Tiny Town is a staple for us any time we are visiting Lancaster! The place is amazing for kids, very clean and the layout is very well thought out. Tons of tables to eat at if you pack lunch for the littles, a little shop with adorable toys and a snack bar. I wish we had a place like this on Long Island . My husband and I usually grab coffee on the way over and get to relax for a couple hours while our boys let their imaginations run wild in this adorable little play town. Their little bubble dance party is always something they look forward to as well. Highly recommend!

We were in town visiting and found this great indoor play space that both my 1 year old and 5 year old enjoyed for hours. The staff was so nice and the variety of play spaces was incredible.

Took our daughter here for her first birthday and a few events since then. She always has a great time. Plenty of toys to play with.

Horrible customer service. Not worth the money. Will never be back here again. Rather take my kids to another place similar.

I love Facebook events. It's a great way to discover new businesses and experience local events…read morethat I wouldn't have found on my own. So when I saw a family friendly grand opening for Snapology on a weekend I had my granddaughter I was eager to check it out. Going in the place was packed and had met the limit of people the fire department would allow. I was ready to leave and come back but after seeing all the cool play stations my granddaughter was excited to play. Fortunately I decided to wait till a few people left and only waited a few minutes. During the wait I still had no idea what/how this business operated and it looked like just a room with different play stations so I took the wait as an opportunity to ask questions and find out exactly what they do. From what I learned Snapology is a number of things. The majority of the play stations are based on building; whether that be with Legos, Lincoln Logs, Erector sets, Duplex, etc. They host building workshops for older kids to use these materials to build complex subjects. They also offer hours of drop off/free play for kids 5 and up, and free play for kids under 5 with the parents present. This service is $8 hour/per child and does have limited times/hours. Additionally they offer day camps and preschool, host birthday parties, and as time goes on will probably add more services and special events. So when it was our turn to go in and play my granddaughter ran to the Lego Friends table. These certainly aren't the Lego's I grew up with! I thought they were too advanced for a four year old as they have itty bitty pieces and lots of tiny components but she loved it. There's tiny people and you can change their heads, hair, etc....as well as tiny animals, pieces to build houses, playgrounds, pools....I had to literally drag her away from that station to check out what else was offered. There was also a kiddle pool full of bigger piece Legos, erector sets for older kids, a room featuring remote control cars, a racetrack for your Lego cars to race down, a train table and so much more. A smaller area separated by (so cool!) HUGE Lego block walls was centered more towards toddlers with a dress up area, play kitchen, puzzles, Melissa & Doug toys, a huge dollhouse, and role playing toys. While this area was more in her age group she seemed bored with it and kept gravitating towards the Friends Lego station. Throughout the building staff were there to supervisor and assist. There are several tables in the back for parents to sit and relax and a few low poufs in the play area to supervisor your children. They also had buckets for toys that were dirty or came in contact with a child's mouth for cleaning. Overall we loved it and have made plans to come back. Somethings I thought they could do better; the poufs are difficult for older people to get up from. I would have loved to see higher seating throughout for the parents, as well as more hooks for coats/purses as there were only a few. Lockers would be a good alternative. I was surprised there weren't any Little People playsets for the little ones, although I think the suggested age of play for the "toddler area" would be age 4 and up. Also more classes and preschool classes available at night for working parents as everything is geared towards parents that stay home, as well as more "free" play hours. Otherwise a unique business concept that I'm happy to patronize.

My son absolutely LOVES these classes and there are often discounts for repeat customers : )read more

The only reason I went is because a group of friends & I got a house for the weekend in Lancaster, and they wanted to play. If you're not used to playing, it can be a little intimidating when you arrive. Most of the other people there seem to play all the time. They are decked out in tactical gear, have their own airsoft guns, etc., but the staff and everyone else couldn't be more friendly. And once you get on the battlefield and shoot a few people and/or get shot, the nerves settle and it becomes really fun. I would absolutely go again if a situation arose where my friend group decided they wanted to play. But next time, I would probably opt to rent a gun that is a bit better than the standard gun they have for rent. The standard gun you rent has been heavily used, so it tends to misfire, dryfire, jam, etc. It became very frustrating. As well, the people that owned their own guns and equipment had a clear and significant advantage over those of us that did not, so just bear that in mind. 10 out of 10, would absolutely go again.

Just a heads up: their cancellation policy is extremely rigid. They kept our deposit due to a…read morefamily emergency even though we intended to reschedule. The family friendliness is gone. The daycare is gone. The daytime weekly mom's on the mountain is gone. Even the plugs for crockpots are gone. But the people and the vibe that used to make Roundtop a special place for families is nowhere to be seen. A special note to anyone from Vail, who happens to read this. There is is a family of five skiers that grew up at Roundtop because I brought them there. The mothers were able to ski during the week with the babies and toddlers. There was daycare for the babies and toddlers. There were plugs for the crockpot for the lunches downstairs. It's all gone. The only thing left is the purchase price and share value of the corporation. Where do you expect the next generation of skiers to come from?
