I appreciate that they give us an easier way to avoid diapers going into landfills compared to cloth diapers (which we tried, but couldn't keep up with). The people who work there are friendly, responsive, generous, and flexible. Whenever I requested a sample (for example, if I suspected my child was ready for the next size), they included it in my next delivery. It was so convenient to get new diapers and wipes delivered to my doorstep - especially in 2020 when stores were sold out! They also can deliver other baby products like baby shampoo and nipple balm. Bay Area families, I can't recommend Tiny Tots Diaper Service enough. I love that they provide compostable diaper delivery and disposal service to the Bay Area, and we've used them up until out kid was fully nighttime potty trained. We got an account setup before our kid was due, and got a delivery of diapers beforehand so that once baby came, we'd be covered for the first week. Once baby arrived, we started the diaper service, which picks up weekly (this includes delivering any items ordered through their service portal, whether it's part of the regular standing order or one-off additions as well as picking up used diapers). As your kid gets older and sizes up in diapers/has different diaper usage, their service portal makes it easy to adjust your standing order and pickup/delivery frequency. And if you accidentally end up with excess, unopened compostable diapers, you can leave them out with your weekly pickup and they'll automatically credit you for the unopened packs of diapers, which is really nice and attentive customer service. On top of all that, we get to support a local, family-owned business that made at least this aspect of our parenting journey a little less stressful. read more

Their service is impeccable-- while the website is very easy to use to setup pickups for compostable diapers (and add one-time and recurring items like diapers and wipes,) it is also super simple to shoot them an email or phone call to make changes or ask questions. I have nothing but good things to say about this diaper service. After 2.75 years, our kid is now potty trained so we had to say goodbye. Its the first time a company has congratulated me for canceling a subscription with them :) They have just been so kind and helpful the whole time we used them. Its a family run business that is flawlessly carried out. Once their driver was sick and the owner came out to do the 4am dirty diaper pick ups. Its a little more costly than doing disposable diapers but we love knowing we weren't contributing to landfill with diapers. Tiny Tots is amazing. I used them for 8 years to diaper all of our children. The office has always been very responsive and accommodating whenever I emailed or called with questions, to try different sizes, change our delivery, or schedule vacation holds. The drivers are always dependable and timely with pickups and dropoffs. I loved their original cloth diaper service, and later, I loved their compostable diaper service. I've referred them to friends and the referral discount is also nice. Rough math: (5 diapers x 365 days) (for years 0, 1 and 2) = 5,475 diapers and pullups. We probably used more than that per child. Over my 3 kids that is more than 16,000 diapers NOT in the landfill forever and NOT exposing us to harmful toxins and microplastics. Commercial facilities do not accept compostable diapers from individual households. It is a huge boon to have Tiny Tots offer this service. I love them! We used the diaper service for compostable diapers for our first child and we have been loving it so far. Customer service has been excellent and we've had no issues with this service. The compostable diapers were also reasonably priced. It's great to know that we are doing something more environmentally friendly and more people should do this than the traditional diapers. You can't go wrong using this. I did a huge analysis on other diaper services around the Bay Area including Dyper and another one, and this was more cost effective when we buy the Nest diapers. It is only slightly more expensive than conventional diapers especially on-sale ones. Luckily a lot of our friends and family put money into our diaper fund account so that helps as well! I really can't say anything bad about this. My only thing is that the interface isn't as modern as Dyper BUT Tiny Tots is cheaper per diaper, very convenient, local, and very easy to place diaper orders, returns, etc. TinyTots has made our life SO MUCH easier. I think it is incredible that this service exists. HOW LUCKY ARE WE, BAY AREANS?! They are doing an incredible job by massively helping the environment to reduce pollution and landfill, while also helping parents at the same time. Where else in this country do those compostable diapers actually get composted, in a dedicated compost lot? It really is the right thing to do as a parent, and not that much more expensive than other diaper avenues to budget. Tiny Tots helps parents automate the diaper situation so they have one less thing to worry about and always have diapers on hand/taken away and disposed responsibly. Diapers are part of most children's lives for at least 2-3 years, so this is a huge impact! They've always been understanding and patient with me both on the phone and by email, and my oldest is 3.5 so we've been using their services for years now (apart from a one year hiatus when we were living in Boston). Really there to support parents, which I deeply appreciate. I liked using cloth diapers for my oldest but my partner is, unlike me, very into disposable diapers for no reason that I'll ever understand: in fact, he buys Huggies in bulk from Walmart and I buy from Tiny Tots. #Values. #OppositesAttract? We have separate diaper pails and changing stations... it's ridiculous, but hopefully we are cancelling each other's efforts out/I'm winning. Anyway, my man went with the flow when I demanded cloth diapers for our oldest but eventually tired of it. That said, Bambo diapers, like the ones Tiny Tots carries, are just as great as any other plastic diaper (I think they're less irritating to the skin) so using Tiny Tots for disposable compostable diapers works great for us. Love tiny tots! We came across this service while looking online for cloth diapers in the bay area and it was also mentioned during our childbirth classes at Kaiser, Oakland so we went with it. I ordered my newborn size cloth diapers and they came a week before my due date so I was all set at home with the diapers. I started using the diapers as soon as we got back from the hospital and she immediately loved them. She stopped fussing during changing time (which she was while wearing pampers at the hospi) and can tell that she is enjoying them and is comfy. She is now 2 months old and we are still rocking the cloth diapers! I'm still using the newborn size but she is quickly outgrowing them so soon we will have to start the regular size ;) My baby was born 6 pounds and 5 ounces and these fit absolutely fine on her. I was so worried they would be super big or look bulky when dressed but it actually turned out just fine. We first used 80 diapers per week but quickly changed to 70 and now using 65 per week but we still have at least 10 leftover so probably soon we will switch to 60 or less. She feeds 6-8 times a day and has as many wet and dirty diapers as per her feedings so we don't use more than that per day. We used the snappi clips and the thirsties newborn/premie diaper covers and so far very happy! The service is friendly and they are always available via phone or email. Delivery is prompt and always on point. Cloth diapers are clean and never had an issue so far. Price is unbeatable - it would cost us the same just to clean diapers at home everyday so basically we are not paying for the diapers with the service! Highly recommend! read more

When she was born, I was very concerned about the amount of diapers that we would use ending up in landfills. That really did not sit well with me, so I started researching more environmentally friendly diaper options in my area. I am so glad I found this company! I didn't realize at the time this would be the best gift ever. I didn't understand exactly what tiny tots was or how it worked. So when I called, Wendy, explained everything to me. I was still a little confused but everyone at Tiny Tots is so nice they take the time to make sure you understand the delivery and ordering process! They even set up a delivery before my due date so I could be prepared!! Amazing!! The customer service is absolutely fabulous any time I have a question or need assistance they respond immediately. They take an interest I you as person and your children too!! When my husband's grandmother passed away my mother in law and father in law took over the year subscription!! Tiny tots helped with the process of changing the account over with ease. I can't say enough amazing things about this service and this company!! Seriously of you are a mother get this service! We used to love Tiny Tots and have used them for the last 2 years. However they have now changed their billing system to include a monthly membership fee of $34.99. Although they reduced the cost of the diapers, it will still a $10 increase per month AND I have been billed TWICE for their membership fee in the span of two weeks! So instead of a reliable $21.99 every week, we now have been billed $21.99, then $51.89, then zero, then $51.89. HUH??? I am canceling today and buyer beware with this new system they have that undoubtedly makes more money for them and is a mess for our bookkeeping Update: The issue was resolved promptly. Fast response time, professional, and just the sweetest people I've dealt with in customer service in a long time. We were sad to see the cloth service go because we loved having the combo of cloth and compost diapers, but the compost only service is great too! I love that there are multiple compost diaper and wipe brands to choose from. They sent us samples of all three diaper brands to choose from when we started our service. Our favorite is the Bambo! I really wish the diapers they use had worked out for us - my son is just too heavy a wetter and has the wrong hip/waist shape for prefolds. (We have gone with another cloth diaper option.) The staff were incredibly friendly and it was awesome to have the dirty diapers disappear every week from my porch and a giant bag of clean diapers appear. Really great customer service. Our needs are constantly changing with 2 kids + vacation + potty training. Tiny Tots is really flexible, fast and responsive and they helped to come up with a delivery/pick up plan for us even as we attempted to taper down the number of diapers we used. I like their online portal which lets me customize my standing order (minimum 4 packs a month). I'm always missing the order cut off deadline but a quick email with the support folks and they'll make sure it gets added in to that week's delivery. I've done cloth diapering in the past but compostable diapers really are the most hassle free, guilt free way to diaper. We use Bambu for both kids and have now moved on to the Bambu training pants. Someone does need to invent a compostable training pant with re-stickable sides though... that would help our childcare teachers a lot. (I would love to see more options on their site for compostable green bags though - they offer really sturdy, high quality ones but they are very expensive.) read more
