Yes, it was quick, but if you don't have good pain tolerance, don't even bother coming here because it will be the worst experience of your life. And this is coming from someone who believes they have relatively high pain tolerance. I can see how a short brazilian wax that saves you time can cost more, but the pain was not worth the extra cost. I ended up with bumps and a really sensitive and inflamed ta-ta afterwards. I specifically booked with Reagan, but when I arrived I was told she was not working and was assigned to another waxer instead. Throughout the entire appointment, the waxer did not ask me a single question about how I wanted my brows shaped or how much hair I wanted removed. When the service was finished, a significant portion of my eyebrow had been waxed off, including areas that had always been part of my natural brow shape. My brows are now uneven and look nothing like the shape I came in with. The most frustrating part is that this was completely avoidable. My brows already had a well-established shape and only needed minor cleanup. Instead, I left with a problem that will take weeks or months to grow out. I have since spent over $100 on brow growth products and cosmetics to help manage the damage. While I was given a refund for the service, a refund does not restore the eyebrow hair that was removed or the confidence lost as a result of this experience. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the lack of consultation before such a dramatic change was made.
