WARNING!!! I beg you not to book with this company! Especially if you don't want a limo with no air conditioning, a limo bus that will injure a 85 year old mans back because the shocks on the bus...excuse me, no shocks on the bus. The limo arrived on time , but not what we requested. We paid for a white limo. We were told 15 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, the white limousine's air conditioner was out. We were asked if we would accept a black one. We accepted, but that air conditioning wasn't working well in the black one either! Of course I called and complained. My daughter paid $150 to get her makeup done for her wedding. The limo was so hot her makeup melted! They did switch our janky limo for a limo bus. It was a little cooler, however, the bus was so shaky and bouncing, my 85 year old father hurt his back because the bus had no shocks! We tried toasting with champagne, but the stuff went everywhere due to the heavy bouncing Extremely dangerous ride! The driver was very courteous and tried to accommodate our party to the best of his ability. When we called the owner of the company, he hung up in my husband's face. our family group rented the service from Tip Top Limo in recent month, we were surprised for the lateness and the A/C cooling system was not working, at all, We were not happy with the service. Ryan the owner of Tip Top Limo was covering up while he knew that the limo had problem with A/C. Ryan was dishonest to us on charges he would not work with us. Since we had horrible time renting the limo from him, i was discussing to couple of friends they were not surprise of Ryan, while he knowingly makes himself nice guy actually he lies and cheat to others, I will not recommend him to others, since we work with the 400 to 500 group in local area. read more
