I'm a lawyer. I needed an 8 passenger limo for my 17 year old boy's homecoming date including the dance and the restaurant dinner after the dance. I interviewed the local limo services. I talked with the owner of After Five. I decided to use After Five. I was given a detailed contract for the service for 6 hours. The hourly rate was much less than other limo providers. The driver, John, showed up on time and made the event very pleasant. At the limo use rate we will use limo service more often. The contract driver tip rate was $100 but I tipped $150. I will never use their services again. Nor would I recommend them. Kevin the own seems to think it is ok to send the vehicle he feels like not what you request. When I called and expressed my disappointment with getting a town car instead of the stretched limo I ordered for my wife and I his only comment was "well if I made a mistake sorry". We expected to have a limo, with privacy, and to be able to enjoy drinks on our way to a cruise for my wife's birthday. All of that was taking away from us for his "mistake". I guess I should jump for joy at him taking the $50 added on tip they impose on you rather than allowing you to tip the driver on your own. Very unprofessional and even the way he speaks to customers is very brash. Look else were for better service. I went with this company being they were local and and a small business I could support while receiving the service I needed. Booked the van for my daughter's 13th birthday party to take girls for a ride & movies- Car was immaculate!!!!!-Sound & lights system amazing.. Ride was so smooth. The owner was very professional from the beginning. I called prepared for the usual haggling and was pleasantly surprised that the first quote seemed fair. He was patient with my questions, and offered additional pictures of the vehicles and most importantly was on time for our night out (the limo picked us up in Chino Hills and took us too Ontario.) Honestly, awful. Booked this company because I was referred from another company. Never once was I called for a follow up nor did I sign a contract for my date and service. Booked this service for my wedding venue as a shuttle and heard absolutely awful things from my guests about the driver. He was rude, inconsiderate and refused to help those who needed it (I.e. elderly) First thing he said to me on my wedding day when escorting us to reception site was, "So where's the card you're paying me with?" He wasn't friendly and seemed extremely unhappy to be working. He also told my guests, "I have no idea what I'm doing" Would not recommend this company AT ALL! This place deserves a -5 star rating. I called in for the very first time after finding this place on google because it was a last minute thing. When the man answered he seemed chill at first. Then when I booked him he was rude about asking me for my credit card number. I told him that I was only 17 and before I even finished my sentence he cut me off and said I needed an adult (I didn't know because this was my first time book a party bus). So I called back again with my parent right next to me and I waited for him to get ready to get the credit card number down. It was quiet for awhile because I thought he was still getting ready, but apparently he was waiting for me. He asked me finally in a very impatient way "Do you have a parent or not?". (This whole time I was trying my best to not snap back at him and I kept my tone cool and appropriate). I was baffled by the way he asked, like what kind of customer service is this? That's not all. A few days later I called back and asked if I can add three more people to my bus. He asked me in the same uninterested tone as before how many people I had. I told him 22. He said no and I was just confused. He told me that the most they can fit was 20. And, mind this, I had confirmed with him THREE times on the booking day that there was 22 people. I even calculated the price with him and he even told me the exact price for 22 people. I repeated that to him but he AGAIN cut me off saying that the bus can only fit 20 people. As much as I wanted to argue with him, I figured there was no use than to just say okay and thank in the same damn tone he gave it to me. I was so furious by the fact that this company even get profit because this man is the manager. I don't know how his rude ass tone can even get him business. He responded as if I asked him a stupid question. How is asking the price for his damn buses a stupid question? I don't own the freaking business. Hate this service. Never coming back. I suggest anyone who is interested in this place to just go look somewhere else and not even waste your time. read more

I used their services for my brother's bachelor party, and it was great, absolutely no complaints. Dealing with them is very easy and professional. They have great prices for their services and work very well with you. At first I had booked the party bus but plans changed last minute and I ended up having to try and book the limo a day or 2 before the night of the party and it was very easy doing so, they gave me no trouble. As for the service provided, the limo driver was great and excellent at his job, waited patiently for a bunch of drunk guys and got us from destination to destination with ease. The limo its self was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We're using their services again for the wedding and I am definitely using their services for any other events that come up and I highly recommend that you do the same. read more
