Sometimes people can seem rude when they're "no bs" type of people. (My response to reading these…read moreother reviews). I was camping nearby and my battery decided to reach the end of its life. luckily someone in the next camp ground was able to jump my car. I bought a battery at another shop and came to Todd to have it smogged. After a quick switch out and then running a quick test to make sure everything was in order they sent me on my way with "don't worry about it". Being young and sometimes dumb (lol) but full of adventure this was just such a kindness that I'm truly grateful for. Thanks Todd for getting me back on the road!

I confirmed this when I dropped off the car. First, I was a little disappointed when I noticed there was no waiting area, but I used this time to go have some lunch. I took my time, and called to get an ETA. This was about 45 minutes after dropping off the car. They hadn't started yet, and it was next in line. I didn't feel comfortable lingering at the local pizza joint anymore, so I made my way to the Starbucks. I was there easily for another hour, when I felt I should find out what was going on. I called, and found out it was ready. I don't know how long it had been ready, but I thought it was very bad form that they didn't call to let me know. When I went to pick up the car, I found that the bill was $61.92 because the special didn't include synth oil, which is what my Subaru uses. They showed me the flyer where this was clearly stated. I hadn't seen the flyer. Again, not especially a bad thing, but they should have called me as soon as they realized that the bill was going to be different than what I had signed to. I was able to come up with extra cash (thankfully!), but by this time, I was really unhappy with their customer service. That's an integral part of any business. When I got into my car, I noticed that the floor mat was covered with the fine dirt from their lot. I deduced from this evidence that they didn't use a protective cover when moving the car. *sigh* I really don't like writing bad reviews, especially for locals, but this shop needs to up their customer service game. I hope they were just having a bad day. I know I'll be taking my other car to another shop for the oil change in a couple of weeks.

They quickly sourced the tires from their other branch and had me back on my way in no time. Even though they were new to working on a Lucid, they handled it incredibly cautiously, safely, and professionally. On top of the great work and fantastic attitude from the staff, they have a really nice waiting area to relax in while the work gets done. To top it all off, a wonderful local customer lady even volunteered her own truck to help transport the tires to the shop. Just priceless small-town kindness all around. WHAT TOW TRUCK DOESN'T CARRY A SIMPLE TOOL KIT??!!!! Besides not being professional, he was rude about it!!! I have NEVER had a bad experience with any tow company before today!! Unacceptable!! Also, I called the phone number on the side of the truck, spoke with the dispatcher asking her to have the manager call me back regarding this incident....I have yet to hear from him!

I put in my tow request at 2:30 pm. My car didn't get picked up until 9 pm. It's a long distance…read moretow, so I get that I am not priority #1. At 1 am, my car was still not in my driveway.Triple A dispatch was able to get the driver on the phone around 2 am, he said he was an hour and a half away. Triple A assured me he would call me when he got in the area. 2 and a half hours later, still no car. Dispatch called the driver, who said he was nearby. We went outside to wait for him and he never showed up. An hour later, still no car. I called Triple A, and they said my car had been delivered. At this point, they couldn't get the driver on the phone, it was 5 am, and I had to file a police report because Triple A had no idea where my car was. A few hours later I took a walk around the neighborhood and found my car down the street at someone else's house. The tow truck driver left my car, didn't even bother to contact me (even though he was made aware by Triple A that I was waiting up for him to arrive) and put my car keys inside of someone else's mailbox. The level of unprofessionalism is ASTOUNDING.

Joe answered my call quickly and provided an estimate, and could be available as early as next day. I was initially a tiny bit worried about some of the reviews I read about scheduling/showing up, but Joe put my worries at ease and communicated with me within a reasonable amount of time and showed up when he said he would. He and his partner were communicative, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They worked on our car repair in the pouring rain with no complaints! I would recommend them again and again and again. The mobile aspect was extremely appreciated and so valuable - we didn't need to worry about a tow or timing logistics to get the car to a shop before they close (because come on, most people work!)
