I brought him home and immediately called to see what treatment he was given. Basically nothing!!! When I spoke to someone on Monday, she offered to "work with me if he had to go to the vet." What does that mean??? Then I asked if she had a handwashing protocol between pets. She assumed employees washed their hands! I asked her why a picture of my dog's eye was not sent to me, so I could decide his care if they are not willing to care for it. As far as I recently found out, our pets are left alone at night and no cameras are used. My dog will never go there again!

She told me exactly how the process works of flying kitten to another state and sent me a picture of my baby at the airport when she was about to fly him out. She sends them in a carrier with cushions, food, and water and has the TICA papers and other kitty files under the cushion. I texted her about questions since I'm new to being a cat mom and she always responds with helpful advices. She always brings attention to possible concerns for me watch ie redness around penis, ear problems etc. She listens to me about health concerns ie hearing/vision, temperament ie possible biting or skittishness, how short or long to cut. I'm currently on 4 dogs needing grooming. Deb suggested I try bringing in two at a time. She followed up a few sessions later to see how it was working & whether or not I wanted to go back to bringing all 4 at once again. A few yrs ago, I had an emergency foster needing grooming. I took to Petsmart East. Worse grooming experience! I now watch through their window and watch the groomers.Not the most patient groomers-watch how they tug the leash or push down on the dogs. I found Deb based on a co-worker's recommendation after a horrible experience with now defunct groomer at Noah's Ark. The groomer shaved so close on muzzle he had razor burns! Hopefully Deb will have recommendation when she retires (which I hope is not in the near future)!!

Ppl suggested we bring her to daycare once a week. We tried out DHU and they really met her where she was at when she arrived. She was so scared the first day and barely left her crate. Riesling our French Bulldog has never been to another spa and doesn't know how good she has it. An aside, Riesling is trained to use a potty grate system in our home. It sits on the tiled floor in our bathroom. This occasionally causes her confusion when we travel. One day we went to pick her up from the west side location. Riesling had spied an air vent in the floor that looked like a grate. Apparently in need she released a load of molten diarrhea down into their vent. We got an update that it happened but Serenity was otherwise nice about it. How does the saying go? Something something accept the things I cannot change ...

Every time I come in they ask about my pet and if there are any updates. They listen to what I say about my pups and tell me how they were during the process when I pick up. They are always so careful and treat my dog like their own. I love spoiling my babies and the pet spa is such a little dog treat:) highly recommend to all people who want to treat their doggies
