I was very pleased with my first wash, so I came back. This second time, my car came back with dust all inside the dashboard and stains/spots in center console that could have been wiped off eaily but weren't. My car had spots all over it & the tires weren't completely cleaned. It was a very busy day, I will give them that, but you should still be able to get the service you pay for! read more

I always come here to get my car cleaned. They do an amazing job! The wait is usually 10-15 minutes. You pay first in the little office (I usually do the $25 dollar service) and you have the option to tip on their tablet. They have shade where you can sit, relax, and watch as your car gets washed. Even on the busiest days, I still see their staff not rushing to get the job done and take time to make sure each car is shining. My interior is also properly vacuumed and tires look new after coming here. Nothing but positive experiences for me! read more

After months of not washing OR vacuuming my car because of rainy weather and a busy schedule. She, my car, was wayyy overdue. So happily I took my little convertible to Tiny's for a full detail. Hubby and I got package 1 which only took about 30-35 minutes yet they did a very thorough job. Unfortunately it rained unexpectedly an hour after my car was washed and cleaned but even after the rain it looked great the next day. They were able to get clean the middle console and inside of doors throughly which I was most pleased about. read more

My car was COVERED in dog hair and sand from taking my dog to the beach. The price was reasonable and everyone was really nice. Great place. Came in today and was helped by Veronica. Got a $2 dollar discount for a regular wash before 11am. They used a pressure hose to wash down my car and a foam nozzle for the soap. I wish they washed the car from top to bottom and front to back. The gentlemen who washed my car did the roof last. Other than that, 4 people worked on my car and got it done quickly. Less than 30 minutes on a Monday morning. They did a great job and made sure my windows were streak free. They even laid a towel on my mat before driving it. They have a stamp card and after your 10th wash its free. Restroom was super clean and they had drinks and snack for purchase inside. They do shoe shining too. I paid in cash and I tipped each person who worked on my car a dollar. I would call ahead to check availability. read more

At this point , if Yelp had the capability of not offering a star at all I would gladly press it . I typically try to attend this car wash once a week or a little over a week consistently without having a problem with the staff or service . They already know what type of wash i get ( the most expensive one ) , they are already familiarized with my car , they even know my family . The last few times my cars cleanliness would be rated an 8/10 which is alright because i can clean what they missed , no problem . Up until my last encounter is when i had a problem . I just recently purchased a brand new 2016 Mercedes Benz . Cream interior so if possible i tend to ask this establishment if they can thoroughly clean the vehicle due to the light interior, because it often gets dirty . My main problem after my last visit was that the control panel of my seat was broken . The capability to recline the chair still works but the panel itself is pushed in . After calling the company explaining the damage they immediately denied it . Didn't offer to take a look at what I was explaining . The company did not have any remorse what so ever . I recommended coming back up there they told me to try another day . Prior to leaving the car wash my seat Panel had no residue on it up until after leaving it was broken with cleaning product left inside the buttons . The father of Owner of this company told me his worker denied the damage and said he tried to move the seat and that it did not work . Also the father asked why i didn't take pictures before my vehicle was washed . Who in their right mind would proudly give their money to a business if they feel the need to check their car because a service is started . After explaining to him that he just admitted one of his cleaners tried to touch the damaged part , He than had me talk to his daughter. The daughter admitted to noticing product in the buttons but still firmly denied the damage . Told me that someone else that i know must have pressed up against my door but had no explanation to why product coincidentally was left on the part of my vehicle that was broke after LEAVING A CAR WASH . Where they use this same product to clean my car . I genuinely asked if this was how they treat there loyal customers and she did no care . Her only concern was to continuously deny the damage . Again no sort of help was offered . The saddest part about this incident is that even after this Yelp review I'm more than positive they still won't offer any type of assistance . I am livid but more so disappointed , that an establishment that i come to all the time treated me like a stranger . Even other car washes in Long Beach that was my car better , i still go to this car wash . I am a highly disappointed customer . Especially due to the fact that i just bought this vehicle brand new , all the evidence is displayed and they didn't care at all about my concerns what so ever . read more

I'm always a little disappointed. I've been here 4 times now. I get their #1 package which includes a vacuuming interior and exterior car wash with ceramic spray finish. Before leaving today I had to ask them to remove sap from windshield even though I had pointed it out when I came in. Now I see they did not vacuum seats. The people are nice and they did a good job washing the exterior of my car. The package I purchased included vacuuming the inside. I got home and realized they didn't vacuum the insides. I keep the inside of my car clean and probably only needed a light vacuuming, I expect to receive the service I paid paid for. I'm not sure if I would go back for this reason. read more

Very bad experience, never going back again. First and Last time here. I went for a carwash, after only 20 minutes my car was "done". I thought to myself this can't be clean in only 20 minutes, that got there before me were still waiting) my regular carwash place takes about 45 minutes. I get my car and just leave (I'm already thinking this cannot be good.) When I arrive 2 minutes down the street and get off my car, I start noticing stains in my car (bird poop), sand in my carpets and seats (I just went to the beach in TJ). My car was still so dirty. I went back to the place and all the manager did was wipe "some" of the stains still NOT all of the stains, and vaccum under my carmats without even removing them from the vehicle. Have been going here for about 2 years - enough to get 2 free washes. Today paid $50 for a hand wax. My car was detailed out of my line of vision, was done quickly, and when I inspected the car, there were spots all around the car that were not clean. When I pointed them out to the guy who appears to be the manager, he rubbed them off. I asked if my car was in fact hand waxed. He said yes. Clearly it was not and wasn't even cleaned properly. I am disappointed that he felt this was the type of service $50 is worth - a car that was not washed properly let alone clearly not hand waxed. He asked if I wanted him to take more time. Really? I did not want more time to be lied to and overcharged for sub-standard service. Just beware of extra charges and make sure you are really getting what you paid for. I question their trustworthiness. read more

When I asked management for at least half my money back, they said no, that I would have to pay for additional services. I pretty much payed $20 for a vacuum. I was using my local car wash for 5 years to detail my car every year, and forgot that they are not open on Sundays and Mondays. So I found Tiny via Yelp and I am so grateful for the find. Veronica was very professional. My head and fog lights never looked better. They also offered this paint conditioner which got out these black marks near my wheel and rear bumper. That saved me at least 400 dollars in repainting the back. The detail is show room quality. She was able to get the crew to have it all done beautifully within 4 hours. Normally, I would have expected to leave my car all day for the work to be done by any other service. I highly recommend them and will be using them again soon. read more

I was going based on reviews and I always pass by. The fact that they do hand wash means a lot. But when my vehicle was done in 30mins is what really disappointed me. I paid a good amount for my vehicle to not get vacuumed not cleaned inside. It's almost as if I took it to get washed from the outside and my tires were not shinned either.
