Thank you Jeni's for my free annual birthday "scoop" that is actually always 3 half scoops scoops in a waffle bowl. The flavors were all amazing and the staff was kind and patient. It's amazing what kind of long line they had at 10pm...but thankfully we'd arrived a few minutes before that.
Pretty good but the interior was kind of dirty and the tables weren't cleaned. I laid my hand on a table and got sticky ice cream all over it. Also a bit in the pricy side.
Spacious corner retail spot! Vibes are lite and fun. I stopped here to wait for traffic to die down. I got the double dough and salted peanut butter in a small cup. There aren't many physical locations so I was happy to stumble on this one. They sale cones, cups and pints to go!
Ice cream in January? How lucky am I ? The service was very friendly and gave good recommendations. I tried about three flavors before making a final decision. There are so many flavors available to suit whatever you're craving. I settled on the very dark chocolate and oooey gooey cake. There were chunks of ooey gooey cake mixed into the ice cream. I got mine in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl so fresh and the flavor is amazing. This is coming from someone who typically hates waffle cones. But this one is different. It's so fresh and has a unique enjoyable flavor. I love this location because of the outside scenery!
Jeni's is good. Honestly I think the prices are bit expensive for what you get. My small and my partner's cone came out to be $20. I tried the darkest chocolate and honey vanilla. Very tasty but again on the expensive side. 8/10 Waffle Cones
I've had Jeni's ice cream a few times and I must say that the ice cream is HEAVEN on earth each and every time that I've made a visit. The service was reasonable, we waited about 5 mins but the wait is always worth it. The atmosphere is full of positive vibes which I love. I got the flavor that was advertised that day which was strawberry shortcake and omg it was soooo delicious.
I was craving something really sweet after dinner one night (this was a couple months back - a little late on the review! eeek!), and this was in the same plaza. I was really glad because they did not disappoint! The staff were patient and ready with recommendations - I was not ready to pick which flavor to try! They actually have quite a roomy interior with a few tables. It would be perfect for a hangout or just to chill with friends and/or family. I tried the salted peanut butter and the blueberry crisp on a butter crisp waffle bowl! The flavors were incredibly vibrant, and the salted peanut butter was definitely the better of the two flavors I've tried. They also have merch available for purchase on a wall by the cashier along with a fridge with pints for take-home purchase! I think they offer solid choices of ice cream flavors with great service!
They were great when taking my order and the ice cream was delicious as usual. My daughter and her friends went up to the water dispenser to get water and it was empty. At the time there were no line of customers and I asked if they could fill the dispenser and was disappointed by the frown on the girl's face but ok. 10 minutes later I asked again to be greeted with ok we will get to it. It's been another 15 minutes and no water. Very disappointing
They let you try as many flavors as you want! Both flavors were indulgent and sweet. The ice cream was super creamy and held its shape well. Cute spot and was not busy at all when I went on a Monday afternoon.

The seasonal Earl Grey flavor inspired by Bridgerton was AMAZING. The Double Dough was also so good. I loved how all the flavors were rich without being overpowering. They're unique and genuinely great quality. The inside of the store is spacious but all the tables were dirty..): The service was okay but a little hectic as one moment I had someone helping me the next I didn't.
First time for my both my boyfriend and I trying Jeni's and we can't wait to go back. The flavors were really good and not too rich. I mostly stuck to berry and cake flavors and he had a lot of the nuttier options. We each got 3 half scoops and the employee who helped us definitely hooked it up and was super friendly. Loved this location and will definitely come back. I also love that they are open late.
What can I say other than.....THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! A light, airy, fun and clean atmosphere. The ice cream was great and the waffles are made fresh right in front of you. Family friendly and Ms. Kate.....was super friendly to us. #OneLovelyKindPerson. A+. WE'LL BE BACK. This is probably my favorite spot for ice cream in Austin, especially on late nights. Everyone has always been kind and friendly whenever I went to this location. And the inside is fairly spacious with plenty of seating. I always get the trio and it's perfect to share with a friend while trying different flavors. All time favorite has to be the brambleberry crisp, it's vanilla with light berry flavor and has crumbles in it. I believe Jeni's also has limited time flavors, and I can't remember which I had in the photo but it was also delicious! Forever a staple dessert spot. read more
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in The Domain was pretty darned good. The ice cream is very creamy and not overly sugary, yet still perfectly sweet. Or maybe it is just hot in Austin and so it tastes that much better! Either way, it is an amazing experience. The location in The Domain is great. You can choose to sit and relax with your scoop, or grab a cone and walk through the streets to enjoy the sights, people, and shops around you. If you are looking for top-notch, rich ice cream to beat the Texas heat while exploring a lively neighborhood, Jeni's is a treat and worth stopping by. read more

We walked over after lunch to check out the seasonal flavors. The ice cream server (is there a better name for this?) was friendly and let us sample a few flavors. I usually hate samplers, but there was nobody in line so I indulged. There was a large selection and you could watch them make the waffle bowls. 100% recommend the waffle bowl. The shop was cute and clean, we opted to sit outside by the park. read more

The vibes here were incredible! Came here after dinner next door and was craving something sweet. I have not been to an ice cream shop in a while so I was excited to get a sweet treat. The staff were very kind and warm hearted. Classic ice cream shop with some amazing flavors. They got some unique flavors that I have never seen anywhere else. I had the standard which came with 3 ice cream flavors and I chose the brown butter almond brittle, Texas sheet cake, and buttercream birthday cake. The brown butter almond brittle was amazing and I love the bites of the almond candy. The Texas sheet cake was very rich with the chocolate cake and fudge. The buttercream birthday cake was one of the best birthday cake ice creams I have ever had. Spectacular ice cream shop with the amazing flavors and beautiful interior design. Most definitely a spot I would come back to on my next trip to Austin, Texas. read more
I have been in love with Jeni's ice cream ever since I first discovered them on North Short in Columbus, Ohio about 8 years ago. Their ice cream is always fresh and the flavors are truly original. The signature scoop is the best way to go because it allows you to try 3 different flavors at once. I tried the burnt orange dreamsicle, birthday cake and double dough! I usually frequent the Jeni's on SoCo, but this location is huge in comparison. It's a very clean store and the staff is awesome. Jeni's ice cream has always been one of my favorites, and the Jeni's at the Triangle is no exception. You're met with the aroma of delicious baked waffle cones upon entering, and friendly and efficient service. I tried the double dough, gooey butter cake, and burnt orange dreamsicle for the wild card pick. The creaminess of Jeni's ice cream is unmatched, and their flavors always pack a strong punch. The burnt orange dreamsicle tasted exactly like its namesake, and was so good that I hope Jeni's keeps it around longer than a seasonal flavor. The Triangle location is currently undergoing some construction, but they still have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as outdoor seating across the street. Overall a great place for a sweet treat! read more

Gotta love an ice cream shop that allows samples, and extra kudos for reusable spoons (washable). Staff was patient with sample requests and helpful with suggestions. WIDE variety of different flavors, many unique with creative textures added to the creamy scoops. If you're not feeling like getting a whole waffle cone or bowl, no worries, a scoop will always come with a sample of the homemade waffle. A perfect bite of something that compliments ice cream. I came to Jeni's with 4 other people on a Saturday around 4 PM or so. The shop was not busy at all at that time. Ambiance: the shop is located in a shopping center next to numerous other restaurants and some apartments. It's a nice addition to the area, especially for those looking for something sweet. Inside is spacious, although there weren't a bunch of tables and chairs available. We were able to sit down together after getting our ice cream. Service: service was good, although there was only one employee working behind the counter when we arrived. There were 3 people ahead of us and a line began forming behind us, it felt like it took a little long for the employee to get to us given the 3 ahead of us were asking for samples and all. Food: I shared a waffle cup with my wife with the "Milkiest Chocolate," "Brambleberry Crisp," and "Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks" flavors. They were all creamy, delicious, and SUPER sweet. Not the most amazing ice cream we've ever had, but it was still good!!! Would come back to try more flavors! read more

Jeni's always serves great ice cream. My favorite is the darkest chocolate, and recently I discovered that the rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt is pretty good too! This location is quite small, so there's limited seats and very bustling, often leading to a line out the door. However, the line moves fast and you get unlimited samples, so it's great. I'll be back for another flight, which is a great deal if you're coming in a group willing to share! read more
Headed in on a random Monday evening around 7pm. Just a few folks in the shop, and the staff behind the counter took tons of time walking me through the options available. We talked personal favorites, crowd favorites, as well as seasonal options! I was able to taste a few that intrigued me, and I settled on white chocolate peppermint (I'm usually a mint chip guy) and Texas sheet cake (top seller here in TX). It was served in a cup with a waffle cone chip... beautiful presentation. Obviously the flavor was fantastic. Jeni's uses super high quality ingredients, and it really shows in the final product. This is such a splendid spot. The staff was very nice and you can always try a sample before you commit to a whole pint of ice cream. A great spot to chill for ice cream. They always have new flavors that rotate. I highly recommend the butter cake. One of their most popular ice cream and really delicious. We love Jeni's!!! This place always offers delicious and unique flavors. My all time favorites are wild berry lavender and brown butter almond brittle in a bowl or waffle bowl. The waffle is freshly made in store, it tastes different than other waffle cones because they have some saltiness in it. The store is very spacious and located in a nice area. There is limited parking so it could be a challenge if this place gets crowded. read more

Jeni's is amazing! They have always have new unique flavors and the quality is really high. At this location the servers were friendly and informative, and the space was clean and not crowded. It's a little pricey but still a good time, especially because the triangle is nice to walk around after. read more

First time I visited a Jeni's even though I am familiar with the brand. Only reason I didn't give five stars because for a scoop of ice cream, it is VERY expensive (around $6!), and for that price, it's not *that* special. I got the gooey butter cake flavor because it was the closest to birthday cake. They also give a little waffle piece with each bowl. I think you'd be better off buying the pints on sale from the grocery store than going to get one scoop from their brick-and-mortar, but I don't regret trying their ice cream finally! read more
