Grilled cheese can be a tricky subject. Sometimes they have way too much cheese, sometimes they are greasy from cooking in the griddle. At Tipsy Cheese, they are perfect. Just enough cheese with minimal grease on the outside. I don't know how they do it. The buffalo chicken grilled cheese is absolutely delicious and has the perfect amount of everything. The woman that helped us was super friendly and made recommendations for my wife and I. Went here last night for dinner. I got the bbq chicken sandwich, and my daughter got the jalapeño popper sandwich. We split them and tried each one. I really liked the bbq chicken sandwich - it had good flavors and lots of chicken. The jalapeño popper sandwich was okay. It wasn't spicy enough for me, but you never know how hot jalapeños will be. The fries were just okay, I wasn't a huge fan. They have a good variety of sandwiches on their menu, so I want to try some different ones next time. read more

We had the good fortune to be at a brewery where we were able to try Tipsy Cheese truck - and YAY! I love cheese and was NOT disappointed. We go up to the truck and look through the menu - yes good stuff and good options, but WTF they had a big TV on the side of the truck with controllers and you could play VIDEO GAMES!!! I repeat video games. The game on was Crash Bandicoot and can I just say, if I wasn't busy doing other things, I would have stood there for hours. So then we get the food after a short wait. The basket came with the sandwich and crinkle fries. I had the spinach artichoke sandwich and it was sooo good and it left me full. I will keep tracking this truck and revisit when I can! read more

I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwich has provolone and Colby jack cheese with tomato on sourdough bread. The chicken was drenched in buffalo sauce. The sandwich was delicious and had a little kick to it. The sandwich came with seasoned fries. The fries were delicious and seasoned to perfection. I also ordered a watermelon juice with infused Red Bull. The drink was very refreshing and the flavors went well together. Tipsy Cheese is sooooo good! I am addicted to their Jalapeño Popper sandwich. The owner Jennifer has such a great demeanor and her truck just is a vibe. When it comes to a good grilled cheese, being prepped correctly is a must. Tipsy Cheese delivers on a good prep! The bread is firm, crisp and just right. The cheese is super gooey and just affirms that she knows what she's doing. Regarding the JP sandwich - the bacon, jalapeños and cream cheese all are in in perfect harmony. While it resembles Jim Boys in technique, it's wayyyyyyy better; here is still park on the shell but in much more moderation - therefore actually pleasing to eat. Hubby got the Mac and cheese grilled cheese and added bacon and he said it was just ok, a little bland. The Mac was dry and it looked dry. Fries were basic crinkle cut fries, also a little bland. Really needed Ketchup, but we didn't see any. Didn't take a pic of hubby's sandwich, but took one of mine. Would we try them again? Possibly, but I dont think we'd order the same thing. Tried tipsy cheese yesterday and was disappointed. We got the spinach artichoke sandwich and their Mac n cheese. The sandwich was very basic. It tasted like jarred artichokes, some spinach leaves and some type of cheese, maybe cream cheese but not sure . Very bland and could have used some actual seasoning. The Mac n cheese was the same thing, tasted like it came out of a bag and there were a few chunks of bacon on top with some green onion, again, bland and needed seasonings. $30 for 2 things. There are waaaay too many food trucks to waste money on a not so good one. read more

I cannot say enough about this amazing food truck. We had a private event at our home and Tipsy Cheese food truck arrived on time and delivered the yummiest dinner to our guests. We had a wonderful time celebrating and the food truck was a huge hit at our party. They set up and served exactly on our time schedule. The food could not have been any better.
