I just wanted to make sure I said something good about these guys for the way they helped me last weekend. After driving down to Houston from Dallas to get a truck, the truck started to overheat before I even left town. It was 5:30 on a Friday and so most shops were shut down or about to. They said they could look at it, but would probably be the next day before they could fix and even gave me a shop open later than them that was nearby. The other place wasn't very impressive and so I turned around and came right back. The owner and his tech found the problem as the main hose had come unattached to the radiator, so all the coolant had leaked out. We ended up still needing to leave it that night, but came back the next day and there was no charge for re-attaching the hose and adding a couple of gallons of coolant to it. I tried to pay him something and he said it was no big deal. Thank you sir for your kindness! If you're in the area, I would use them for brakes, oil changes or anything else you need. Re-post from my google review: I went here in May 2015 for a pre-purchase car inspection for 2013 BMW 335i. I met with Sami, the owner of the shop. He was a very nice person, but more importantly competent in what he did and went for the extra miles in giving me advices before buying used cars. I thoroughly inspected this car I was going to buy using a checklist downloaded online. I thought the car was in a very good condition until Sami came back with surprising findings. He spotted a repaint job that I did not notice initially. He also found issues with oil leakage, non original turbo, aftermarket exhaust parts, tire model discrepancy, and issue with the ECU computer. If you are going to buy a used car, go to this place to get it checked out. I have no doubt in their mechanical competency. Thanks Sami! read more

STAY AWAY! RUDE! SHADY! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stopped in since they are in my neighborhood to have my brake fluid changed. The guy who spoke broken English helped me and quoted me $79. I also asked for a quote on regular maintenance service for oil change, check tire pressure and top off fluids because I needed to establish a mechanic in the area. He said he couldn't give me a quote because he would have to itemize everything and it depended on how much my car took on fluids. Seems strange to me since all other places run specials or have a set price for that type of service. I told him I normally paid $125 to $150 for this service in San Diego. $150 was at the BMW dealership. He argued about this price with me. Gee, how many times have I done this? Not to mention, I am not an idiot when it comes to cars. My dad was in the business for years and I know a thing or 2 about them as well since I do work on old cars with my bf. Since I did not have a ride back home, said he would call when he had some time that day. At 4:15 I called again, and he was very rude and kept saying to me in a rushed manner that he "would call me back" 3 times and would not let me get a word in that I wanted to make an appt. I called the next morning to once again make an appt at which time he told me to go to the dealership since it was so much cheaper. I told him he misunderstood, that the quote I was asking for was for regular maintenance and that is the price I had told him I had paid before. Had nothing to do with the brake fluid change. Told me they didnt take appointments and to again take it to the dealership. I asked him if this was good customer service, and he again told me to take it to the dealership. I said, do you not want my business? He said take it to the dealership. I have to say, I have been in this place 2 times before for state inspections and this same gray haired guy who speaks broken English that I believe may be the owner, has been very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would! This shop has a new owner and he refused to even look at my boyfriends car just because it's an older model! Wouldn't even let us get an oil change or inspection and proceeded to tell us that "jiffy lube down the street can do everything your wanting." What kind of business tells a paying customer to go down the street to jiffy lube?! We had brought my boyfriends car in plenty of times when Sammy was the owner and never had any problems! The gray hair older man who claims to be the owner is something else! I would never recommend this shop even if it was the last one on earth!!! read more

I'm mixed on these guys. On one hand I've heard lots of good things from my friends about them. On the other hand they wanted $800.00 to replace my Jeep's shock absorbers. I passed on it, and bought 4 new ones online for $135.00 total and installed them myself in an hour. I feel like they would have been more then happy to sell me $135.00 of shocks and charged me $665.00 for an hour of time and never thought twice about it. read more

twice now I have taken my car there when the brakes starting squeaking. the first time I asked them to check my brake pads. they said my brakes were fine and they added brake fluid. two weeks later my brakes were grinding. the owner (Sam) then advised me that the mechanic didn't actualy check the pads because he didn't think my car had enough miles on it to need new pads. two weeks ago the very same thing....I took my car in to have my brakes checked ....he said they were fine and that he flushed out all my fluids. and once again now my brakes are grinding. im not sure if they do this on purpose to make people have to pay more to rotate the rotors or if its just plain terrible customer service. if I get the oil changed there I would want to check it to make sure it was actually done. these people are not trustworthy and I will never do business with them again. read more
