First off, we are kind travelers. We are military. We are quiet. We park our RV and relax. In my summation, we are great people to have in an RV park. No pets. No kids. No drama. When we arrived at the park, we were assigned our numbers. We were traveling with our dear friends. As we were backing in, a man on a golf cart asked us, "Why are you up here?" I replied, "This is the spot the lady in the office gave us." He retorted something that was inaudible. We didn't just pick a spot, because if we had this wouldn't have been it. The next man drove up on a golf cart shaking his finger at us. The other man proceeded to say something about being in the ruts and to let the driver know to stay in the ruts. When we were set up, there was dog excrement in the area where we were going to eat. I asked the man on one of the golf carts if it was our responsibility to clean the area. We do not own dogs. He acted like I asked him to build a completely new RV park. He was impertinent and upset with my question. The people we were traveling with didn't have water in their RV. They had planned on using the showers and the bathrooms. Due to a maintenance issue, the bathrooms and showers did not work. I know this is not the park's fault. I feel, though, something should have been posted on the website to let the public know. We definitely would have made other arrangements. On the positive side, there are great pull-throughs when you first enter the park. If you are staying here, please try to request one of those. Mono Vista RV Park has the potential to be amazing. The location is wonderful - Yosemite, lakes abound to include Mono Lake, darling town. Fun ice cream shop. If rude customer service doesn't bother you, Mono Vista RV Park will suffice for your stay.

I've used different trailer and RV rental companies in the past, mostly at Shaver Lake, however I…read moream so happy to have found EZ Campin! This time we camped at Bass Lake, and it was my job to find a trailer rental company. EZ Campin was a gem of a find! Communication with the owners was timely and accurate, they even kept me up to date on the national forest's changing policies. We arrived at the Cedar Bluff campground (warning! Theft alert!), to find that our camper trailer was already being set up ahead of schedule. We also noted several other EZ Campin rentals in our loop and at the same campground. Quintin and Larry gave us the simple instructions, and everything worked beautifully and exactly like it should. The fridge was cold and ready to load. The awning was extended and the trailer was level. Everything inside was neat and tidy and fresh, with little personal touches that were neat to have. When finished, we simply cleaned up the best we could and prepared the trailer for their pick-up. They handled the dumping and hauling and all other aspects. We even payed the small extra fee for a generator, with gas, so we can run the A/C a couple hours a day, which also keeps the trailer's batteries charged, for use of lights in the evening. Fortunately our family has had experience owning an RV and renting RVs and trailers, so we didn't have to explain to the (now adult) children the facts that you have some limitations on how much water or electricity one can use. Conservation is the key. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone!

What a brilliant concept!…read more We had a week-long family vacation at Bass lake, with some of us coming from San Francisco and some flying in from Texas. We got a 25 foot trailer for me, my husband and my parents. Close quarters, yes....but it worked out fine. The brilliance of EZ Campin is the fact that they set up the trailer at your campsite before you even get there! We arrived after driving for ~4 hours with a majorly loaded car to a nice trailer all hooked up, including the generator, a canopy, and a nice big mat as well as an already-cold fridge and freezer. The particular trailer we got was almost brand new and the kitchen was fully stocked. I've doubted what "fully stocked" means before, and packed a lot of my own kitchen stuff because of this....no need. They truly have all the kitchen stuff you would need. The (brand new) coffee pot didn't work for some reason, so we just called them and they gave us a new one. The only drawback is that my 6'1" husband couldn't fit in the bunk beds, on the dinette sleeper or on the couch pull out - they were all too short for him (and my parents got the actual bed!). He ended up using one of the bunk bed pads and sleeping on the floor. Worked fine, but a bummer for him to be sleeping on the floor! I would definitely use them again.

She offers such amazing customer service!!!: she was always a pleasure to talk to over the phone, she was so accommodating in making and adjusting our reservations--which we unfortunately had to do more than once; she made me feel comfortable during every change we needed to make for our reservations--even though I know customers who are charging their needs all the time can get a bit trying at times (sorry Dani but thank you for being so very patient with us!); she suggested the best spots for getting the most out of our camping experience; she wished us the best and said she hoped to see us soon since we had to postpone our reservation; and so on. I think they were just too lazy to move their RV. We finally got our rental in Mono Village and were doing a walk through with Dani. She claimed she JUST cleaned the trailer. The outside storage compartment had a mouse that was dead so long it was completely deflated. $1000 for a week rental in an RV with no slides is WILD. It was like being crammed in a tin can. No bedrooms, just curtains for privacy. Will not rent from them again for overall attitude and unpleasant customer service.

We were very comfortable in our trailer and truly enjoyed it! Susan was very prompt with communication and friendly so everything went smoothly from reservation to picking up and returning. When picking up, they gave my husband and me a thorough walk-through and showed us where everything was and how to use them properly. The RVs were clean and equipped with pretty much everything, from pots and pans to camping chairs to lanterns. They also gave good pointers on how to get into Yosemite. For example, the first time we rented from them it was raining. They advised us to take Route 140 instead of Wawona Road because Route 140 was flatter and safer. I truly appreciate them making my RV rental experience hassle free and my RV camping experience at Yosemite phenomenal. I highly recommend them and glad that I was able to support local business!
