GREAT chocolate chip cookies! We were next door at Postino and walked down here after since I have heard such great things. The employee working was over the top friendly and gave us free cookies since it was our first time there! We also got a muffin and a few other things to go. Can't wait to go back for ice cream. Cute little spot in a "new to me" area!
85-degree weather = cooling agent. Yes, that cooling agent would be ice cream. Tiny's Milk & Cookies is a quaint little ice cream and cookie shop. They have a walk up window setup which gives it a casual neighborhood vibe. Their focus is on high quality treats. Their chocolate chip cookies are soft, rich, and without a doubt their top seller. The pastries and ice cream are also in high demand. It is not uncommon to find long, windy lines in front of Tiny's Milk & Cookies. The menu pairs classic favorites with seasonal offerings. I purchased a Caribbean flavored ice cream and bought my hubby chocolate chip cookies. The cool ice cream was soothing to my throat.
I was craving the best cookie in the world and Tiny's delivered! I'm so glad I found this spot. I also tried their chocolate ice cream despite not being a huge chocolate ice cream fan, and now I think I love chocolate ice cream! The vanilla bean ice cream was also to die for. I'm so sad I live hundreds of miles away from you Tiny's! I hope to be back soon :)
Food: YUM!!!!! I have heard amazing things about the cookies specifically. But the red velvet seasonal bread was delicious - perfect balance of sweet dessert taste with bread consistency. Yum!!! The chocolate croissant was also so flaky and so good - love the chocolate on the outside too! Service: friendly and fast! Ambiance: Nowhere to sit but it is a to-go counter so that makes sense! Lots of families showing up after school (they do be getting all of the cookies!!!!) so come before 2pm!!!!!!
MAN! This is my new favorite bakery. The chocolate chip cookie has the perfect texture and is so chocolatey. They've perfected the recipe. The banana bread is delightful and captures the essence of a banana really well. Lots of banana bread these days taste artificial but not this one. The mint chocolate ice cream is SO refreshing. It tastes like the freshest mint leaves were picked, mixed and churned with the best cuts of semi sweet chocolate. Well done, ulu have a true customer. I've been back 3 days out of 4 on my vacation here in Austin lol. The workers here are the sweetest! Parking can be a little tricky snd busy on the weekends but it's worth the hassle lol. I love that there hours are pretty long too.
First off the gals were so sweet and helpful! VERY quick with service, hadn't even finish paying before everything was ready! Agree with previous comments about the chocolate chip - very buttery. Especially after 15 seconds in the microwave. An ideal chocolate chip cookie IMO. Now onto the ice cream. AMAZING. The "tiny" size is a pretty good serving! This was even better than the cookie if you could imagine it! Classic vanilla with blends of caramel with some added crunch. Just the right amount of sweet for me. Loved it and highly recommend.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte and I will warn you that it is a very sweet drink. I prefer my iced coffees to be more on the espresso flavor side and this definitely tasted like a dessert. If that's your vibe then this is your place to go! Their chocolate chip cookies are absolutely to die for-some of my favorite cookies I've ever had. I have not tried any of their other past user ice cream, but if they solid place for a variety of sweet treats.
THE BIG: Cookie/pastry/coffee shop all rolled up in this compact shop located in Bryker Woods neighborhood of Austin. No indoor seating, just a walk up window. Private parking lot available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: It's a maze trying to get through the parking but the shop is cute when you walk up to it. I have a feeling they do sell out of pastries, so get here early when you can if you want your selection at their full offering. I got a coffee, chocolate chip cookie, and a brioche donut. They're known for their cookies and it didn't disappoint. The brioche donut was alright in my opinion. Coffee is your normal standard run of the mill coffee. THE FINAL BAMBOO: I spent around $12 for the three items. Delicious and I would frequent again for the cookies when I'm in the area.

Hidden Gem It seems like a local spot as it's slightly hidden behind a street. Everything is made from scratch and is highly tasty. I got the breakfast tacos chorizo and bacon. I like the bacon better as it's the perfect blend of crunchy and salty. The chorizo was a bit mushy and not to my liking. I tried the chocolate sprinkled donut as recommended by one of the servers. I didn't catch her name but she's awesome. Thanks freind! It was fantastic. Of course I had to finish off with their signature chocolate chip cookies. Yummy! Very rich and soft. You have to try one. The only downside is that there is not place to sit and the line can be long (testament of how great this place is) 10/10 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Tiny Milk & Cookies definitely delivered on the cookies, which I rate a 5/5. They were warm, moist, chocolatey, and perfectly gooey, basically everything I want in a cookie!! The cinnamon roll was more of a 3.8/5 for me. The icing tasted a bit artificial and wasn't as creamy as I'd prefer, and the bread could've been softer and more moist. That said, it still hits the spot if you're craving a decent cinnamon roll. Ordering was super easy, and I loved the setup. It's very cute with a convenient drive-through window, which makes it a great quick dessert stop.

If you are looking for a place to get your sweet tooth fix, Tinys Milk & Cookies is the place to go! Soft ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies. They are HUGE!! Staff is friendly. All smiles and very patient as I was being indecisive on what to get but ended up getting all Chocolate Chip. I didn't really see a spot to sit but I also did just pick up and left. The outside is super cute and can definitely be a good photo opportunity. I initially Yelp for ice cream but this spot popped up and I couldn't say no. It was a good spot to check out if you love cookies. Prices are a bit high but would make great gifts or for you to eat. Tips: *Credit card accepted *Small parking lot. read more

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and I will warn you that it is a very sweet drink. I prefer my iced coffees to be more on the espresso flavor side and this definitely tasted like a dessert. I really enjoyed the ham and Gruyère croissant, but the coconut sugar latte was just average. I'd had this place on my list for a while and was excited to finally visit, but the service didn't match that excitement. The person taking our order didn't greet us and made us feel like an inconvenience. My croissant was handed to me cold, and when I asked for it to be heated, she didn't say anything just took it and put it in the microwave. Based on this experience, it's unlikely I'll return. read more
My friend recommended this place for a lil afternoon sweet treat! She ordered the chocolate chip cookie and I ordered the double chocolate chip cookie (I thought it was going to be more chocolate chips not a chocolate cookie w/ white chocolate chips). This is a walk up style bakery where you order at the window, one cashier, so prepare to wait in line. I noticed most guests ordered coffee drinks so maybe that's what's really good. I thought the cookie was ok for $3. If in the area would try a different pastry. read more

Our only repeat stop of the trip. Got a cinnamon roll (absolutely necessary), three chocolate chip cookies, one double chocolate, two slices of banana bread and tried their seasonal blueberry crumble ice cream. Thank god I don't have access to this place all the time or I would be a fatass. 10/10 read more

May 2025 Every time I drove by Kerbey Lane Village shopping center I saw a line of people towards the back and after three trip by it stopped to see what it was. It turned out to be Tiny's Milk & Cookies nested in the identical farmhouse style buildings. Luckily there was no line so was able to study the menu offerings and decided to try a Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blueberry Muffin, Cinnamon Roll, and a Brownie. I already had a coffee with me so didn't need to order another one. The staff is super friendly and even though only a walk-up place it had great atmosphere. All of the items tasted really good and delightful. The blueberry muffin was so soft and flavor-able. The cinnamon roll was huge and also addicting to eat where had a slight lemony taste to it. The chocolate chip cookie was much better than local branded rivals and the brownie was very chocolaty. Like I said before it was so good. read more
Not sure how I haven't been to Tinys Milk + Cookies before since my dermatologist is right next door but I'm glad I discovered it now! What a cute little spot! It was decorated for the fall with pumpkins so that made it extra festive. I ordered an iced coffee and it was delicious- not acidic at all and the perfect amount of strong. Snagged the biggest sprinkle donut to bring home for my son and to say he was a fan would be an understatement. He told me I have to bring him next time so he can choose more off the menu, including the ice cream. read more

The MOST delicious iced vanilla latte in Austin! This is a walk-up truck located across from Tony Boxwoods. Prices are comparable to other Austin coffee shops but the taste and flavor was truly unmatched. My friend got the strawberry matcha and really enjoyed it too. Already looking forward to going back! Ample parking present in the complex. read more
Came here with one of my friends the other night for a sweet treat and this spot is so perfect and cute. I mentioned it was my first time there when asking for suggestions and the gal working gave me a free cookie since I had never been I ended up getting the "tiny" scoop of the strawberry ice cream which was so so good! I never order strawberry ice cream because it usually has a weird taste to it but this one was perfect! I also got a brookie which was so yummy. The brownie part was super soft and gooey and the chocolate chip cookie they gave me was perfect, so soft and amazing. Only thing that could have made it better would be some flakey salt. Definitely a place that's better suited for its baked goods. I had the banana chocolate chip muffin and my friend got the chocolate chip cookie. Both were great, but the drinks were iffy. I had a vanilla oat milk latte, and my friends an iced chai with their house almond milk and a hot caramel oat milk latte. Nothing fanatical about the coffees, the drink orders came out pretty fast despite the long line. They went heavy on the syrups for the chai and caramel drinks, so we actually ended up throwing away the caramel one :( Very small parking lot that is shared with several other businesses. We ended up parking on the street adjacent to the building. Also veeryyy limited seating, no tables, just a bench under a tree. Overall, I would visit again for a quick sweet treat but grab a coffee from somewhere else. read more

Came here on a cookie tour of Austin, looking for the best chocolate chip cookie around. The edges are nicely browned and the cookie is yielding with the soft, underbaked interior. The chocolate is layered throughout but it is flatter and thinner than I usually like my cookies. It is perhaps a little too soft in its structure, as it breaks apart with barely a touch. The ratio of chocolate chips to the flour is a good balance. I'd rate it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It's the kind of cookie you'd have on a Wednesday morning with a cup of coffee and it would set the tone of a pleasant rest of the day. The additional 0.5 star comes from the charming exterior, reminding me of summer on a New England peninsula. It has the timeless elegance of coastal storefronts with its pure and crisp white siding. read more

Quick and tasty local stop for coffee and pastries! There are a few shops nearby as well as the Tiny Boxwoods restaurant. I ordered the honey lavender latte and a ham gruyere croissant, it was magnificent. When you order, you can see the whole back wall filled with different scones, muffins, and breads. I will surely return. read more
