Whenever I requested a sample (for example, if I suspected my child was ready for the next size), they included it in my next delivery. It was so convenient to get new diapers and wipes delivered to my doorstep - especially in 2020 when stores were sold out! They also can deliver other baby products like baby shampoo and nipple balm. I have emailed them several times with no response. I cannot find a phone number on their website. I have been charged for the items that were supposed to be Easter gifts for our grandchildren. I will keep emailing them and update here if and when this is resolved. I most likely will not order from them again. UPDATE: I did hear back from them, explanation was that items were shipped via ups innovations, then on the USPS. It is unfortunate that this was not explained when I placed the order. Had I known that, I would have not ordered from them. I did receive the items 12 days after I ordered them. (in the past it was always 7-8) I like supporting smaller businesses, but Frecklebox should be much clearer on their delivery times, AND post a phone number! My advice: if you use this business, I would not order anything if you need it in less than 3 weeks (just to be safe)

Just note when buying Orbit Baby products- you can have the option of picking them up in Newark but will be charged the Newark sales tax which is 9% or you can pay shipping and handling and pay your own county's sales tax. The beauty of picking up the item is usually it's available the day after you purchase it online. Our first Orbit Baby purchases were the Double Helix Stroller, G2 car seat base and G2 Infant car seat (the G3 were not available for purchase when Ian was born). We are extremely pleased with our Double Helix Stroller that we use in single stroller mode. The stroller frame maneuvers well, has two large cup holders, a large under-stroller basket and a ShadePad (for your iPad which we purchased separately). The G2 car seat base was easy for my husband to install and worked well with our G2 infant car seat and now with our G3 Toddler car seat. What makes the Orbit Baby products stand out from the rest of the baby strollers and car seats on the market are the fact that they have: smart hub base- you can dock your car seat inside on the car seat base and also on the stroller base (which is great when using the infant car seat!). 360 and orbits- you can turn your baby's car seat facing you when putting them inside, then turn or orbit it to the rear facing locked mode. You can have the baby's infant car seat or stroller seat face you when "strolling" or the opposite way making sure the baby doesn't get sun on their face :) Organic materials- they use organic materials which are great for a baby's sensitive skin. The G3 Toddler car seat is heavy, much heavier than the infant car seat. It's not something that you would want to use on the stroller frame (though you could), so many parents opt to purchase a separate stroller seat. It's durable, heavy and safe. The padding and organic materials are clearly top of the line. Ian just loves his new G3 Toddler car seat since he's getting taller. We use the G3 stroller seat which is awesome. It comes with a snack tray and can recline back if Ian decides that he wants to take a nap. What is extremely useful with the G3 stroller seat is the G3 sunshade. The G3 sunshade is amazing- it really does an awesome job of keeping the sun off the baby. We had an issue once with the Double Helix Stroller frame and since it was under warranty we had the entire frame replaced and it's worked fine ever since. When making purchases we have received excellent customer service by Tony and others when picking up our Orbit Baby Items. Orbit Baby products are well made and expensive, I suppose they are the Range Rover Autobiography of the stroller world. As a new mom, I can honestly say I love all the Orbit Baby products we've purchased for Ian :) It's an awesome feeling to purchase good quality products that were invented locally by two grad students at Stanford! My my what an adorable little shop! You walk in and you feel like you entered some kind of Montessori-Waldorf inspired ambiance. There's beautiful clothing adored on the walls along with any thing you can imagine for little kids: specially dolls like Cuddle and Kind, accessories, jewelry, toys... you can spend hours here just looking at their beautiful stuff!! I tend to show at places like Riley and Cru and Quincy Mae so I was so happy to see some of those items in store! The wonder Wendy is so sweet and friendly. She explained to me how this store is her labor of love, named after her sweet daughter Ivy. They only opened up a few months ago so it's a brand new local business!!! She was super helpful and knowledgeable. FYI it is a bit in the pricier side but you really get what you pay for. The items are super great quality, organic, sustainable materials that I really appreciate. It's a perfect place to shop for birthday presents or special events or even treating your little one to a nice surprise. My daughter was able to find the cutest little present for her sister! Another thing that the owner mentioned was that they plan to do local events here in the future. They have a Mother's Day event coming up where they collaborate with local artists. I met Thereasa purely by chance! We signed up for a photography session at El Camino Hospital a few…read moredays after my son was born and we were so lucky Thereasa showed up!! We loved her photos so much that I asked for her phone number so we could do follow up photos later. We called her when my son was about 4 months for another photo session. She came to our house and spent an hour with us shooting my son and group family pictures. I love how she captures my family and most of her work is candid...which I prefer best. Towards the end of the shoot my son got cranky but you could never tell by the pictures. She has a great way of capturing the best shots. We did a photo shoot just recently for my son's 1 year milestone. We met at a park in Los Gatos.....so much fun! Again, the pictures were just amazing. We loved every single one of them. Thereasa is a mother of 3 and she is wonderful with children....she has a special way with them. She also has a quick turn around time, by the end of the day I'm viewing my pictures on her online gallery. She displays your pictures in both black & white as well as color. Thereasa has a very gentle manner, is wonderful with little babies, and is patient - even with our little girl who would NOT smile for Christmas pictures. :) You can't ask for anything more. She provides a CD of all of the retouched pictures in black and white and color. One of the best aspects is that you own the pictures and can order prints wherever you want to. Many photographers require you to purchase the CD in addition to photo packages, which can become very expensive. We will continue to use Thereasa and recommend her to everyone.
