Once we met with her, she outlined for us all the overhead and other parts of just serving drinks that we hadn't even previously imagined. Honestly, we were so focused on the wedding ceremony that the reception and all entailed was just an afterthought for us. It's not that she scared us, but she definitely opened our eyes of how unprepared we were. We were about a month out and were scrambling. I expected to load up on those for the evening, but I decided to try the famous Kansas City rubs I had heard so much about. BAM! I get it now!
