I've been coming for years and I love this place for both manis and pedis. I've always had great service. Christine and Andy are my faves!

    Not even smooth.

I came here on Monday the 20th, there was literally me and one other person in the shop. The guy…read moreasked me what I needed and I said I wanted to get a new set, he disagreed with me and said I did not need a new set that we can just do a fill-in. I knew he was wrong, because I was due to start my nails over. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years. I think he was just lazy and did not want to do it. Anyways, the entire time he was doing my nails he was on the phone talking to somebody on FaceTime. I'm sorry, but that's not really important or good Customer service especially when you have a client. I'm not saying you need to sit there and talk to me the whole time, but being on the phone literally the ENTIRE time I was there is very rude. He was very distracted. I could see the lady laying down he was speaking to. He was sloppy! I constantly had to point out mistakes on my nails. Mind you I paid for blue chrome and that was like $55. He had bumps in some of my nails, polish on the cuticles polish on the side of my fingers. I kept asking him to please clean them and he said I needed to go clean them in the sink. He was just very lazy and did such a bad job. Literally within a few days, my nails started to chip. Which should not happen because it was non-chip polish. Then by the weekend the thumb started to slowly crack. I just knew that he did a crappy job. Very unhappy and a waste of $55 and my time.

I guess for what I got done to my nails I paid 55 for my nails. The next day I lost three of the nails and the rest are chipping away one by one. All they said was they will give me $10 off my next visi. That is not good enough for me. I feel I should get a free set on my next visit. My nails are 3 days old and they look like shit.

Holly rushed through my pedicure so badly that she actually cut me. The guests across from us were already being serviced when we arrived, yet somehow we were both finished before them. Clearly, our toes had somewhere important to be because this was the express-lane special. The manager gave us 10% off, which we appreciated, but she didn't seem very interested in hearing our concerns. Then Nellie, the receptionist, repeatedly asked, "Can I help you? Can I help you?" Ma'am, relax--I'm disappointed, not delinquent. We were not about to dine-and-dash with wet toes. We fully intended to pay; we were trying to address the rushed, mediocre service--along with the fact that I left with an actual cut. For $65 per pedicure, we expected better care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Prima Donna? Prima Not It.
