Took our daughter here for her first birthday and a few events since then. She always has a great time. Plenty of toys to play with.

GREAT experience!! We rented the space for our own playgroup. We had children ranging from 1-12 and all enjoyed themselves. What an adorable place with great play areas, super sweet staff and also very clean!! Highly recommend! We were able to bring in our own snacks and drinks (just no peanut products) and there are tables for kids and adults. They also sell coffee, water, some other drinks and snacks! read more

We took our 2 and 4 year old here and LOVED it! The staff were super friendly, they have snacks and coffee you can buy or you can bring your own (peanut free) snacks. The little houses are so cute and clean. They do a bubble dance party twice a day at 11a and 3p which was super cute. Great for a hot day or a rainy day activity, we bought tickets online and it was super easy to do. We traveled from southern York county PA and we will definitely make the trip again! read more

The good: perfect place if you know a kid who LOVES role play. The staff was pleasant and friendly. There's tables for taking a break. The bad: The cost for almost everything. Their season pass is for 3 months and is the same price as other places' year long memberships. It's not bad, but I felt nickel and dimed in some regards, especially since my child was under age 2. She isn't as big a fan of role play as others. It wasn't a fit for us, but if it is for you, AWESOME! Have fun! read more

We just had our 3 year old twins' birthday party here. From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Amanda the party coordinator was super sweet and very easy to work with. On the day of the party, our room looked amazing. We did the island paradise theme (Moana) and our guests and kiddos were blown away by all of the fun details and beautiful decor. The ease of having Tiny Town take care of the food and cupcakes, set up, tear down, was so worth it! After having 2 large parties at our home before this-I'm not sure I'd ever want to go back to doing it myself! Besides what I said above-highlights were as follows: Staff were super friendly The kids can play all day They have a little parade through the town to get the kids back to the party room! This helped a ton with getting the kids to break away from playing so we could have the party. The vendor they use for the cupcakes is amazing. Super yummy We were able to have a morning party and serve brunch food Thanks again! We have so many wonderful memories and we can't wait to come back to play. read more

Took my 1.5 year old here for the first time. She loved it and had a blast. The space is adorable and clean with a lot for the kids to play with. My one complaint (which honestly might deter us from going back) is that they charge $8 for adults. We've visited a number of play spaces in Chester county and have never experienced having to pay as an adult before. read more

My LO had so much fun- the place was very clean and organized, you have to wash your hands before playing ( which is awesome) unfortunately there was a party an hour into our stay and got crowded which was uncomfortable for us to stay in the time of a pandemic! Other thing is- price for adults ticket is too much! There is nothing for an adult to do, so you pay$10 literally just to watch your LO play! read more

I like this indoor play structure. It is a big spacious tiny town for kids ages 0-7 to play! There are plenty of tables and couches for parents, snack bar and clean restrooms. They have wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere and even toiletries for mom. You can sit in one spot and see the kids wherever they are. It is a family business and the buildings are all named after family members. There are accessible ramps. The parking lot is a good size but there are other businesses so I can be a short wait for parking or just do street parking. You get all day admission so you can leave and come back. read more

My 2 year old absolutely loved this wonderland for her imagination. She was having so much fun that she forgot I was even there watching her. The fact that you can take your own peanut free foods makes the place even more worth it. Adults to have to pay as well to watch children play, but it is completely worth it if you pack your own lunch and just use the space to relax while children are at play. We had a great afternoon exploring Tiny Town. 9 Imaginative play spaces, each with props and outfits. Kids can bake, shop, doctor stuffed animals, read in the library, be beauticians, waitress tables, work on car, deliver mail, or (our favorite) put out fires. There is comfortable "mom seating" front and center where you can watch your child from one central spot; and a snack bar as well. There is also a padded, "fenced" area with special toys for crawlers/new walkers. Everything was clean, well organized, with a pleasant staff. *One word of caution: If you have a small child that is a climber, be aware that Lindy Lou's Library has an upper loft without a roof. This is an adorable, comfortable space with beanbags to read, but a toddler that likes to climb should not be up there without an adult. Happy imagining! read more

Tiny Town is wonderful place for children to play and use their imagination. What I saw a lot of were parents sitting looking at their phones and not paying attention to their kids. This leaves a lot of room for things to happen that could impact the amount of opportunity supervised children will have in the future. At our second visit to tiny town, the slide that was at Granny;s House was removed because a child fell off. Had I not seen so many parents (guardians) on their phones, I wouldn't be so negative. This place is not a babysitting service. I met the owner. She is a great lady. I hope that all parents that patronize this place feel the same. Bring your children here to enjoy the fun. Supervise them. Teach them how to interact with other children in this controlled environment. read more

I recently had a birthday party there and was very upset when arriving. I was told that we would have the place to ourselves even though I didn't book a private party and we would have the other party room that was originally discussed. When arriving, we had the smaller room and there was another party at the same time. They are suppose to help you set up which is 15 mintutes before and is NOT enough time. Guests are arriving as we are setting up and I finally had to get the coordinator to come help since I was irritated. For the price that I paid which was the basic party it's not worth it. I would rather pay to go somewhere else for $250. Other then that Tiny town is great for the kids but for a party I was very disappointed! read more

Hosted my daughter's fourth birthday celebration here over the weekend and it wasn't the most pleasant experience to say the least. The staff was friendly and did a fantastic job but very poor management skills on the owner's (Hannah) behalf. She was incredibly rude and at one point (after my daughter's party had already started) commented that if I wasn't pleased with their service that I could take my party elsewhere. She was also condescending and sarcastic and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. My family was also displeased with her service. I would not recommend doing business with her as she is very unprofessional and doesn't treat customers very well. read more

I've gone twice with my one year old daughter and both times she has gotten sick after. The first time we went we purchased an annual membership thinking we'd use it all the time during the winter because it is so cute and open with lots of natural light. However, because my daughter brought home a bug both times, we will never be returning. I called and spoke with the manager about both incidents and she explained several times that their cleaning procedures are amazing and she didn't think my daughter could have gotten sick from playing in the tiny town. She placed blame on me saying, "she probably caught something outside of Tiny Town" or that " another child playing in Tiny Town could have been sick." I asked about getting some sort of reimbursement or compensation for purchasing an annual membership and only using it twice and she said she didn't have a "procedure" for that. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any establishment and I am so disappointed with Tiny Town. We will not ever be going back! read more

So the playgroup and I drove an hour to experience Tiny Town. It was really cool! Our 1-3 year olds all had an awesome time. Very clean, Very well built fun place! A few negatives though. They should have a day designated to preschool field trips and make that public knowledge. The first half hour we were there was so fun but as soon as the preschool groups arrived it was chaos. Imagination does not work when the primary goal is trying to keep the toy you are playing with from being grabbed from you. It was so hard for my son to find something to do with or without other kids that was not ruined by someone else coming in and taking things from them or shoving them out of the way. The baby area does not have very much to keep them entertained. The cafe is nice and offers a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The staff is very nice and I saw them cleaning often! A huge downside is that they require parents to pay. I frequently go to all kinds of play places in all different states and this is the first one I have ever been to that requires parents to pay! I literally see no reason for a parent to pay for Tiny Town. I am sure we will be back from time to time though because we did have fun for the most part. read more
