You do have go call to make an appointment, when I arrived the front desk personnel was not able to find my appointment recorded on her documents, however they are very nice and was able to check my car for what is needed for servicing. My brakes were squeaking and they said they did not have my brake pads in stock, were able to order them and received them next day. He also mentioned that he didn't feel comfortable to install off market pads on my vehicle. The seating area is clean and tidy, they have a coffee machine, water cooler, and a vending machine for sodas if you desire. The service is great, the prices are extremely reasonable. I finally got around to having a pro tune my car (you know the one). I am now sitting at 321 WHP. The dead spots in the Houston Z Auto tune were so obvious and annoying. I don't know who tuned my car, but I know it wasn't Dane. I hear Dane is the only guy you want here.
