 days. This company rating would be 10 stars if allowed. I was surprised they offered this mobile service because my experience in the past with most additions to my automobile is to leave my vehicle at the place of business.
