I trusted reviews online and went to Tip Top nails. I am convinced that anyone giving this establishment 5 stars has never had a good quality pedicure. I paid $46. for a "deluxe" pedicure. it was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. There are many nail salons in town, please don't go here unless you want a half assed, unrelaxing, unnecessarily expensive pedicure with a polish job that looks like my 3 year old did it. read more

Went to the salon it was recommended by a friend. Had an appointment to get the healthy nails and a pedicure. My pedicure was awesome one of the best pedicures I've had very relaxing the girl did a great job. Sorry to say that my healthy nail experience was not as good. Asked for rounder shaped to start with. Got squared off nails repeated several times that I need my nails to be more around. And in the filing process she felt like she was using a saw on my fingers and not a nail file. Lots of excess product around and under the edges of the nails. Some areas around my nails are very sore and some spots are bloody. read more

Horrible customer service. My sister set an appointment for 1:00. She called ahead to let them know we would be a few minutes late. We arrived around 1:25. After initially acknowledging us, we were essentially ignored for about 30 minutes and watched them take customers who arrived AFTER us get service before us. There was no way I was giving them one penny of my money. I stepped outside and called another nail shop who were more than willing to accommodate us. I'm actually glad the service was so bad here because we would not have gotten to experience the extraordinary customer service at the other nail shop. In addition, this place is super small and hot. Best nail salon in town!! New owners are wonderful. Services are for: nails-all types of services, pedicure, & waxing. New owner Katie is awesome. Go there & you will love them & your experience! Their pricing is average and just competitive with other salons (excluding "high-end" salons) and worth every penny. They recently took over as new owners and I would recommend going in to meet the new owners and see how awesome the place looks and get your nails done or make an appointment. You will become a regular there and you won't be sorry. The original owners left and moved away. I have not been back since, so I don't know how good they are now. read more

I can't believe I forgot to write this review when I went for a pedicure and full set 6 weeks ago! I just looked down at my toes and realized I need to get another pedi, but my polish is still perfect! With the exception of over a month worth of growth. Brandon gives such a solid, gentle, precise pedicure and I am so glad I found him (I'm pretty picky.) I highly recommend him! Tammy was so incredibly sweet and asked questions about my nails I usually have to explain or repeat 2-3 times to a nail tech before they come close to what I want. But she was right on with the shape and length and she is so gentle with a file you wouldn't even know she was using one. Again; I highly recommend!!! My full set lasted 3 weeks before I had a nail lift, and with hardly any evidence of having acrylic nails after I removed them all! Yay! read more

They did an excellent job and were extra attentive to make sure my daughter's legs, feet, and ankles were in top shape for her tournament! I came here once a couple of years ago and was passing through here again last weekend when i decided to revisit this place to get my nails done. This place has changed for the better from what i last remembered. I think management has changed here as i dont remember seeing the owner before (i believe the new owners name is katie). My friend and i got a mani/pedi and she recommended we get the botanical pedi which we agreed on. i have to tell you, it was bliss! It was so relaxing esp when it came to the hot rock massage part. To top it off, our nails came out perfect. Our overall experience there was excellent and i definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you are ever around here. read more

Visiting from Texas and needed a mani/pedi. Talked my boyfriend into getting his first one ever also! Got the deluxe for $45 and they did an absolutely fabulous job, especially for the price. They were very friendly and I would go back in a heartbeat. They even told me if my polish got messed up any time during my stay I could come back and they would fix it for free. They also did a great job on my boyfriend, who wasn't too sure about it. After the pedicure he even got a manicure. They made him feel very comfortable. they gave me a spa level mani/pedicure at a great price. The guy who did my pedicure worked acupressure wonders and it was wonderfully relaxing. They opened up the kit for the tools they used on me right in front of me which gave me confidence that everything was clean and sterile. The manicure looked great that day, but after a couple of days, I could see that the edges weren't very tight -- but on the other hand, it only cost $42 for both, so no complaints. This used to be my absolute favorite nail salon in Vero, and I went there regularly for about a year (2016-2017), but cut down to reduce expenses. The last three times I've gone in 2018 I have noticed there have been some new hires who seem to lack the attention to detail and skill I used to value so much. My most recent visit was just over a week ago, and I got a pink and white set of healthy nails. During the manicure, the tech cut up my cuticles, which really upset me. Then, the nails started chipping around the edges after 6-7 days and I had a whole nail pop off at the 9 day mark. Since it had been less than two weeks I went in to see if they would correct the poor quality work I had received They fixed the chipped nail but gave me grief about the edges around my nails because it had been over a week, but they are closed Sundays and were also closed for memorial day - neither of which are my fault. Because of the poor customer service and technical service I have received on my last few visits, I no longer can recommend this salon, and will not be returning myself, which deeply saddens me because it used to be my favorite in town. read more

I consider myself to be a picky customer and I'm from out of state, California where there are plenty of choices for nail salons. I really miss my personal pedicure person who used to do my nails back in California. I'm currently here for school. I've been to different shops around the area. However, this is the place that I've been very satisfied with the service, schedule flexibility and professionalism. The most attracting service that I really like is that they offer personal pedicure box, which is individually clean and safe in term of having used your own tools.
