I think they need to clean the place up. It felt unhygienic, not changing the towel in the table between the customer before me and me. At first my nails looked sloppy but I had to leave. I did come back and they corrected to my liking and even offered to change the color if I wanted but the color wasn't the issue. Polish was put on to thick and looked bubbly and thick. I went in there at 3:30pm today the gentleman asked can he help me and I said yes, that I would like to have a manicure no chip and pedicure. In turn, he said yes have a sit and I did. About, 20 minutes later a lady beckoned for me to come to the back and put my feet in the water. So, I did kept them in there about 15 minutes as they cleaned up the water on the floor. At that another lady came in and they told me that they couldn't do me because they have an appointment. Now mind you my feet have been in the hot water all that time so now I have dead skin coming and no one gave me a towel or anything. My daughter and her friend went here. Terrible customer service and terrible results. My daughter had to have hers redone. They were very snotty. I tried this place since it's close to home.. weirdest experience & still sore 2 days later! The lady tried to shame & bully me and ended up leaving 5 of my fingers with slices from the filing board. Have to wonder if she didn't do it on purpose! The no chip looks fantastic but no less than 3 times she questioned my choice of no glitter or sparkles.. at one point I thought she understood that's not me and she says she is going to put glitter just on my ring finger. No! I like my nails short.. apparently that's funny and weird to her because she's saying 'oh so short' giggle.. you sure you like them short? Oh that's short.. giggle. The worst part was after polishing she took out an Emory board and proceeded to slice 5 of my fingers. 1 bled quickly so she pulls out a bottle of something to make it stop. In 20 years of having my nails done I can count on 1 hand how many times even 1 nail bled.. never more than 1! Days later my fingers are sore.. thanks for the paper cuts lady! I keep giving this salon business because it was convenient for me, but I no longer can. I had a set put on the day before I went on vacation. It was the worst job! The were uneven, lumpy (awful word, but true), and thick. I didn't realize it fully until I arrived home & put my cheater glasses on. Since I was leaving early the next morning I couldn't go back. Also, they sold me the "gel nail", but used acrylic. My new nail tech told me this. She used gel and it's actual ummm gel? I felt so dumb because they've been selling the "gel" nail to me but using the acrylic powder. So I've been paying $45 for gel nails this whole time. Acrylics are $25. They are dishonest people who are also really not all that nice. read more

Staff is friendly enough, and the salon is clean. However, the quality of work is lacking. My no chip manicure took 20 minutes yesterday, and it's peeled directly off four of my nails, and is chipping in other places. Not even 19 hours later, and I need to have them redone. read more

Worst experience ever! Went there a couple of weeks ago and got a pedi done with my husband. The paint job was completely horrible as well was the service. Went back today with a girlfriend of mine and neither of us received what we paid for. My friends polish is smeared and they acted like they couldn't touch us. A pedi comes with a scrub a foot rub and a leg rub. We got nothing but a foot scrub and it wasn't even a good one at that. When I asked the lady if foot rubs are still part of the pedi she literally stood there and lied and said " I gave you one you just don't remember "! Really?? How would I not remember I've been sitting here the entire time! Don't recommend this place at all and will not be returning EVER!!! I will continue to share my experience here and spend my money elsewhere. read more

I have been coming here for a little over a year now. I made an appointment for 6:30pm, and wasn't able to get into a chair until 7:30. Waited an hour when I made an appointment. The lady rushed through my nail service, I love my color option but hate the way she did them, because it was close to closing time she didnt seem to care how she was doing them. Also, couldn't tell me a set price for my nails and my daughter's pedicure. She kept getting confused on the amount I owed. Needless to say, I wont be coming back here. Update: I had to update this review because I'm actually pretty mad. I got a no-chip mani last Thur, and by this Fri it already looked terrible! Two of my nails are cracked, and I'm so embarrassed to show my hands to anyone! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Don't waste your money!!! I have been to this place many times, and have mixed feelings. Standardly the service is ok, nothing too exciting or wonderful. However, yesterday I went in for a no-chip manicure and have 2 toes repainted from my pedicure I had done this past Saturday. Their brochure says the no-chip is $25, but he charged me $35. I can understand charging $5 to fix 2 toes, but $10?? That's a little absorbent! And the nail tech became upset when I told him I didn't have cash! Sorry, didn't realize it was a sin to not carry cash anymore! They're prices are great and neither is the service, so I probably won't ever go back there. read more

Don't bother. Over an hour wait with one other person getting their nails done. When asked about the wait was told a couple of minutes. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went yesterday with my daughter and I waited ONE HOUR AND 8 MINUTES before the nail tech approached me all smiles gesturing that it was my turn. Excuse me, but the wait time is insulting and extremely rude and I informed him that I will not give him one penny of my money as, at that point, I was just waiting for my daughter to get done. I might add that she waited almost 40 minutes herself. He was very flippant and smirked as if to say, I don't give a crap, go somewhere else. Don't worry dude, I sure will. I'm a small business owner myself and you just don't treat customers like that, that is no way to do business. I got a pedicure today. Typically when you go get your nails done you expect a quiet relaxing time. Unfortunately this was not what I got. The girl who did my nails was too busy laughing and talking instead of focusing on my nails. She did not use lotion when it came to the massage part. She used oil only and it started to hurt with her gloves all bc the oil was all soaked up and she kept massaging while focusing on the conversation. She was going to let on my nails with a obvious screw up go until I said something. I did not enjoy my experience. read more

I don't like my nails to look thick & fake, I want them to look elegant. That's what I get at this salon. Ran in here on a whim ~ ok a rush~ and I'm sad I did. It was about half an hour before closing but I just wanted a quick polish change. The guy doing nails near the front just said ok~ no direction~ so I chose a color & sat down. Waited ten minutes~ while I'm sitting two female employees are sitting in the pedi chairs in the back watching tv! Hello I'm sitting over here waiting! Finally the rude guy up front tells me to go back. I sit down, the female employee starts my color change~ no conversation~ with me that is. In Vietnamese she & her friend had a lovely conversation about my feet. I know this because they were leaning over my foot & poking at it & laughing. Ummmm ok I don't have the cutest feet but they aren't gross or anything! On a side note~ a lady getting her nails done, told the guy that was doing them that she would never be back & stormed out ~ nails undone! She had been sitting alone at the mani table when I came in & no one was working on her. Appears that the guy doing them went out side to smoke & left her just sitting there. Made a reservation for 5 for manis and pedis. We got seated 20 minutes in, it took 15 minutes until two of us were acknowledged. 45 minutes for 2 of us to get a pedicure, didn't even scrub off the calluses or massage the legs. I was then seated at the drying station and the other was seated for nails, 30 minutes later was told I could get my mani and I had to go cause it would have taken another hour. Took another 50 for our one girls nails to get done. Hour and a half into our appointment three of us were still waiting for pedis. I left at an hour 40 and they were just starting a pedi on the third person - 4th hadn't even gotten anything yet! Don't come here unless you want a poor paint job and to waste a few hours sitting around waiting your turn. read more

After 15 minutes of still no worker saying anything to us I went to ask about our appointment and how much longer it would be just to be told one minute. First of all, I want to say this. This is the worst nail salon ever. Let me remember their manager names. I think Andy. He is such a bad manager ever. For me if you don't change the manager, the nail salon will go down. 1. I don't like his attitude. He doesn't ask me when I come. He just sit there and play stuff on his computer and I have to wait like 5 minutes. 2. This is a working place how can you let your kid go around and take care your children and you forget about me like 20 minutes. 3. Last week I come to do a pedicure. Used to come all the time with my mom growing up, but over the past couple of years they have gone down hill! I got a mani and pedi last Tuesday, September 4th, with no chip and all! Horrible job painting toes I had to touch it up when I got home, she got nail polish on my skin too, and by Saturday, September 8th, ONLY 4 DAYS LATER, my nails started breaking!!! I asked for coffin shaped and she did them super fast and uneven, and the shaping came out horrible, was very rude and rough and seemed annoyed. Did not bother asking for her name or speaking to a manager because they will tell you to go somewhere else. Please save your time and your money because it is NOT worth it! This is a wonderful salon. The technicians are very kind and they take their time to make sure that you always get beautiful results whether you get a manicure, pedicure, or wax. Don't bother on getting acrylics done here. They don't do a good job I've seen so many videos on nails and techniques and they're just not up to par. I guess mani/pedis and reg no chip they are good at. Just not adding extensions to your natural nails. They oversized the nail tip and they don't shape acrylics well. Also they get upset if you tell them to fix the job and speak in there language and you just know they are talking about you. read more

Very rude staff.. They don't even greet you when you walk in the door. Just grabbed my color and went to the back. The girl didn't really direct us where to go. So the pedicure itself was ok, felt like she was rushing. At that point I didn't care I wanted to get out of there. The girls were talking to each other and paused my pedicure to talk a lot. Used to be a wonderful place...in the last 2 years..they have gone downhill. There are only 2 nail techs working everytime I go in and I keep getting stuck with the same person. She destroys my natural nail by using the dremel to grind it down repeatedly...not needed! I tell her she is hurting me and she snaps that she has to do that or the nail will come off. ALSO...my nails are so thick. They look like crap. Getting the nails off this weekend. I stopped going there a couple of years ago for pedicures because I ended up with a fungus.
