We were informed that management had requested everything to be on one bill... not split per table. Now based on numbers it would have made ZERO difference if everything was split up with cost and tax... so it was really disappointing. I had not been able to eat yet but I ended up Having to get the check, go to each table , tally what each table ordered and then calculate what that tables total cost was. Then I took the tax percentage and added that to each amount and then each person went up to pay that amount. In the end we made sure everything was covered and we do appreciate the hosting of the party but I think as a business you would want to stick to set expectations and not need to see a big bill if it makes no difference in cost. I wanted to give you 5 stars but I could not based on having to do what I did for the check and not being able to eat my food because of it. Your team did all they could and that earned you a star, the food from what everyone told me was pretty good so ya get a star there , the beer and wine were delicious and another star. The. I clearly informed the older hostess that my dog is a legitimate service animal, but she still refused to seat us and told us we would not be accepted. This was humiliating, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. It is shocking that restaurant staff are not properly trained on the legal rights of people accompanied by service animals. No customer should be treated this way. The hostess's attitude was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. Because of her behavior, I left without even having the chance to eat. I will never return to this restaurant and would strongly encourage management to train their staff before they discriminate against another customer.
