Darling idea, charming facility. Great location. Unique and whimsical decorations. The bedding is soft. They leave customers coffee and tea. But there are problems and it's really not worth the price. The biggest issue I saw was the owners are in this business for the profit and don't care about the customer. My route on I84 into OR was closed due to a major fire, but there would be NO refund. They would've kept the money and left a credit on file for me, that I may never get to even use. The parking is not easy even at 1 pm on a weekday, no matter what the website says. We stayed in the barn, there's really no where to comfortably sit a while inside. The bed is an rv bed and hard as a rock, I woke up in pain everyday. There's no tv. The tiny freezer doesn't freeze. The tea towel curtains are cute but don't adequately cover windows. Getting in and out of the shower, you're in full view to the Boho cabin thru the bathroom window where the curtain doesn't cover. Nah. I'll go to a hotel at about half the price. read more

Such a unique and fun little stay, my wife and I had an amazing time. We stayed in the Boho Wagon (not usually my thing, but my wife loved the colors), I really admire the level of care that went into the place. Super clean, quality furnishings and bedding, really well maintained. Other than the little dining table (which looked like it had a bit of age but not a big deal), there wasn't a scratch, stain or chip of paint to be found. Incredibly cozy once the curtains are all closed. We also loved the rope lights in the common area after they lit up in the evening. The location didn't seem to be in a particularly bad/sketchy area, but I appreciate that the lot is completely fenced and gated off. Fortunately for us there were always some open spots to park on the neighborhood street right outside. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which are also listed in the guest book inside each house. The bathrooms may be a bit cramped and some outlets positioned a bit inconveniently, but I suppose that's to be expected in a tiny house. That being said, highly recommend staying here! Nothing else like it. We'd love to come back here again, but now the question is: do we choose a new tiny house, or return to the hallowed and revered Boho Wagon of yore? read more

I spent a weekend here in the Zen tiny house and would highly recommend booking here! The houses are all beautiful on the outside and although tiny, they have everything you need. I liked the layout of Zen, which is you walk in and there's a shower and toilet on either side of the entryway. The kitchen and a counter with storage comes next and then you have a very comfy bed. We came shortly after the snow storm and the owners kindly messaged us saying we could rebook for another time in case travel was too dangerous. The electricity, water, heat were still on when we reached out so we went for it. There's plenty of street parking and it was never an issue when we were there. There's a locked gate surrounding the grounds so it felt quite safe and I always saw staff around. I had to ask for soap while there and the response time was very fast. I loved the location as it was in walking distance of breweries and restaurants. I highly recommend checking out Epif. The amenities for Zen were great- mini fridge, hot plate, coffee and tea provided. The shower had enough hot water each time we used it although they will tell you that with the tiny home comes a tiny water heater translating to about 15min hot water. My only recommendation is I wish there were coat hooks by the door and I feel they missed out on some great storage space under the bed and above the windows. For a short stay it worked though. Overall we had a great stay and I'd check out a different tiny home next time. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Tiny Digs!! We stayed for three nights in Arthur and had a great experience. It is such a cute space and the attention to detail with the decor is spot on! The neighborhood is nice with tons of places to grab a bite!! We came from spending time at the beach so had alot of luggage and really did not feel cramped in our tiny home! My husband is 6'1" and did struggle a bit with getting up into bed but not enough to negatively affect our opinion of the hotel! We knew we had booked a tiny house, so it was to be expected. The owners were super friendly and Pam even let us tour the Cottage as it was still unoccupied. She chatted with is about the new homes that had just opened and the new home they have acquired. Right now, I'm currently sitting in a Cramped, 20 foot tiny gypsy house In Portland, Oregon On a 4 foot tall bed crammed with Myself, our baby on my lap, Our overly-anxious dog, Laying on top of my feet And my spouse on their computer In front of them doing their coursework. There is a mad-hatters-looking lamp That looks like something out of Alice in Wonderland Tilted in an alarming way Resting on the mattress Because the light above the bed Didn't work and we had to improvise. My finger is pulsing due to an encounter with an Exposed nail in the riveted decoration Of a wobbly green tufted foot stool That we had to use as a step-stool To get on the bed. It's dark outside And there is a rhythmic slow pinging noise Every four-or-so seconds Coming from somewhere near The windows. After a close inspection, Jaime declared To our relief that it was not leaking rain inside But rather just the water running off the roof And hitting a hollow pipe On the outside of the trailer And it was echoing inwards. We just did a quick check-in with each other And we are both exhausted And feeling stressed. We had to haul in Every single item that we brought with us On our 14+ day trip Into the tiny house After we received a welcome email Strongly encouraging us to bring All of our belongings inside. This is a definite no. I'm all for supporting small businesses which is why I picked this business in the first place. My family and I really looked forward to staying here several times in the coming months and I recommended it to others as it seemed to be a fun place stay as well was good location for us. Unfortunately, before my first visit I had a difficult last minute cancellation which caused a lot grief and sadness. We looked forward spending the holidays with a family member in hospice and having a cheery last Christmas with them. A suprising positive Covid test caused the cancellation, catching our family members off guard. This business's response could not have been more callous towards the reason for cancellation and was aware of our situation. Even with our 72 hour notification, they didn't offer any kind condolences about what happened but, Instead they chose to remind us of their "very strict cancellation policy" and offered no type of refund (not even a partial one). On top of keeping the total $457.00, they also took the opportunity to solicit and resell themselves by stating in the "Sprite of Christmas" (whatever that means) here's $100.00 towards your next stay. Call to book that reservation and mention this..." Talk about tone deaf, never again would we do business with them. This could have gone in such a different direction with the understanding and kindness of a few words during a very bad situation yet here we are... A one star. read more

My fiancé and I went on a cross-country trip and Tiny Digs was where we stayed when we were in Portland and we cannot recommend it enough! The owners were so welcoming and sweet, complimentary coffee was provided and the firepits and string lights in the middle of the community added to the relaxation of our stay. Visiting from out of town and decided to stay in a tiny house. OMG I loved it. What an experience to add to our vacation. Fun for kids too, grandson love the loft bed. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a kitchen if you would like to cook a small meal or prepare some snacks. Ours had a full bathroom and the shower was a good size. Each tiny house had its own theme. There is modern, log cabin, zen, cottage, beach house, gypsy, and box car. We were in the box car and it was true to its there. Lighting fixtures and small details all made it a great experience. I highly recommend staying here at once you will not be disappointed. Once your inside outdoor noise is minimal. What a terrific concept for a hotel! Especially during a pandemic! We were driving from WA to CA and made a last minute decision to stop in Portland for the night. The online reservation system wasn't the easiest to use (but that may have had more to do with my husbands ancient phone). There is a phone number you can call to talk to a real human if technology is failing you. Here are some highlights from our stay in the Bamboo Tiny House! PROS: -- Completely contactless, zero human interaction required to stay here! Key code entry into the main gate, and a second key code entry into each tiny house. -- EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE BED! My partner is always too hot and prefers a rock hard bed, I'm always too cold and prefer a softer bed... but for some magical reason, we both LOVED the bed here! I found a tag on the sheets and made a note of the brand and product number, but I'd really love to know where they bought that wonderful mattress! -- Ideal for people with various sleep schedules! My partner is a night owl, and I wake up early... so it's always a bit awkward staying in a regular hotel where one us is awake and doing something right next to the other one who is trying to sleep. The Tiny House probably has about the same square feet as a standard hotel room, but by splitting it up vertically, it creates a secluded sleeping space cut off from the rest of the space, where wakeful one's can futz about! -- Character! Love, love, love the design, aesthetic and quality of these cute little spaces! -- Just the right size. My partner and I are 5'11 and 5'10 and felt this space was surprisingly roomy for how "Tiny" it seems at first glance. -- Kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot plate, kettle, French press, complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer. Dishes, cups, utensils, and dish soap and a dish rack for cleaning up! -- DELICIOUS TAP WATER! ...is all the tap water in Portland this delicious?! -- Space heater. We stayed here during the dead of winter, and it only took ~10min of running the space heater on high for the whole Tiny House to feel warm and cozy! CONS: -- The artistic/modern sink is a bit tricky to use for washing dishes, though not impossible! read more

Very cute!! I was working my way up and down the coast and I am currently staying south of there, in Salem, Oregon. The registration girls knew exactly where I had just come from -- they asked me which Cabin I stayed in. Pam, the hosts and her husband were very receptive and welcoming. She double check to make sure I had everything that I needed. It was so cute I had my own little tiny, teeny cabin to myself which was actually larger than a hotel room. The price was the same as a regular hotel room, why not? I was doing my research online and found this place and had liked it so much, I stayed two nights instead of just the first night. Each room had ample electrical outlets and the Wi-Fi was very very strong signal. Negatives? There were none. There was no TV. But with their great WiFi signal, we could've received anything via Wi-Fi... Netflix... Hulu, whatever. I did have a few things to do for work and I have no problem logging into the system using my laptop but I was not about to watch Netflix. I'm on vacation!! read more

How many people can say that they've actually stayed in a tiny house?! It really is an experience that you won't forget. My hubby and I were looking for an affordable place to stay in Portland, and this was just as affordable as the lower ranged hotels. I am so happy we did this because it is so "Portland" and it was actually in a great safe place. Sure; towards the end my 6'5 hubby and I were really missing our king sized bed, but we loved the option of choosing our own tiny house style (we went with the modern one) and we learned that we could never live in a tiny home in real life! Very cute and unique experience! We stayed in the barn and it was every bit as adorable as pictured. There was no detail spared in the design, and so ingenious the way they fit everything in. The reservation was confirmed via email with instructions for self check-in sent to us a few days in advanced. It was all very organized and went like a breeze! The info binder was also very informative and there were instructions for everything, including how to correctly fold down the artwork that turned into a wall-mounted table, and how much coffee to use for a good tasting cup of Joe. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and breweries around the corner and there's also a Whole Foods and laundromat nearby. The bed was comfortable and it felt very quiet and private because the hotel is located in a gated lot. They also have a nice fire pit area where you can hang out. And a note re: noise: the houses are quiet, but not totally soundproof. Our neighbors were respectful and didn't hang out too late, but we could definitely clearly hear entire conversations from inside our house. Overall, an adorable place to stay in Portland! read more

I needed a place to stay while visiting family, and stayed not only in the Zen which is the tiniest of the homes, but then switched the Beach when two more of my family joined me. These are well appointed, adorable places and very comfortable. The owners are very responsive, and any questions I had were answered quickly. There is free street parking and lots and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I didn't have time to try them though, as I was with my family. So, this hotel is everything Portland. I booked the bamboo hut for 4 nights with my family of three (husband, myself and a 3 year old). I booked through Expedia and they called me right away saying Expedia doesn't always have the same info as their site. They didn't have the bamboo hut for all the nights but let me switch it out to the log cabin for a night. It was actually pretty cool to try out two different types of 'homes'. These homes are tiny, like really tiny. You can barely sit up in the bed without hitting the ceiling. Getting up to the second 'floor' is a bit dangerous. We had a wood ladder one day, and steep steps the next. There is a small couch, tiny kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the essentials, just micro sized. With all that said, it was quite the experience. My toddler loved the uniqueness of it, but I couldn't do it for more than a few days. Some reviews on here state they have live music, but that is not the case. There isn't a lively atmosphere outside the homes, rather everyone keeps to themselves. Parking is plentiful. There are a ton of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone traveling with a baby, a senior or with friends they aren't super comfortable being squished with. One star off because the second cabin, the bamboo one, has no real curtains on the second floor so the sun shines bright in the morning without being able to be blocked. We ended up propping up pillows to block it. read more

I cannot speak more highly about Tiny Digs - if I could add a few more stars I would. From our arrival to our departure it was amazing. We had the Arthur (aka the train car) and it did not disappoint. It was well thought out, incredibly clean, and every detail was a delight - they even custom made the towel rack and toilet paper holder from railroad spikes. Staying in our own, themed tiny house was like being transported to a different world. And as an added bonus, our bed was super comfortable (my girlfriend still raves about the mattress). It was also in a great area - walking distance to great restaurants (try the German restaurant - so good), breweries, and an old movie theater that serves up current movies with great craft beer and wine. It is also not too far from downtown Portland and some of the other cool neighborhoods. And there is a rental car place about a block away if you want to rent a car and take an excursion (definitely recommend the falls and Edgefield - a McMenamin property). And the owners are great - good people that really care about you and your stay and are very passionate about the unique lodging they have created. I highly recommend Tiny Digs and any of its tiny houses. PS - In looking at some of the more negative reviews, please take them with a grain of salt and note that you are staying in a "tiny" house ... that is what you are coming for. It is very clean and comfortable but it is a tiny house. Saying that it is "tiny" in a review in a negative way is a bit unfair. That is like complaining that a hotel room is pink when it is called the "Pink Room" and all the online photos of the room show it as being pink. read more

What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? When my boyfriend and I booked a long weekend trip to Portland and found this hotel, we knew we found our home away from home. Being the tiny house enthusiasts that we are, we knew we were in for a treat. From the get-go, we felt extremely welcomed even before we arrived. I had originally booked a tiny house that both my boyfriend and I decided was not suitable for us, and so I emailed one of the owners and told her that we wanted to switch to something else, and we got an email back right away with an approval for the switch. Not only that, we ended up arriving in town hours before the check-in time with handful of luggages and nowhere to go. After telling the owner of our predicament, she was able to give us a locker to store our stuff and made sure that we were able to check in early. It was so very sweet and we were so thankful. We ended up in the Cottage, which was extremely charming. The attention to detail was extraordinary. It was easy to tell that everything was made and designed with love. I was lucky enough to catch Allison right before she left the property to ask her for the tour of the other tiny houses that were vacant at the moment. She agreed right away even though she just gave the same tour to a group not even an hour prior. As we walked through the other houses, we were again awed by the details and how true to the theme each tiny houses were. She also gave us tips on how to build our own tiny house. Some of the things she suggested we never even knew or thought of. The location of the property was also fantastic. The commute to downtown took less than 5 minutes by car and about 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is literally right in front of the property so we never had to walk far. There were also plenty of cute shops, restaurants, breweries, and even a movie theatre, all within walking distance of the tiny houses. We seriously could not have asked for a better location. To say that we we impressed and had an amazing time would be an understatement for this spectacular establishment. Tiny Digs is the spot to stay in Portland. It's in a hip, bustling area with restaurants and bars popping up all the time. It's walking distance to two different Niketown bike spots, which are arguably the best way to see Portland. The beach cottage was well-outfitted (makeup wipes, fresh coffee, etc...) and super clean. My boyfriend and I were surprised at how comfortable the mattress was in the tiny home. We met the owner on Friday night who showed up around (let us peek in a new home) and told us about her husband's building project... he's built all the homes except one. These homes are not for everyone, however. Before staying in Beach, make sure you're comfortable with walking up and down a tall, steep ladder to get to the loft. Also, it would be quite challenging to cook in them as they're not really fitted with enough dishes to cook a meal. read more

It's a tiny home and I dig it! Tiny Digs Hotel brings back the feeling of my first college apartment with the sensibilities of an AirBNB. Basically, you live in a tiny home, 150 square feet of space, but filled with all the basic amenities including a full kitchen (with plates, bowls, and cooking tools), couch, bed, and full bathroom. You can comfortably fit two and easily get four to fit in these cozy homes. Each home has a cool theme which dictates their decor. I spent two nights in the "Beach" home which was painted sandy white and ocean blue with fish and mermaid decor. The water heating was a bit lacking, as I sometimes found the shower water too cold for my taste, though this is the only complaint. Tiny Digs also features a pretty outdoor area to relax and lounge including a fire pit, but the rainy Portland weather prevented me from getting any use. Also, Tiny Digs has a deal where if you have a group of people rent out the entire hotel (which is fairly cheap), then you become permitted to throw parties at the Hotels. Tiny Digs is the coziest you'll ever be in an over night. read more

My daughter and I stayed one night in the Modern tiny home. We loved it! Super clean, perfectly appointed and the bed was soooo comfy! Hotel staff are super accommodating. I like that they have "lockers" to store your luggage if you want to explore the city before check in or after check out. Super cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Two places I recommend: Güero for lunch/dinner and Missionary chocolates for a treat (Tiny digs has coupons in the welcome binder). FYI, You're about a 15 minute Lyft ride to downtown Portland. read more

we were so excited when we found out that portland had a tiny hotel, because we had really wanted to experience staying in one. this hotel is so beautiful and an incredibly unique experience. we stayed in the barn which had really well done decor, all the way down to sliding farm door for the bathroom and a barrel sink. the bed was on the loft and even though you have to be a bit careful getting up so you don't hit your head on the ceiling it was one of the comfiest beds i have ever stayed in. the whole tiny house was just very cozy and welcoming. the lot that the houses sit on is adorable and very quiet and peaceful, we had a great time sitting in the center courtyard with our coffee in the morning. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in tiny houses! it was a really fun experience and we would return for sure read more

This place does not have good customer service. I canceled a reservation within one hour on the same day and they charged my credit card for half the amount. When I request the amount be reversed I was told that I would be charged 4% of the amount for processing. What the hell ever! Don't book with them!!!!! read more

If you are concerned about Covid rules being followed, this is NOT the place to stay.... I stayed for 3 days, a couple of weeks ago. Staying in the Tiny Houses was a fun and unique experience. My reason for 2 stars is because I purposely stayed here to prevent being in a crowded hotel due to covid. Upon our arrival late in the evening, we discovered there was only 2 sheets of TP in the bathroom. This made me feel less confident that the tiny house was NOT throughly cleaned, as described over the phone before my arrival. The next morning the owner arrived to the location without a mask and was in and out of the tiny houses and property the entire day. During my 3 day stay, none of the employees or owner wore a mask. Several groups also congregated outside with no masks. This is not a Covid safe location! read more

With the world that we are in right now a benefit is that it gives us the opportunity to look local for a getaway. I discovered an amazing place in Portland, OR that is very special. The Tiny Digs Hotel offers a number of tiny homes set up in a small tiny home neighborhood each offering a special look and feel for a great break. I stayed in the Cottage for two nights. The décor made the space very comfortable and inviting. The space was small but very cozy and perfect for a short escape. The loft area had easy to maneuver stairs and a very comfortable bed. The attention to detail was perfect down to the electric oil lamps with a flickering bulb giving that old-world feel. Outside of the tiny home, there was a central area that was shared by the community and wonderful lighting that provided a great accent to the area. The owners are absolutely amazing people. Very welcoming, they make you feel right at home. I most definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation or reservation. Are your bags packed? You will love it. Also with covid I have to say the cottage was squeaky clean! And I love sitting on the porch breathing in that fresh air. Thank goodness we don't have to wear masks outdoors. read more

We had the JOY of staying in the Arthur, the train themed house. Loft bed upstairs was perfect for 2 adults and a pull out bed downstairs accommodated 2 kids. When the bed is pulled out downstairs, it is a challenge to get around it, so going to the bathroom or using the kitchen would have been hard. That said, the house was fully outfitted in the style of a train, all details like lanterns hanging for lights, hold on rails, RR crossing signs. Such a delight. The loft bed has low headroom, and is super cozy, well lit, with a fan and windows that open for breeze. Bathroom has a wonderful shower, and sinks were beautiful. My only complaint would be that the fixtures in the bathroom sink are too close to the wall of the sink, and in the kitchen, the sink doesn't drain well due to it being a flat sink and not tipped inward at all. That is not really a complaint, more of a design flaw, but definitely made it a bit challenging. Outside, the Arthur was decorated with a cute display of luggage to go with the travel theme, chairs to sit in and enjoy a cuppa' coffee in the morning or drink in the evening. There are 7 or 8 other TinyHouses right next to each other, but there was a sense of privacy once you get in to your home. There is a fire pit outside with twinkle lights for evening and morning enjoyment by all, and 2 hammocks. Other houses have little koi ponds and fish ponds outside in barrels to match the themes (bamboo house, lodge house). Delightful attention to details throughout. Parking is just outside the gates, which are locked with a security code given at check in. Rooms were EXTRA clean, which in the time of COVID is a big help, and they took some precautions to take items out of the room that might be suseptible to Covid spread (magainzes and other like items, all detailed in a welcome sheet upon entry). The staff really go beyond in cleaning. It was a wonderful night, a delightful quirky place to stay for a night. read more

We were so excited to stay here. The locations is fantastic. Our accommodations were suitable for one night, but we're grateful we didn't commit to a longer stay; we stayed in the "Modern" for $200 (plus taxes). Although we'd hoped for a comfy, quirky stay, our visit was cramped and unpleasant. We understand the allure of 'tiny digs' but our experience, unfortunately, squashed that. Other units may have a better design (privacy for toilet, sitting area) which could make the property more alluring for a repeat visit, but without seeing them in person (the photographs, although lovely, distort where you will actually be staying), would dissuade that for us. I love this place. We were assigned the train car based on our needs - sleeping for 3. I uploaded a video tour so you get the feel of the place. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay here in PDX. It's close, yet so far from the downtown area. In fact, it's one of the few areas where we haven't seen even one homeless person lingering about. There are a plethora of yummy restaurants within walking distance. Our daughter slept on the 'couch', which is really a futon mattress, so perfect for the kiddo. Our bed was an upstairs loft, so we had some privacy from the little. The bathroom has a sliding door which closes it off completely, so plenty of privacy in the restroom. There's a fan in the bathroom that can pull air through the whole place. Just open a window in the loft & viola - you'll recycle air for the whole place. Our unit has a French press coffee maker with a hot plate & kettle as well as a fridge. The French press makes better coffee than the Kuerig systems most hotels have. They have free WiFi, but it never worked for me. My phone moved much more efficiently using my 3G cell service. In terms of value, this is a deal. The well executed design of the indoor space combined with the free parking & outdoor spaces (hammocks, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, cornhole game) makes this place a steal! Plus - who doesn't at least want to try a short stay in a tiny house to decide if this life is even remotely close to doable in your world? I mean, we've all seen the show on tv and thought - 'I could totally live like that'. Put your money where your mind is & give it a try. Even if you, like us, realize a tiny house is NOT in your future, you'll get a feel for what this life is like (very similar to glamping') in a commitment-free way that makes it all the more enjoyable. read more

The Tiny Digs Hotel in NE Portland might just become your favorite {tiny} home away from home - perfect for a vacation, staycation, girls' weekend, or getaway. Tiny Digs is located on NE Glisan, a block or so off 28th and the "most delicious half-mile" in Portland. The hotel is collection of six custom-built, individually-styled tiny houses, ranging from a traditional red clapboard barn to an airy beach house to a Romany traveling wagon. (There are plans to expand to thirteen tiny homes in coming years.) Each one runs about $145 a night ($155 on weekends), and is fully furnished, including a queen-size bed, fold-out couch that doubles as "living room" seating, sink, shower, flushing toilet, light cooking options, and a small attached deck. The tiny house we stayed in - one of the very smallest of the tiny homes that make up Tiny Digs - was designed and decorated as a colorful, bohemian-themed Romany carriage. Like all the other rooms at the Tiny Digs Hotel, the "Gypsy Wagon" was all about the details. Our tiny home was filled with striking, carefully chosen textural elements: from the wall paper to the beautiful hand-painted furniture, everything was such delight for the senses! The beds in all of the Tiny Digs "rooms" are outfitted with luxury linens, and let me tell you - they are very comfortable! Tiny Digs also supplies guests with comfy, plush bathrobes, and a nice selection of teas. The small cooking area includes a mini-fridge and toaster oven. A couple of things to note: as of this date, none of the current dwellings at Tiny Digs are ADA mobility complaint [due to the small number of "rooms" at this time, compliance is not required], but the owners confirm that handicapped-accessible tiny houses are part of their future plan. Also, the WiFi was very slow the weekend we stayed. I don't know if this was a temporary issue, or longer term, but in any event, don't go there planning to get work done: this is a place to relax, kick back, and enjoy the one you're with. When we arrived at Tiny Digs for our staycation, my husband and I made a conscious decision to park our car and not move it all weekend, just to see how much we could see and do without driving. We had no problem whatsoever getting around. Tiny Digs is located just a few minutes' walk from hip, artsy, NE 28th Avenue and Portland's renowned "Restaurant Row," and just a few more minutes to E Burnside and the Laurelhurst Theater. You will definitely have plenty of things to do! Overall, we loved our stay at Tiny Digs, and have already made plans to go there again. I highly recommend that you check it out! read more

This place was AWESOME!! we stayed for 2 nights in the Gypsy Wagon. It was a very unique experience. The room is small but fun. The bathroom was close to uncomfortably small, but it worked fine. The hotel is in a fantastic location and within walking distance to a bunch of cool restaurants and a brewery. This place was about half the cost of other hotels in the area I was looking at, and I think we had twice as much fun with it. if you are 'on the fence' about this place because you think it might be weird, or too small, DO IT! It was so much fun! I'll never stay anywhere else in Portland. read more
