At the deli counter we were promptly asked if we needed some help with a smile, order given and made my to the restrooms which were clean. We understand that working in a 'service environment' is not easy. Some customers take service folks for granted. Customers need to know that checkers stand for long hours and are paid minimum wages. One should not assume that since you're paying for your groceries, you should stand back and watch while checkers bag your groceries and check you out with a smile on their face. There was a person in front of me who decides to talk on the phone while the checker bags the groceries, wait for the credit card, and hand the receipt over with a smile. Aubrey did just that on this date. She is the epitome of good customer service. Aubrey's relaxed and friendly attitude is the reason we enjoy grocery-shopping at this Grocery Outlet.
